The people who call from this number a running a loan scam.  They will tell you were pre approved for a large loan ($10,000) in my case.  They tell you to go get a green dot moneypak for the amount of the monthly payment so you can prove you can make your monthly payment.  If you do that different people from this fake company will call you and require you to get more money paks for various reasons as as soon as you do that your loan proceeds with deposited into your bank account.  You will never get any loan proceeds or get back the cash you paid for the moneypaks.
It is a horrible scam they are taking advantage of people who are desperate for a loan.  if you google "green dot moneypak" scams you will see all the complaints on this scam.  They use different names for their company that are legitimate payday loans company.  They told me the were "United Cash" which is a real payday company I called them and they said the highest loan amount they give out is $1,000 and never ask for money up front as it is illegal

keep gettin phone calls from this number steying that i own 8 thousend dollar, when i know i did not loan from no body,

I had borrowed one time from this company. As soon as it was paid off, they called to ask me if I wanted another one. I refused and they keep calling me at all hours. I have asked them to stop calling and take me off the list. They still call. I believe this is against the law, especially if no money is owed.

yes this is United Cash Loans. They call AFTER hours(7:45 PM CT) on 6/27/13 on a Landline. A Black woman rattled off a spiel about if we want another Loan. We got 1 & now we're done. Why are they allowed to call after business hours.If WE want or need another 1 WE will decide when WE want.

They keep bugging us even though we tell them NO! It IS United Cash Loans & Yes my Husband DID use this service 1 time & NO we don't want this now! This was on 6/11/13 at 9:26 AM CT on a Landline.

Calls everyday and will not leave a message. I will not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize and do not call back people that do not leave messages, so I have no idea what they want or how I would get them to stop. After reading an above post it appears to be from United Cash Loans who, I as well did business with. However, although I paid off my loan, I was VERY unhappy with them and their "service". I will not be doing business with them ever again.

receiving calls from this 800# no messages but assume it is the same scam that I received from Proctor & Associates. Calling me at work and on my cell.. I dont know how they got my info.. but I have filed formal complaints with both local and federal law enforcement.

I complemented their efforts in bettering their scam! LOL! I said yo stillz 'small time' you wanna get big up in the house, you gotta get better than prentending to sue me. of COURSE she tells me she's NOT a scammer. i told her to get a REAL job! The company calling from this number is United Cash Loans. I used them in the past and they are a legit and fair payday loan company. I, however, do not need another loan and they insist on calling weekly and leaving voicemails about a special offer that they just emailed to me. It is quite annoying. I will be sending them a special email of my own telling them to stop calling because I am not interested.

Same $hit, I don't bother to answer. I asked in fact BEGGED for them to sue me. Burdon of proof by law lies with the plaintiff. So send me all u got. I'll be happy to see u in court. They get mad, curse, hang up.

I had used these guys to try and get a quick 350 (and I think we all did it because we really need the money and are lost and scared about the consequences of not being able to pay on our loans and whatnot). Luckily I awoke to find that they were still looking into the process and hadn't approved of the loan. I saw the number at the bottom and googled it. Of course websites, such as this one, popped up. I then called the number, gave the info he asked and explained that I wanted the process to stop before the loan was actually accepted. Not even a couple seconds later I get an email stating that it had been withdrawn. I made sure to save everything they had sent me just in case, but so far so good.

I'm not sure who these people are but they always leave a message stating "please call us back regarding a personal matter". Again I have no clue who these people are.

It is from United Cash Loans. I paid them off about a year ago but they keep calling every once in a while to see if I want another loan but I tell them no and that is usualy it.

This number 1-800-279-8511 keeps calling my home all times during the day and late evening.  They have been asked to stop calling this number and they seem to refuse to stop doing so.

It was a call from united cash loans I borrowed one hundred fifty dollars. I just paid it of, so they called to offer me another. I said no.. At first my credit union kicked back the auto pay, afer a little discussion, things worked out. The upper management @ united thru the kind gentleman assigned to my account was great. I know this sounds odd, however having paid it off, I feel so free ! The loan did get me home. I explained my difficult situaion to the man assigned to be and I have to say they were fair and gave me hardship status which knocked a lot off the total repay amount like more than one hundred dollars. However for those who were defauded here, I don't know what to say..I feel bad, that happened to me too in 2004-5. I actually lost my house, so ..I mean to my newly rented apt.

This number calls my cell phone each week saying they are sending me an email with an offer I can't refuse. Identify themselves only as UCL. I have now blocked the calls thru my cell provider.

Do they have an Indian accent by any chance as I am so tired of them as well..they always tell me I have defrauded on a loan and they are from the American Law Institute.All of my loans are up to date as well..so  all of these numbers on are my phone's reject list so the calls don't even ring.(I only have a cell so it's easy to do.)

I get calls at my work asking for my husband...it comes up 800 service.  They will not offer me any info due to it being my husband they are calling for.  I told them that he is not available at this number and would not offer them his cell.  They guys became irrate with me and told me that he owed alot of money for a online loan that was transfered into his checking account.  I explained to the man that my husband is disabled due to a work comp injury 7 years ago and does not work.  He has never touched a computer and our checking account only has my name on it.  SO....if they fraudulantly transfered money into MY account by accident, 1st of all I would have noticed and 2nd of all.. Too bad, your mistake.  Needless to say he told me F*** Off and hung up.
