I received many calls ,i was avoiding them ,then one day i just answered . They are retained by different companies to help you resolve specific debt , i hate dealing with some agencies but they did save me alot of money the never charged me the interest or the late fees that the company tried to make me pay cause that was part of the agreement i agreed to when getting the loan  . So my advise, if they call speak to them ,cause they will not make you pay  the entire balance.

this is a scam. anyone can get the info they talked about on the internet, they even used my old address. if called challenge them to provide documentation by mail. they will get nervous, or tell them to confer with your lawyer. fun to hear them cringe.

keep getting calls form this number...who are they?

Received a rude call on my work number today from this lady on the phone who said her name was Amy Whitehouse, and that she wanted to talk to me regarding a leagl matter. The lady on the phone asked for me but she didn't let me finish talking so she had no idea she was talking to me. I told her what the refernece of her call was and all she told me was that she was calling from an attornery's office and she needs to talk to me. I already knew it was a scam because about 2 weeks ago I got a voicemail on my work phone from the same lady but that time she said her name was Peyton Wealthy. I told her that she was calling a place of employment and nobody here can receive personal calls. Than she asked me since I can't help her if i can transfer her to my human resources department or my legal action department. I told I'm sorry but I can't help you, so I hung up on her. This lady calls me back and tells me that was rude of me to hang up on her and that the phone call was being recorded, and since I'm not willing to help her out than she will just Google another phone number that she has. I told her that I knew it was a scam and that she was not calling from an attornery's office, and she just hung up on me. I really hope this is the last time I receive calls like that, because she's calling my place of employment and I don't want to get in trouble.
