I never gave this number to anyone. It is my PRIVATE cell phone number. Only my family and a few few friends have it. SO.......how did they get the number? It is in the DNC list. I am sure if it is legit, they need to check on the numb er first to see if it is a cell number or land line. They have NO business calling anyone's cell phone EVER! I do not answer calls that I do not know. They need to check their calls. I should not have to. PERIOD! I do not even use voice mail. Too many. My family and friends always text me........

I know this is from Cigna Tel-Drug, based on several other comments here.  However, I don't answer calls that don't display accurate caller ID.  Why would they only show "out of area" on the caller ID?  I like my local pharmacy and do not want to switch.  Their latest hangup call to me came 12-6-13 at 1:32 pm.

I have told them "no" for at least 10 phone calls; each time, I tell Cigna to put a note in my file that I do not want prescription by mail.   I have two insurance policies and CVS honors both, so my three month is 9 dollars.  Cigna wants me to mail order three months for 27 dollars and then file with my other insurance to get the rest of the money back.  That is purely stupid. No one listens.  Now, I just won't answer the phone

Pesters me...how many times do I have to say no.  Want to send me prescription for 3 months for 27.00.  The same three months at CVS is 9.00.

They keep calling and calling, several times a day, at different times. I called the number and told them to STOP calling. The guy said it would take about two weeks to rem It's been about thove my number. I told him to delete it right now. Still waiting for them to delete my number. It's been three months...still getting calls. I am a full-time caregiver and I don't have time for this crap.

We are getting a call daily from these folks. We have no connection to them in any way and want no more calls from them. When my wife answers there is nobody there. It must stop.

They harass me constantly and at all hours. I'm worried about what they're doing with my information. When I called back to (again) tell them to remove me from their list they told me they wouldn't until I give them my SSN. Seriously? I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused until I provided them my SSN. I said that I would give them anything else but that. They replied HIPAA requires I provide my SSN before they can assist me. I'm pretty sure that's the opposite of what HIPAA requires! I called back and got another tele marketer and got the same response. I'm going to report this because its absolutely a scam! I should not be refused removal from an unsolicited call list until I provide my SSN. And no legit company would require it before speaking with you. If it looks like a scam and smells like a scam... Guess what?!
I bet the people on here who say it works are part of the scam too!!! Be Careful!!!

I also have received a call from this number.  Although I may have appreciated the offer if associated with CIGNA, I agree with the post above.  In this day of tele marketers galore, and those non profits that totally ignor DO NOT CALL LISTS.  These such callers need to show identity on caller ID.  Not just phone numbers.  Their loss as I do not accept these calls.

Called twice a day every day this week, answered this morning and told them to take me off their list... "Dana" argued with me and claimed she was with my health insurance Cigna, then proceeded to say she was with home delivery. Again, asked to be taken off the list, she ARGUED with me that it wasn't marketing. Cold calls offering services are marketing. Period. Ugh.

If they have "clean" intentions all they have to do is identify themselves on Caller Id instead of hiding their identity (if they want people to even consider picking up).

They called and left a message. It was Cigna promoting their RX home delivery. Automated message stated they would send something out. Hopefully this is the last call I get.

This is Cigna Pharmacy home delivery.  I answered and it was a recorded message from them.  We have Cigna for our insurance and have used the home delivery service so that is why they called.

Picked up and there was a recorded message from Cigna letting me know about home pharmacy delivery.  We have Cigna for health insurance from my employer so that would be how they had my phone number.

They call relentlessly, this morning it was at 7:30, which is way too early to be calling.  Never leave a message. They have also mailed me the information at least once a month since I started new job in May, so okay I know about the program.  I don't have any prescriptions - NONE - neither does my husband.  So I'm obviously not interested and there's no money for them to save.  So I'm really getting annoyed.

Presuming this company is who everyone claims; why do they not pickup the phone when I answer.  They simply hang up; this is the fourth time and it gets annoying.  Either they are aware of my feeling regarding whatever they are selling or they assume if they annoy me enough I will call them back.

In my opinion, blank calls (nobody speaks when you pick up, and no voicemail if you don't pick up) are automatically scam, or a result of a severe software or process negligence - which are essentially the same things for end user. I reported with do not call registry, even though I am a Cigna subscriber and I do use mail in pharmacy (but I never requested any phone calls).
