Receiving at least 2 phone calls from this number. Its annoying because sometimes they'll call early on weekend too.

8554069837 [(855) 40-MY-TFS ]is the number  for Data Scan Field Services, the inspection (pre- and post) service TFS uses. http://www.toyotafinancial.com/static/lease_end/pre-inspection.html . Not required but available to customer's with concerns about damage charges.

My lease is ending soon and I talked to someone from the leasing department last month about what I was going to do with the lease. I got a call from this number today asking me the same questions. The person called me the wrong name and mentioned a different car then the one I drove. Everything about the call seemed very very sketchy and I wouldn't give out any information if I was you. Call the financial leasing department directly if you need to. I got another call saying they were Toyota tonight too from a different number. It's all very annoying and unprofessional. I'm calling them tomorrow to verify that these numbers are in fact real Toyota department numbers and to request to not be called anymore. Other number I got was 855-406-9387

the number called me but no voicemail. i googled and see it is listed as a lexus/toyota finance. if you have or have had a lease warranty or bought a car that is why it calls. i have. chill out with the attorney general lol. they are calling to remind you of your lease being up or whatever else.

I received a call from this number today.  We're a business and would have nothing to do with car leasing.  :/

It doesn't violate FCRA.  If it were a collection call and they were calling after 9 PM, it would violate the FDCPA.

I keep getting calls from this # as well but have never answered. weird thing is Ive never had a Toyota or a Lexus. What the hell do they want from me?

Ford have had many more recalls then Toyota, engine, transmission, brakes, unsafe gas tanks, etc. Toyota has plants in the USA in Mississippi, Kentucky, Texas, Indiana, Alabama and West Virginia. Ford has plants in foreign countries Thaiuland, Romania, Portugal, Brazil, Mexico, France, Canada, Germany and the list goes on. Ford is not a USA company it is worldwide. Only a democrat would state that it is only republicans that support foreign companies, while the half the democrats in office have stock in foreign companies. Just do some research and you may learn something and be surprised.

While I did take my fully paid off Toyota truck into Toyota for the usual service I did score them poorly on their repair survey.  If I had their repair shop at my disposal it sure wouldnt take me 2 hours and 5 minutes to change the oil and filter and rotate 4 tires.  So for that I have to give them a 4F rating but otherwise I'll continue to get my truck serviced by them.
Nonetheless, if it was indeed Toyota calling, my Call Blocker auto-kicks anyone using the CID name of
" Unavailable.'  And rightly so... I dont introduce myself with a ficticious name.

I agree with Joe M.  I'll deal with the end of my lease on my own.  I don't need to be called every day for months on end!  How annoying!!!!

This number calls every hour on the hour and do not leave a message.  How annoying.  If it is Toyota, they need to leave a message - I will not answer without a message being left.  They need to be reported for annoying and obnobnoxious calls.

13 missed calls in 5 days without a message.  Thanks to this site, I found out who it was.  I called to let them know I didn't even want to hear what they had to say as they've lost all credibility due to the obsessive and obnoxious number of calls -- and take us off the list.  Yes, we have an expiring lease, but I'll deal with it on my own.

We lease a Lexus that is coming due in December. From reading other messages, sounds like this call is coming from a car dealer or some such business. This is not the first time we have received such a call. Two minutes after the call came through on the home land line, I received a call on my cell that was marked "Blocked Call." I can only assume the call was from the same number. Since I am on the Federal "Do Not Call Registry," I plan to report this.

This call was from Toyota Financing. It was kind of annoying that they kept calling without leaving a message. I finally called the number back after checking with this site. We do lease a Toyota, and the rep just wanted to discuss our plans for the end of the lease and coordinate a visit to the local Toyota showroom. I was very happy with how the rep handled the call. It just would have been more efficient for everyone if the caller left a message explaining the purpose of the call in the first place.

They call and hang up so you will call them.  Each number you push can sent you to another place.  I called it back.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO.  This is a scam to get your SSN and vin number on any card you have.  Who know how much more info they will try to get from you.

It's not Toyota or Lexus. They called my office today looking for my boss who has a Lexus at the end of it's lease but they called one of our rollover line instead of the main line we provided them. If they were a legit company, their information would match the information we provided to the leasing company.

I got a call from this number at work today. He claimed to be from Lexus and was looking for my boss. The problem was that he called our line 4, a number which we NEVER give out as a contact number so they are not directly associated with who we have our lease through. I wouldn't trust them because if they were actually associated with Toyota or Lexus, they would have called the number we provided them with instead of our rollover number.

I owned a 2010 Scion, but no longer have it.

BUT, they are calling me! They called my cell this morning when I was driving and could not answer. They have been calling my cell last few days as well, but not when I can answer. They never leave a message.

I was out of the office on Fri/Mon day and when I got back today the phone had 10 missed calls from them and no messages. Give me a call back number so I can call when I am available.

Seriously, I don't want another toyota now between this, the fliers, emails, calls from the dealership for MONTHS after I purchased my car, and the salesman periodically calling during the year. "Sure, just bought a new car and I'd like to get another one 6 months later, that seems normal."

And as mentioned earlier by Upset, they have been using different numbers and all of the ones that called me are on his list.

I have started getting calls from this number, 8002860652, claiming to be from toyota.  The only toyota I have ever owned was in Okinawa almost 30 years ago.  When I try to call back the only people I could get through to was on the dealership line and they say there is no record of my phone number in any of toyotas phone listings.  This has got to be someone spoofing the phone number.  No one answers when I answer the phone.  It is just an irritation.

I'll be turning it into the State Attorney General for investigation.  And file a complaint with the Federal Do Not Call Registry.

This number has called me 7 times in two days, twice on my work phone and five times on my cell phone.  They have never left a message.

I keep getting calls from Toyota -- TWICE a day! Yes, my husband's lease is nearing the end, but we are already talking to a person at the dealership. I answered the call one day and asked them to stop calling. Her response was she can't stop calling because I am not the person they wanted to speak with -- they have my husband's name and he is the only one who can make this request. !!! This is not right . Why can't we block them?  The caller ID says "Toll Free Number", so I can't block it through my phone provider.

I have a Lexus lease coming due in December and these guys are relentless.  Unfortunately, they are calling my work phone so I'm not there by the time they decide to call.  Now that I've figured out who they are, I'll give them a call and see what they can do for me.

Got a call today from them. Did not answer. Found out it was toyota financial. I make my car payment to them. Not sure why they are calling; my payment is due on the 19th and today is only the 23rd. Usually I get a few days grace. Man, they are on top of it I guess.

Funny enough though, i paid my bill online about 30 minutes before they called. Coincidence? I will answer when they call back.

If you call a toll free number from a pay phone it cost them about $0.30 for each call.  If everybody would call the toll free number from a pay phone several times a day their cost of business would increase - perhaps enough that they would go out of business  When calling the toll free number you just have to make sure the call connects.  You don't have to have a conversation.  Once the call connects, even if it’s just for a second, they get charged the $0.30

I got a call today, it's probably a customer appreciation call.  That's what mines was; it was an offer for $500 towards the purchase of a new car to thank you for being on time with payments and such

Toyota sells cars with brakes that don't work, accelerators that won't work, and now engines that don't work.  I got rid of mine and bought a Ford truck.  Time to just say "no" to foreign businesses while there is still a slim chance that this country can survive.  All of the good Republicans put their money in these foreign companies so they can make tons of money instead of financing industry here.  That is why they want the tax cuts reinstated, so they can invest more money in foreign companies instead of providing jobs here in the USA.   Rich people take note - Ford stock went from 1.28  to 12.84.
