Called my phone repeatedly (like 25 times) in one day. I am NOT behind on ANY of my bills. When I answered the phone they hang up in my ear. I do not have call blocking on my prepaid phone. I will be looking for a phone with said feature. Harassing someone with no debts is pointless.

I have no idea who these people are but I want them to STOP calling me! They just change from one person to another. I am NOT giving them any personal information and I think that's what they are trying to get. I'm going to put a block on their phone number.

I got a call from a lady from 800-292-75058, RUDE!!!! Wouldn't tell me who she was or what the call was about because she had the wrong number and was looking for a colleague of mine. We don't just put people through without a reason and I asked again, she said just give her the number..... Not a way to get something accomplishedwhen you are the one needing something. Sorry, I work better with honey when you have that kind of attitude and won't tell me your company or your name...  1-800-292-7508 RUDE as can be so BEWARE and hang up on them bc they will talk down on you and then do the same

I got this call from this number and checked it out and I will not call it back. I read what others are saying and this sounds like a scam. All I can figure is that since my child just got new glasses that my name and number is associated with this purchase. Do not call them back.

You are correct but of the six calls I received from them today, a SUNDAY, when it is illegal I believe to make business calls as their office isn't even open on Sundays) theyve called six times not once leaving a message and hanging up on me the three times Ive answered and that does constitute harassment because they are apparently calling my phone just to be annoying as they don't seem to be conducting any business or relaying any business whatsoever on my telephone line or with me. So if theyre not stupid, what would you call them?? And how would you propose that those of us being harassed deal with this???

This number is GE Capital credit and theyre just harassing people. My  account is current yet they have called me 5 times on a Sunday which is believe is illegal. Its also illegal that they keep calling (never leaving a voicemail) and hanging up even when you answer the phone to talk to them. So these calls are just plain harassment and need to be addressed with a Cease and Desist Order to end the harassing calls.

This account was paid in full many weeks ago and I am still receiving calls.

Called, heavy accent, possibly east india? Wanted to talk about continuing eduction.  Said not interested.  Called me four times and hung up.

They called my Mother asking for me and telling her that she needed to tell me that I needed to call them asap regarding a debt I owe to GE capital Bank regarding Wal-Mart credit card. First of all Wal-Mart would never have called my mother and Second of all Wal-Mart credit services and all their accounts have been hacked. THIS IS A SCAM.

I'm receiving daily calls from this number... Nobody answer and they don't leave messages too... I beleive these calls are invading my life and I felt them harassment me.

This number started calling me last night. Between 10pm and 7am I received FOUR calls. If something is that urgent, leave a f'ing message. I reported my credit card stolen over a year ago and they refused to freeze it. If I'm being billed for a card used in a different country than my own I am not paying the bill. Period.
Just block these numbers. I have. Let them send an email. Like someone else said, the mafia would be a lesser annoyance than dealing with GE Money.

Me too.  This morning (Sunday) they woke us up.  I typically don't answer unknown calls, but I was angry so I did this morning.  They were looking for someone who has the same first name (but not middle initial) as my wife and who was born in a different year.  Whoever that is owes Care Credit some money.

I asked them to stop calling us.  I hope they do.

I have received a minimum of 8 calls per day from this number for the last 4 days. I do not answer and they never leave a message. There have been times when they have called at 3 am, 6 am, 9 am, and then all through the day while I am at work. From the sound of other complaints about this number, answering and speaking with a representative doesn't sound like it would be useful in the slightest.

From a board like this one for another collection agency that calls me, this other collection agency was said to call neighbors of people trying to get ahold of the person to collect a debt. I guess we can be thankful GE Money doesn't do that.

I have found that if you tell them you have no money to pay at this time, they will start asking you if you can pay a little or can  you borrow from somebody. They won't take no for an answser. I have gotten calls from different people from the same company in the same day to the point that I was repeating myself over and over. I ended up hanging up on a guy because he got aggressive. Luckily, I can now block them with iOS 7. So I only know when they call now if they leave a message and I have to go to a certain scene on my phone to even see that.

GE is the absolute worse place to do financial business with.  Their (behind the scenes) interest rate is through the roof.  They have contacted me as well as sent email and regular mail saying I missed my last payment when in fact I did not.  They not only received it as normal, but they deposited/cashed the check as it cleared my account.  I have reported them to the NY state attorney general's office who is majorly investigating them for deceptive business practices.
