Nicholas Rodriguez calls every single day telling me to call back urgently. This has been going on for months and I am tired of it!  I do not owe any debts!  I don't answer, just delete the message. Where do these people get their wrong info from?

Not sure if this is the number they call from but calller ID lists it as GILA Corporation.  They call several times a day
and never leave a message.  I never answer this call.  Maybe the real GILA Corp. should look into this.

We keep getting calls from a Nicholas Rodriguez.  When we pick up the phone it just keeps giving us the recording.  We called the number and got a female, sounded Felipino.  She wouldn't give us any information until we gave date of birth.Which is personal information.   Didn't say what it was about.  We have no outstanding tickets and have not received any kind of notices.  We ask them to stop calling but of course they don't and are constantly leaving messages. Very frustrating.

Recorded call from # 512-532-8633, Nicholas Rodriques re urgent matter. Left 800-295-0851 as call back #.  After 2 weeks of receiving calls, I called and got the recording that # is no longer in service.

We have had numerous calls from this number, a male voice with no accent, asking for a return call. It was a recorded voice and caled from "out of area", so we can't ask to be off the list or anything. He didn't identify to whom he wished to speak. This is a daily occurance. How can I get it to stop?

Act like your phone is acting up/ cutting out and give them an 'alternate number'. Instead give them your local police non emergency line. It'll probably get taken care of pretty fast.

They call me but my they talk to my sister and said I have a government issue. My sister ask them what kind of issue I had in the government but they don't wanna say anything. This is a scam..

I got something like" There is a court matter that may affect you. Call us back at *number* blah blah blah, again please give this message your complete attention as a court matter may affect you." Bullsh*t. I don't remember what name they used but the caller id said Gila corp, 512-532-8633. They're spoofing, which is illegal, and they can't make a debt collection call without knowing that they're talking to the right person for. They may not be spoofing actually. I just recalled them again, and it sounds like it's a recording of the "your call cannot be complete" message that they put up and then it hangs up. The number they give is real though.

urgent court matter? been 6 months, talked with customer service, they say someone is transferring my call and they cannot id it

Repeated calls asking to call 1-800-295-0851. Leaves a message daily that I should call. When I call, mostly just music plays.
I actually got a person today, but he just kept repeating "what is your phone number?"   I asked to speak to the manager and placed on hold to hear music.  I hung up. I would like this to END.  I have never received any mail from this place.  I believe this is a scam. I was surprised how quickly I could bring up scam information.

I just called and told them they have the wrong number. The person I spoke to said she will remove me. She was nice. Now we'll see if it sticks.

We get at least 3 calls a day with an automated voice with the same message for us to call 1-800-295-0851.  We will not respond and have no idea what it is regarding.

12 calls from 80-295-0851..stating urgent court matter..I have no urgent court matter and I would like them to STOP leaving messages.  I am not going to call them back.

Call me on friday. Saying it was in regards to a court matter. Also, that a summons was sent to me on thurs and it is friday. Wanted me to call back with my name and address so that they can send me a summons. Sounds like a scam to me.

They don't have my number. They keep bothering my poor mom.  How can i block this number from my moms phone? PLEASE HELP. I tried calling the number back a recording came on that says " HEY LADIES THANK YOU FOR CALLING THE HOTTEST CHAT LINE" So hell I don't know who they are or what they want.

Scam; identified as an "Urgent Court Matter that is neither a solicitation or a bill collection". Has called about 6 times and left the same message. My name was never identified in the robo-call. Isn't this illegal??? Who stops them from doing this?

Don't even bother to call this automated message about an "Urgent court matter" from 1800-295-0551.  They are NOT form a government court, or even from ANY government institution.  I called back and they wanted to know if anyone in my household was 18 and over to see if I qualify for a "Special" promotion.
JUST OF TIME!!!!   I PUT THEM ON A BLACK LIST OR REJECT LIST ON MY PHONE.   DO THE SAME.

Received numerous calls from this number, leaving a voice message advising this was about a "court matter".  Called back and was advised they were trying to reach my husband. Advised I am his wife and was asked if I would like the info released to me.  I agreed and was  asked  to verify a birth date provided for my husband. After advising them that was an incorrect birth date I was asked  to confirm a previous residence address in a state we have never lived in. After telling them we had not lived at that address I was advised they must have the wrong individual with the same name.  They advised they would remove our number from their list.  It appears they are skip tracers. My husband has a very common first and last name and this is not the first time this has happened.

This about the fourth company to call for the same WRONG person, a Gail Bxxxxxxxxx. They say they will remove your number, and they do. But when they are not successful they sell to another agency!
And it starts all over!

I called the 800 number and asked who they were trying to reach. When he mentioned the name and I told him the person no longer has this number he said he would remove the number from the list but it might take 48 hours for it to take effect.

We have receiving messages from these people too. It shows a 512 # but they they an 800 #. I blocked the first one and today they called from a different #. Blocked it too. I figure they will have to run out of phone lines. Idiots.

My parents have received 3 calls from them so far!They stated that my license has been suspended due to an outstanding balance at a court.  I have a balance at my justice court for fines but have spoken with them and  none of this is true!!
