Just received call from this number on my cell phone. Since I do not answer #'s unknown to me, I did not answer.  No message was left, so I guess they really did not want anything.  Nice try, though!

What about when they call you every day looking for someone you have never heard of in your friggin life?!?! Am I supposed to deal with this harassment for some deadbeat that used my cell number as a contact??? My name isn't Galarga or Galego or whoever the hell it is they keep calling me about... I am not even Spanish!!!

It has been few months now and they are calling everyday I do not have debts and a great credit score.  I think we  should all get together for a class action against this company. We would hopefully make some money on their annoying and unprofessional behavior !!!

I get calls from this # and I know I don't owe anything to anybody.  I use 1 credit card and I have never left a balance on it.  So, why do they have my number?

Dirtbags like you, who backhandedly defend dirdbag, ambulance chasing attorneys like those at NCO, kind make me wanna puke. Sorry if it hurts. This company is a debt collection company that  buys "unpaid debt" in bulk, even debt which the court system has been determined to be illegal, non-collectable and in violation of the FDCA. My guess is that you either work for a scumbag company like this or are screwing someone who does. There is a word for a "s*** for brains", tool who passes judgement without benefit of quantification: you are an a***ole.

Wow Jake are we a troller? If so, this isn't the place for that. People are trying to see if this number or company is legit. Everyone has had debt at some point in live. These people called my parents phone, and I know for a fact that they have perfect cerdit. So comments like that are very childish. And it's sad that debt collectors like this do it to people. Also not everyone knows about the Fair Debt Collection Act. Hences why they are on google or whatever search engine looking for answers. So Jake, I think you should think before you speak. Otherwise you'll make yourself look stupid.... again.

These people call me 6 or 7 times a day. I have zero debt. I monitor my credit score and my credit report and both are clean. I've sent them cease and desist letters and still nothing happens. I'm on the DNC list. But apparently it's just there as extra evidence when someone sues. No one actually monitors it or does anything to the violators.
They call my cell phone. I get 200 minutes a month and most of them are these people. I've asked to talk to supervisors. I've told them to mail me their files. They ask for my inforamtion (which I am not giving them).
These people are scammers. Don't give them your personal inforamtion. Report them to the better business bureau.

I don't owe any debts, my house is paid for, my car is paid for, no outstanding bills, so why are people on this number (800-295-6724) calling me on a cellphone that is rarely used except by family members.  I don't even give it out as it is a "pay as you go" phone from Walmart.  I DON'T like cellphones and do not want to be tied down to one.  I have a caller ID on my phones and if I don't recognize the number I don't answer them, but would appreciate them not calling.

I receive several calls from 800-295-6724. The caller identifies the company as NCO Financial and the calls are described  is an attempt to collect a debt.
I do not have any past due debts.

It is shady.  NO collection company would call without asking for  you by full name and assuring that you are that person before they begin to speak about the issue.  I used to get this company calling my cellphone, everyday. This went on for months.  Now it is starting on the home number.  I am sure that they just a list of random numbers.  It only works because some people, pay.  IF YOU ARE UNSURE, TELL THEM TO SEND YOU THE BILL...BUT DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR ADDRESS.  IF

wouldn't tell me what call was about even though she called my home number and left reference number. Was very elusive and appeared shady.

What can I do to stop these calls? They are calling my work! I dont owe them a dime as far as I am concerned!!!

Called unwanted and for unknown reasons

i have had to deal with these morons before.  they have been calling me for years about credit cards i have not had for 12 years.  they finally took me to court and they lost.  i wish they would take me there again.  the cards were paid off 1 year before things were charge to them.  they could not show anything as to who, what, when or where the cards were used.  they just try to draw people into paying for things they did not buy, etc.  i have contacted an attorney and am going to drag them to court suing them for the marks they have placed on my credit record.

they have called a number of times. they will not take my number off their list. they are looking for some mexican woman that had this number over two years ago. i have told them this woman does not work here and they told me i was lieing. they must hire morons because i am sure the woman does not work here for i am a one man business and know the only man working for me is me.

They've been calling my son's cell phone the last couple of weeks and asking for 'Dave'. No 'Dave' here. And they are eating up his minutes.

Other websites say this is NCO Financial, out of PA, and PA authorities are looking into this collection company.

Yes. I  got this phone number from local cable company.  It has National do not call. The caller started calling as AUDEX.  They do no leave messages. I called asking who they were and they refused to identify themselves, asking for my name and Case Number.  I have no 'case number" or any outstanding debts nor would I give them my name or phone number. I gave them the number that was being used to call me and they "made note of it" to stop calling. They are still calling.  

This is a very old scam.  They will record your voice saying your name, phone number and other information as you tell them to quit calling you as you have not debts outstanding and son on.  They may take sections of your voice response to 'prove' you agreed some debt was yours when you did not say it was.

They will take your name and phone number and add it to out-of-date old bills or "dummy" bills that have nothing to do with you.  Then they will hound you day in and day out demanding money, calling your neighbors and relatives and anyone in your area with a similar name.
 
The State Atty Gen. Fraud office was contacted, as well as me reading these sites.  What you have to be careful of is if they take the phoney debt to court and you refuse to go.   They get default judegement based on fraud and can attach your bank accounts and property.  Be vigilant and file a police report for harrassment even if you are told it is a civil matter.

Just got this phone on Sept. 1st and I am in high school who are these people. They said in regards to 3N8HA what the hell is that for. Then the recording said to ask for Kevin Monroe

just got this new cell # 3 weeks ago and started receiving calls from NCO.. called them back and mentioned Kevin Monroe and the chic said "Oh that is the recorded name".. my reply was and this is me hanging up... Never heard of this company until i got this new phone number... When you return the call, they want your phone number... they also ask for a reference #, which i didn't have...

This has been investigated.  There is no such person as "Kevin Munroe" or "Kevin Monroe." It is fraudulent. Do not call the number back.

And look at the b***s*** advertisement along with all the other maddness with the NCO s***.
