As mentioned above, it is a number your phone calls frequently to make sure the phone is working for heart patients that have Pacemakers and or defibrillators that monitor you heart and are imbedded under ones skin in the chest area. This assures the monitoring company that it is working if there is an arrythmia. The manufacturer of mine is Boston Scientific and I believe the call goes directly in to them.

This number is a medical check-in for heart patients. If you have a heart device that is monitored, the monitoring unit initiates a call from your home to interrogate your heart device. Mine calls once a week and saves me from having to make unnecessary doctor's visits. If there is a problem the monitoring comjpany will immediately call your doctor. It is terrific.

Called it and sounds like a Fax machine.
Number shows up tons of times on my Verizon bill.
Registered once again with Do Not Call Registry
Coming through on my home phone/satellite phone!
Also shows early morning calls.
Glad I keep my ringer off!

Mine is the extreme opposite. On my call log, it states that "I" am making calls to this number just about every 2 hours including early morning hours i.e. 1, 2, 3 AM etc. I have no idea who they are and I called Verizon and they are not doing anything about it. Anyone know why this is happening? It is very disturbing and I do not want to be accused of making annoying calls.

Trying to find out myself, called twice so far today. Have them blocked so they don't come through.
