They called my place of employment. I don't know if it's Progressive or not, since the ID just shows "Toll Free Caller", but the company doesn't have anything to do with Progressive; if an employee does, how obnoxious for them to call someone's job. Ughn.

This is why I stopped putting my work phone number on anything.

I just got a call. Did not answer. No Voicemail. My insurance expires end of month, but Progressive has already sent me my cards and policy. This number does not match any on their website. I to believe this is a scammer  who will ask for your CC info and use it to run up charges or sell the info.

Two missed calls from this number.  Didn't call back.   I do not have nor have I ever had insurance with progressive.  

Reminding me to pay my policy or it will lapse.

Wake up everyone!   hellooooo, this is a scammer.  Progressive Insurance does not treat there customers this way.  They are really having fun with all of you.

Yes.  It's Progressive.  My RV is insured through them but the policy premium is not due for a week. They called THREE times today while we were out and never left a message....not ONCE.   I don't call this customer service.  I call it predatory and insulting intrusion on my private life.  I told them not to do it on the previous renewal cycle...yet they still persist.

do u know for SURE if it's really Progressive Insurance Company or not???? just curious cuz they just called MY HOUSE THIS LATE wanting to talk to my dad but they left a message but my dad does NOT have THAT insurance...soooo....is it legit or is it a SCAM

received a total of 3 so far today, Saturday...didn't ans. any....this 3rd time there was a female robot message for a name I could not understand

# called me today Saturday.  so if it is still Progressive, why would it call on Saturday?  did not ans.  no message.  I dont have Progressive ins.

Didn't answer because I didn't recognize #. I do have Progressive Insurance, but it doesn't run out for 6 months. Shouldn't be time to renew.

Received two calls in the past two days from this number.  No one on the line.  This is a poor way to run a business or phone scam.

7/14/11 Caller ID showed "Progressive Ins", then "Varolli" for 2 missed calls from 800-300-1190 today.   No messages were left.

Re:   1-800-300-1190.   Saturday June 25, 2011.   I received a call on my Sprint / Boost CELL phone.  Evening, a little after 7pm in Pittsburgh, PA.   I answered.  It sounded like someone was on there.  I didn't say anything else, waited about 15 - 20 more seconds, and hung up.   I have been UNABLE to determine  WHO  this is, and would like to know.

Agree that this number is Prpgressive Insurance Co.  Called me with automatic voice message that my insurance policy payment is due.  (True -- and I sent it in.)

1-800-300-1190 goes to Progressive Insurance Policy, reminding you that your policy is about to cancel if you do not make a payment.

Cannot get information on this number. No call back allowed.
