Yep got the same call this must be on of those timeshare scams. Pay up front scam.

I received a call from a Sean Ketcham asking if I wanted to sell my timeshare.  He was approx $500 upfront to perform a title search, etc to make sure I own the timeshare.  He said my timeshare was worth much more than I am sure I could get.  I did check them out on the BBB site and there were no outstanding complaints.

Want to "sell" our timeshare... probably one of those rip off companies that want you to pay to advertise your timeshare.  Like they ever care if they sell it if they got $xxx for nothing!
