It's 6a and these people are calling my cell phone!!! Daily calls...no messege..this is ridiculous!!!!

I could careless how many times they call me I have a smart phone and it blocks them everytime even after they change
numbers.  They think they are so smart but they are so dumb as a rock poor pathetic a***oles!!  Keep calling I don't even hear it ring....hahahahahaahaha you idiots like I said I have a super duper smart phone at home and we are

It's a scam. Not a debt collector.

For the last two weeks I have been getting phone calls with a recording telling me to call this number. She says to call Maxine King about a debt collection.

who ever the @#$&* Maxine King is at this number, I wish would get a life and leave the rest of us alone.

I just received a phone call from someone named Ms. Unger (first time she has called my number) and to call her back at 1-800-303-1995. You cannot understand what she is saying (replayed voicemail 4 times) and she does not specify the debt collection company but states in the voicemail that I need to return her phone call today. I pulled my credit report and I have nothing on it for outstanding debt. I went into my Mr. Number app and blocked this "private number."

Message to call back Maxine King from NCO Financials. The number to call back is 800-303-1995.

All reviews of these people are that they are scammers and will bully people into paying false collections.

-  No message is left, only a few rings then hang up.  
-  Person left message saying, "we've been trying to reach you..."
-  Once when message left I called number back got only a fast busy signal.

Unidentified number on caller ID.  Repeatedly calling and leaves this number to call back.  Says its for a debt collection.  Always gives the name Maxine King to call back.

My elderly mom got a call from this debt collection agency. They were collecting on a legitimate charge for international phone calls that would normally be on ATT network but for some reason were picked up by Sprint instead. My mom has dementia, so if they sent her a bill, nobody will ever know.

In any case, it was totally legit. A drag, but legit.

I got the call also today and they started talking spanish to me. I don't even speak spanish. After I said excuse me he started talking English. I asked what it was about he couldn't tell me. He was going to transfer me to the another person but I hang up after he told he couldn't tell with this call was about.

Problem is, you do not owe them anything! when they send you the statement, it is a request for your approval to debit the birth certificate account. Sign it and send it back. Look at the address it came to. I'll bet it is in ALL CAPITOL LETTERS ain't it! That is not you! The drivers license, utility bills, checking account, all caps. www.thetwofacesofdebt.com. Keep a log, time, date, #, who. welcome their call, do not answer any of their questions, NONE! get their name, ID#, phone #, address and the reason for their call. then say thank you, you are now being informed to contact me only in writing. any further phone calls will be in direct violation of the TCPA and fineable up to $1500 each. then hang up! pull your credit reports. If they have entered your credit report without your written permission then they can be fined $1000 for each reporting agency each occurrence! NCO apparently couldn't find my official home phone (since I only have a cell which I don't give out). I didn't know they were even trying to collect from me till they called my brothers vacation home's next door neighbor. Someone needs to take these people down. And do you know it was all over a $16.34 bill that was electronically paid and mishandled when being credited to my account. Please someone take these people down.

Got a call this a.m. saying they were a debt collection agency.

I have near perfect credit, have not had a single late or past due payment for 20+ years.

As far as I can tell, these people can rot in hell.

been getting this call 2-3 times a week,don't know why i have no debts that i know of.when i answer the call they tell me if im not the person they are looking for please push so and so no.to stop calls, but they keep calling back.

They call me but I never answer.

They call daily and leave messages in very angry tones, but no info on what it's about. Scary. Do they really think I'll call them back after that?

I got a call yesterday from 248-784-1952, but didn't pick it up since I didn't know the number. Left a message. She said "this message is for (my name) and my name is Megan with Credit Acceptance. This is regarding (my brother) who has listed you as a personal reference on one of our applications." She then gives me the call back number of 1-800-303-1228.
I called my brother and asked him about this because at first I thought it was for a job that he applied for, but I thought he had just gotten hired on somewhere, but he said he's never listed me as a reference for anything and has no idea what its about. I guess he owes someone some money, but that doesn't explain how they got my name and number.

These people called the first time it was a real person looking for someone I don't know. I told them they had the wrong number, we have had our number for over 20 years and no one by that name has ever lived here. At first I just thought it was an error that would be straightened out but for the past two months I keep getting these automated calls very generally telling me I owe debt and to call them back. I know it is a scam I am not going to call them back but I don't know how to get them to stop

I keep getting calls tto call this  number stating their are a debt collection agency for NCO Financial and to call Maxine King. A reference number is given but I did not write it down, Caller ID shows Out of Area.

I got them back and I discovered that in my case, they were calling about a balance due to Cablevision.  The are a collecton agency that is trying to collect the balance I owe cablevision.
They are right I do owe cablevision a balance but I need to confirm that we are talking about the
same amount of money so I told them I would call them back.

FYI - I called from my cell phone and they already had my name and address and she identified
who I was before I did.

People, this is a LOWLIFE phony junk collection agency. Their SOLE purpose is to annoy and harass people. They serve ZERO legitimate purpose and once they have your number, they will continue to call, annoy and harass you. It is HIGH time we take our lives back from these types of scumbags. I STRONGLY suggest you do the following.

A. Call them back, REPEATEDLY. Annoy and harass them as they have you. It's the ONLY way pieces of garbage like this get it through their THICK heads to leave people alone. Again, you are NOT dealing with legitimate honest people here. They KNOW what they are doing and chose to do so, so no sympathy is owed.

B. Fax them. Fax them LONG 200 page faxes telling them EXACTLY the kind of garbage they are and what you think of them.

C. File complaints. File as many as you can, you can do so for FREE on the websites of their local BBB, Attorney General and the FTC.  You should also file a complaint here jwilson@asbca.com  That is the address for the local regulatory board that regulates collection agencies where this company is based.

Remember, the ONLY way you are going to get this lowlifes to leave you alone is to take action. The ONLY way agencies respond is when they get a lot of complaints, so do yourselves and everyone else a favor and do your part. Let's put this garbage on the street

calls very early in the mornings. when you pick up it is just an automated message. no specific details just telling you to call this number for debt collection.

These people keep calling me.  Yeah I got debt.  But I know the agency that has it.  And I only got 1. I have tried several times to have me taken off thier list and it does not help at all.  Now it seems like they call more.  And when they leave me messages the name of who they are looking for is never on there.  It is rediculous.
