p s : FCC Fax number has been busy ALL morning.  I fax all the Strategic Capital Stock junk faxes that I get to the FCC so that the amount of faxes increass by one with every fax to the FCC (now up to 9 junk faxes).

Why not let China Voice Holdings know how irritated we are by all these junk faxes? China Voice Holdings may not be behind these faxes, but then again maybe they are. If we let China Voice Holdings know what a PR nightmare this is creating maybe, just maybe, they will do something about it.

My suggestions:
Every time you receive a fax about China Voice Holdings fax it to China Voice Holdings, but don't just fax it once fax it several times. The fax number is 1-972-381-1211.

Heck, why not send them an email telling them how you feel: mail@chvcmail.com. This is a general mailbox so address it to the attention of Bill Burbank, President.

What else would account for this childlike, annoying pest behavior? Hard to believe anyone would fall for these obvious scams. This removal number also appears on a FAX for a company titled "Alternative Energy".  THe text at the bottom of the FAX says "Universal Consulting" is not a registered investment advisor or broker-dealer.... Then it gives the same 1-800-305-0319 removal phone number.  And, of course, the number is not a working number.

Lets see...A company by the name of CHINA voice holding headquartered in Florida.....My guess is...it's all crap.  I think the person above who Googled "Strategic Capital advisors is not a Broker dealer", found the company faxing and I think this China Company in Florida hired them..

Yet another junk fax promoting China Voice Holdings worthless penny stocks.  I have filed complaints with the FCC.  Not holding out hope that anything will be done about all this harassment.  Such a waste of paper.

"Spam king" indicted in stock fraud scheme Fri Jan 4, 9:31 AM ET

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A federal grand jury in Detroit has indicted a Michigan man dubbed the "spam king," and 10 others, in an international illegal bulk e-mailing and stock fraud scheme, the U.S. Justice Department said on Thursday.

The 41-count indictment charges Alan Ralsky, 52, of West Bloomfield, Michigan, his son-in-law, and nine others with operating an spamming operation that focused on running a stock "pump and dump" scheme.

"Today's charges seek to knock out one of the largest illegal spamming and fraud operations in the country, an international scheme to make money by manipulating stock prices through illegal spam e-mail promotions," U.S. Attorney Stephen Murphy said in a statement.

Under the scheme, the group sent spam touting thinly traded Chinese penny stocks, drove up their stock price, and reaped profits by selling the stock at artificially inflated prices, the statement said.

The Detroit Free Press said prosecutors described Ralsky as one of the most prolific spammers in the United States.

According to the indictment, the Ralsky's group used various illegal methods in order to maximize the amount of spam that evaded spam-blocking devices and tricked recipients into opening, and acting on, the advertisements in the spam.

The indictment followed a three-year investigation. Investigators estimate that those charged earned approximately $3 million during the summer of 2005 alone as a result of their illegal spamming activities.

Three people have been arrested, including Ralsky's son-in-law Scott Bradley and How Wai John Hui, a dual national of Canada and Hong Kong. The others, including a Russian national, still are being sought, the Justice Department said.

The Detroit News reported that Ralsky was believed to be in Europe and quoted his attorney, Philip Kushner, as saying Ralsky would voluntarily surrender to federal authorities in the next few days.

"Mr. Ralsky intends to fight these charges, which are brought under a new federal statute that has not been interpreted by the courts," Kushner told the paper.

Strategic Capital is a very common name used for companies these days and the people who are sending the faxes will not be using their acutal company name and be posting their contact info on their web-site. they are not going to make it that simple to find them. contacting the fcc is the best bet for results.

Also receiving junk from Strategic Capital - attempted to remove but it appears that they only remove from one list and then another.  Filed yet another complaint with FCC.  Did find information on Strategic Capital - supposedly it is known as Green Strategic Capital as well.

I get mine at 8:30 am The Stratigic Capital in Oakbrook Ill. are also not the bad guys here, they were helpfull and suggested calling your local phone co. and blocking the number. I have filed with the FCC and the system to do that is simple and allows a lot of information for them to track. good luck.

If you ever get a spam fax with a return toll free number, do as I do. If your fax has time to spare, send them a stack of totally black paper...it takes a l...o...n...g time to send black paper. It will tie up their fax and really boost their toll free charges!

Better to call the FCC (1888-225-53220 between 8 and 10AM in the morning--the recording says "sorry but due to call volume we cannot take your call...call back another time" then the recording hangs up on you---so this is a dead end as well. Ah Government....Better call your Congressperson

Thanks for this information but unfortunately, when I called these people say that they are not responsible for the fax blast and do not know who is, and that it is wasting their time as well.  They were not helpful
