Just got a call from this number, did not speak, hung up when I said hello.

they thank me but I can't understand it because it appears to have started the message while my voice mail was identifying who I was

"Anthony" wanted to ask questions about our hospital.  Hubby answered the phone, said he had a real strong accent, cut him off telling him "no thanks" and hanging up on him.  

This is some type of heath research questioneer....  They called at 8:35 pm... Did not leave a message... I called the number back this morning.. Got a recording...

I have been getting calls for 3 weeks, since I used new insurance for a doctor appt, I dont answer, but it must be on a dialer system, it sometimes calls 5 times a day now, I have tried to call them back but they wont recognize my other number from work, so it hangs up. Wonder if I can have all of their cell phone numbers and call them while at work, or dinner with family! HMMM.

Just wanting to know how I was treated when I went to the ER a couple of weeks ago.  Answered a few questions and it was over.  They did call and get my wife a couple of times and wouldn't tell her who they were.  They askedfor me and said they'd try back when I wasn't home.

If they are professional then why don't they leave a message..others pick up their phones and no one speaks..My husband was recently hospitalized and it was the hospital and the dr. office who called to see if he was doing well.

just recd call from this number. no name on caller ID so I do not pick up and they didn't leave a message..Annoying is right.

When these people call and ask for me (or my wife) I just tell them to hold on, I'll get him or her..........then I just put down the phone and let em wait.......the no call list is useless....when have you ever heard of someone getting proscuted, they keep calling and ignore the rules.

I didn't answer but from what I gathered it is a harrasment call.

These callers should be made to stop, arrested etc.  This is Harassment and stalking.  A law suite should be filed.  Where are the lawyers always so eager to help?

I have reported and reported and still received calls.  How about a law suite for Harassment / stalking?

Calling me every day since I came home from the hospital.  My bill is paid in full so they BETTER not be trying to collect on a debt!

No one answers when I answer the phone, won't quit calling, on Do Not Call, calling my cell.  What good exactly is the do not call list??

Holy smokes, people.  Calm down. I was initially upset about these calls too but after talking to someone at healthstream and the hospital it's all legit.  Theyre a survey company who partners with the hospital for patient satisfaction.  The hospital provides them with your name and number after discharge to ask how your stay was at the request of the hospital. The results are provided back to the hospital so they know how they scored with nurses, food, medicine, etc. and where improvements should be made. Here's some other info the lady at healthstream gave me -

Calls are made from healthtream?s Chattanooga, Tennessee interviewing center. The phone number that displays on the caller ID is 1-800-305-2522. If you see that number, please take the call.

Hospitals care very much about your comments because they help them improve service to others. They also help them train, reward and recognize their staff. However your participation in the survey is voluntary. You have the right to refuse to answer the survey if you want.

They will only try to reach you a few times so its not going to go on forever

They will NEVER try to sell you anything and will NEVER ask you for any financial information AT ALL (SSN, bank numbers) so if someone does, then they are not really from healthstream and you should not provide them with any of that info. All they want are your opinions on how the hospital did when you were there

TELL THEM TO STOP CALLING YOU!!!  These people should be ashamed of themselves for bothering people just out of the hospital who are  trying to recover!

I had a voicemail from this number of a man that I could hear typing and humming :/

Keep getting calls from this unrecognized number, and I DO NOT ANSWER these types of calls.  No message - ever.  Time to add them on my 'block' list.

We get calls all times of the day and night and no one answers if we do not catch the call.  We have told the people to stop calling us when we do answer - we do not owe any money to anyone!!!  Stop calling = this is an intensely stressful situation right now. My mother was just released from hospice to go home and die.  We do not need the harassment of a company that we know nothing about and will not speak to us when we tell we know nothing of them and do not want to be bothered by a "survey".  Please stop!!!  We have enogh to cope with right now - please be respectful for those that are close to passing over and their families!!!!

This is not telemarketing. From my experience just getting off the phone with them, it is a  healthcare survey company that called me and asked me 4 min of survey questions regarding my stay at Northwest Medical urgent care here in Tucson, AZ. I imagine they survey for many other hospitals as well and probably other businesses that you may have had recent service from. They called yesterday as well and did not leave a message. I don't quite understand all the complaining about them calling, just do the survey or tell them you have no interest in doing the survey. It's kind of ironic to complain about a call that is actually 100% about asking if you are satisfied with recent healthcare you received. I got to vent a little about how long I had to wait in the waiting room with a rather critical issue.

This number never leaves a message and just keep calling.....driving me crazy
