hang up, bogus number (5555)

called no answer

Message was left on my machine...when I called I was told welcome to the voice call center and was asked (by computer) what was my ssn #....hung up.

I called back and it was Qwest the phone company.

CAALS AND HANGS UP

They asked for me by name.

It's ANOTHER Qwest number...

Called this # back....it is Qwest...what the hell do they want? I have phone, DSL, and wireless....service....what more can they "sell" me?

This person did not know correct last name or correct pronunciation's for first name.

Asked for the person who answered phone by correct name and than hung up.
This was the 1st time & hope it will be the end of it.
I called back the number shown on caller ID and someone by the name of
Andrea answered & I hung up. I cld again, this time Shawn answered. I asked who they are and they said Qwest. I told them that I was hung up on when they
cld me & asked him what they wanted. He said they probably wanted to update our account which they are able to do now while I was on the phone. I said "no thanks" and hung up.
I cld Qwest. They claim they are unable to do anything, even if someone uses
their name "Qwest" . Qwest said they would hand over the number to a supervisor and check it out. That was probably just to get me off the phone with them.

They are calling me 3 or 4 times a day.  I'm not answering but it's extremely annoying because it's 8am and 9pm at night when it starts and finishes.     I too have Do Not Call.  This has been going on for a few weeks now.

1-800-305-5555 this number keeps calling with no intention for legitamate conversation and only hangs up when i do.
cannot block it andcannot call it back.
So do not answer this number calling in.

TIRED OF GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER.
