Received call from this number - caller ID shows: Telemarketer.  Asked to speak with someone who doesn't reside at residence.  Company is Enhanced Recovery Company, 8014 Bayberry Rd, Jacksonville, Fl 32256.    James Curtis, General Manager was apologetic, but couldn't address question about why Telemarketer shows up on caller ID.  Pending FTC and state complaint.  

Possible litigation may be in order against this company.

they called and left a message BUT did not state 'who they were' nor 'who they were trying to contact.  Go figure

I receive calls from this place over and over. I don't have any outstanding debts and I'm getting tired of these calls.  Somethimes a machine calls.

Don't be stupid, anyone and their brother can file a complaint. If these companies keep calling after you've told them they have the wrong number or that person doesn't live at that number, then they should cease the calls, if they don't you have every right to file a complaint YOU B****EAD

Received a call from this number yesterday. They had my current phone number and the people left me a message.  This is a collection agency call as soon as you can and a confirmation # 5249213.

They called while I was at work. Mom answered, got a recorded message with a phone # and reference #.`They didn't say who they were, just asked "K. Devonshire" to call back.

This number has been calling my business line as many as 2 or 3 times a day for over a month now.  I did call the number and asked to be taken off the calling list.  It seems now that they have increased and they are asking for Stacy Forest.

Received  a call from these guys as well.  Very similar messages as the previous entries.  My voicemail didn't catch the first part of the call, but it did say it was an attempt to collect a debt and gave me a reference number.  I'm not sure if I want to call them back or not.  Hopefully this was a one time thing.

Same as the above...get a recorded message from Chelsea starting with.if you are not this person hang up..attempt to collect a debt..provide reference number 25448347.  Very upsetting as I started to get these messages right around 12/21 at work and they would be 5 or 6 at a day!!.  And it being right before Christmas, it was very stressful. I never did call back and now they seem to have stopped, but glad I looked this up on google!

This number keep calling, says it's an attempt to collect a bill, but doesn't give a company name or anything else.

Received a call from this number yesterday. They had my current phone number, but asked if I were from x address, which I had never heard of. They wouldn't tell me what the call was about, or how they got my information, nor would they identify themselves. When I said I wasn't going to supply any personal information until they let me know what they wanted, they said they were going to continue calling until "you feel like cooperating". Have no idea who these people are, and I'm now refusing to answer their calls. They are behaving as if they are either a) some kind of collections agency (I have no debt, so that's not an issue) or b) criminals trying to intimidate callers into giving their social security number and current address.

1-16-08 I have recieved 2 calls from them now. I never answer Toll Free numbers, I always let it go to the answering machine. It is an electronic message from "Chelsea", at some company named "Enhanced Recovery" or something like that. The message says it's for a name I can't understand and says if I'm not that person, then to ignore the message. (Meanwhile they have called twice now) It says to return a call to the number and refer to account number 9448460. None of this is familiar. I have not called. I am concerned this is some kind of scam.

I got a call from this number as well and with a little investigation of my own, it appears to be a collection agency based in Jacksonville, Florida. When the automated voice called it left a confirmation number on my answering service, but never identified itself as a collection agency except to say that the call was about an "important business matter".

I have been called about 5 times (Saturday as well as weekdays) with a recorded message from Chelsea, spelling out a series of letters that was incomprehensible, and later the voice message said it was for "Susie Hill," which sounds phony. It says it is from Enhanced Recovery, and that they are a collection agency, with a reference number, etc. Oddly, they say to delete the message if if is incorrect, but nevertheless they keep calling. I have filed several complaints with the National Do Not Call Registry over this, and will continue to do so.

The message was slightly cut off at the calls start, but it did say it was a collection agency.  Even left a reference number.  I just called them, and someone picked up, but all I could hear was background talking.  Strange.  My guess is that these people are fraudlulent.

I have been getting calls from this number as well. I do owe a debt but I filed BK about 3 weeks ago and legally they can no longer call me to attempt to collect this debt. When i finally talked to a person, she tried to give their little speech they have to give about 'attempting to collect a debt and this call may be recorded'. I interrupted her and told her I hoped the call was being recorded because they are breaking the law by contacting me after I've filed bk and I want to give them my filing # so they'll stop calling me everyday. She already had my filing # but was still calling. That is in direct violation. I threatened to file a suit against them if they continue to call me. We'll see what happens...

Chelsea is a trying to steal your identity, don't call them back or say anything, or you will pay a hefty price. FCC.gov has on on-line complaint form.

I have recieved calls for the past 5 days from these folks and the message says they are a collection agency looking for kim t. harrison.  They state to delete the message if you are not this person and I am not her or ever heard of her.   Even after you delete the message the calls keep comong.  If you answer the phone, you get the same recording as the voice message and hanging up after they say delete the call still does not stop them from calling again later. This will truly test your nerves.

This number keeps calling and leaving a computerized message to call, but no other information.

I was a collector and I can tell run don't walk to a lawyer that deals in harassing calls from collectors. It is illegal to call a debtor before 8:00 am in ANY state. Furthermore, since you have requested to have your number removed from their systems, and they have called you repeatedly after a time period of 48 hours, you may also sue them for harassment. Not only will they be fined by the government, but your lawyer can ask for punitive damages, cost of your attorney fees, etc.

getting calls from 18003055557 asking for paula and the caller id shows telemarket i have asked them to stop calling this # no 1 lives here by that name and remove me from the list still they are calling i put the # with do not call list and nothing is been done about them

To the person who obviously works collections..  I do pay my bills, but had my daughters stay with me several years ago and they almost delight in getting stuff and not paying for it.  They moved to Arkansas and left me all their unwanted stuff, including those lovely calls from bill collectors.  I've tried asking them to call my kids, but the kids just don't pay their bills and their phones get shut off, so they start calling me again.  
And the reason I don't answer?  I work.  When I'm home, I answer.

I spoke with a live person once to tell them they were calling a wrong number.  They promised my name would be removed.  
I tried calling the 800-305-5537 and at option 1 I entered my number as instructed and was told my number would be permanently removed in 24 hours.
I added them to my do not call list.  
This is the 2nd time I've called the number and tried to have my name removed.
I'm also going to try to speak with a live person again.
Oh, and the www.erc.com website asks for more than the reference number they left for the person they were trying to reach.

Does anyone know who this is?  I just received a call from this number at 8 PM and it said "telemarketer" on my caller ID.  What a joke!!!
