I am receiving numerous calls from your company regarding a "Michele". I have repeatedly informed everyone that there is no Michele here. We recently moved here from NY and were given the number that they are using. We are fed up. We have had no business, contact or anything else from Card Services. This morning at 9:25am I answered a call from same place-Steve_ asking for Michele. I tried to explain to him that no one lives here by that name. He wanted my phone number and I would not give it to him. He was rude, obnoxious and just plain nasty. Please do whatever is nec to stop this.

They call themselves "Card Services".

DO NOT CALL...on the no call list....abusive calling all day.

I've gotten tons of calls from this number looking for a Tommy (not me or any member of my family, must have had this # before me). Finally got them to stay on the phone long enough and answer some questions. First identified themselves as Tribute but that soon changed.

finally got a corporate ph# for them of 770-828-2000 and called that and found out their physical address of

Hope this helps others. Now going to submit a complaint to the do not call page on them.

They call about 6 times a day and when I pick up and hello no one answers.  So I hang up.

They have been calling me for the last week asking for an Ernest somebody I can't understand them. I am just going to tell them that Ernest is dead.

Yes, they keep calling me too, but they ring my work phone once then they call my cell # immediately afterwards.  They seriously mis-pronounce my name, I didn't know who they were asking for.

They call me about 6 times a day.  I have labeled that # "Do Not Answer" with a silent ringer  because it's annoying.  And every single message they just say "hello" then hang up.  I had my phone off during spring break vacation and had 26 voicemails and each one of them said "hello."  How am I supposed to call back if they don't tell me what they're calling about?  The calls have stopped for now...

I have a private pay-as-you-go cell phone where only friends and family know the number - I never give out the number for business, and I never use it to call business numbers. Yet since the day I bought this phone, I've gotten collection calls for a previous owner... that was well over a year ago - and they are still coming. This afternoon, 800-308-6625 came my way 3 times. Since I know it's not for me, I do answer - and if I miss the call, I'll call them back and let them know that I am not (name witheld for privacy) and that I use a PAYG phone. They are always nice, yet the calls keep coming more and more often. There otta be an ENFORCEABLE law here!!!

I keep getting a call asking if Richard pettie is here. and when i say no they ask how long i have had this number, and who i am and stuff. i told her it didn't matter, that i had already told her once she had the wrong number and not to call my house again.

I get calls from this number, and all i hear is background noise!  No message, just a alert that I have a v.m.on phone!

i was at work and my cel had 2 missed calls. i called back the (800)308-6625 upon answering they wanted my social security number. i said no you dont. then the "indian" person in the phone said: do you have a aspire credit card? isaid no!!!   he ask if i wanted one .   now i know this people call atleast 5 to 10 times a month.  now i just ignore!!!

They call all hours of the day and night, payment has been made, account is now current, missed the due date by one day. Have sent a cease and disist letter to ASPRIRE credit card, and they are not complying with the request. WHO TO SUE. Someone in INDIA, I know I will never win. Aspire credit card, I doubt if we will win there either. By the way on the bottom of the Aspire cc there is a fax number, it is disconnected. Do we change our phone number?

They just called me at work - this is a call center based in India for Imagine MasterCard.  I refused to authorize a payment over the phone - even though at the beginning of the year I had done that.  I will not longer authorize or allow foreign call centers access to any of my information.  On top of the fact that they have been told multiple times to NOT call me at work.  Beware of these people!

if you have a tribute or a salute mastercard or visa and you miss a payment they call you the very next day.  I made my payment but shorted it by $4.00.  The people have been calling me from 9am to 9pm everyday.  I finally answered and  i could barely understand her, come to find out she was calling from india wondering when i was going to pay the $4.00 shortage, i told her it will be paid on the next billing cycle, she kept insisting that she could take a payment over the phone and i told her no i will pay by the next billing cycle. They are still calling me everyday at home and work!

they keep calling my work place and harrasing my coworkers for my cell # and all that im not interested in what they offering they dont even speak proper english i have no idea who they are and what they stand for.

They answered the phone like it was an emergency hotline. The lady (I think it was a lady??) Said, "kankles are okay, it's okay". I was like uhhhh...I think I called the wrong number. I don't have kankles. In fact, I don't think I know anyone with that affliction.

maybe more children would NOT be abducted if they had cell phones and knew how to use 911.

this is a bogus phone number..Clark howard need to do investagation on this.

This is a call center for cardholders of Trubute, Aspire, or Salute Credit cards...

I have been getting calls from this # since Oct 2008, I advised them they had the wrong # as they were asking for someone named Mohammed, they continued to call and I asked for a supervisor to have my # removed from their calling list, I spoke with someone named Mark who assured me my # was not in their system. I called Card Services in the US and spoke with someone who advised they get a lot of complaints for this call center but they are not affiliated with them in any way. So I get another several calls today from the same company, I asked for a supervisor who again said they would remove my # and then they called several more times, this is very annoying as they are very rude and hard to understand at times.
I just want the calls stopped, I understand everyone needs a job but they should do as people ask who do not have accounts with them and when you call the # the 1st thing they do is ask for your Social Security # before they can assist you with anything, I am not sure if they are running a scam or what but they need to be stopped before this results in a lot more than angry phone calls or emails to and about them.

Youre going to love this.My 7 year old has a cell phone.because I want her to have it.I got one for her older sister for christmas so I got her one too.I pay the bill on it so ,it shouldnt bother YOU.

Aspire Card. My bill was not due until 2/8/09. They called starting on 1/20/09. I paid the bill online, not over the telephone (early). The hourly calls immediately stopped. Typical Aspire Card behavior.

I am receiving 4-5 calls per day on EACH cell and home phone from this number. Getting out of hand, and I am SICK OF IT!!!!!

I have been getting crazy harrassing calls from this number!  I finally answered it and put it on mute, and they kept repeating my name!  Listen closely they sound like Arabs or something.  Who the hell are these people?  These calls are getting out of line!  Any success getting them to stop calling, please let me know.

They call my house several times a day! They are definantly from another country, you cannot understand them! THEY ARE VERY RUDE!!!!!

Must be a collection agency or credit card company's people in India calling!!
