a letter came in the mail with no return address "D----, please call Jessi I will be in after 1:00, extension 8991" When you call, it goes straight to a voice mail asking you to input the four digit extension and then it asks you to leave a message. We have no idea who this is.

I got the same envelope, no return address, no markings, with an index-card in it that says: "B___, Please give me a call @18003087718 x3566, Thanks, Kim P"

When I call, of course, they ask you to put in the ext no and leave a message.  The phone no is out of business when I tried to call before 1pm?I am annoyed.  And looked up the postal code from the postal machine, and I don't know what else I can do about it?

I received the same thing today, the enevelope was partially opened like someone took something out - cheque/sample. then when I looked inside there was the index cared that says"   ______ please call sue I'll be in after" 1-800-308-7718 ex 8661. i thought how strange as i donot even know a Sue and the postal code from the postal machine is M5B 2E7. Then I got to wondering if this was a scam or something and looked it up. Now there is some letters and numbers from the postal machine i wonder if anyone can look it up maybe then they can trace it to a company.

my first question would have to be...  is anyone involved in collections?  if so my guess is that has something to do with it.  judging by the phone number, the postal code and the only reason, if i were to be honest, i would receive such a strange note - money.

i also just got a note from kim p, in fact she called me at work.  unless it's some kind of diabolical consipiracy...  we all owe money to someone.

What's going on with this?

All the same as above. Received the envelop as well. But I figured it out.  I looked up the postal code through Canada post and got the address. It's 415 Younge St.  Then I found out who owns the building and one of their major tenants is Collect Corp.  This is a collection agency.  So we all must owe someone some money.

wife just got a message today from a person named jane and this 1-800-308-7718 is this a collection agency if yes how do we find out
