First, I am on the Do Not Call list. As of this date, I received three calls from Sundance Vacations on my cell phone that I never give out to anyone except friends and family never to businesses of any kind. Calling about a cruise to the Bahamas. They have called me from these numbers: 800-309-6500, 800-309-7000 & 800-501-0100. Each caller claims that I filled out an entry form at Dorney Park in May of this year. I have NEVER been to Dorney Park nor have I ever filled out any entry form as I know well enough that these so called sweepstakes are fraudulent.
I also can't believe the employees of Sundance on actually on here bashing consumers that do not want telemarketing calls. This just shows what kind of scumbags work for this company. Contact the FTC and file an online complaint that is very brief. File a Complaint every time you receive a call from Sudance or any other telemarketer. FTC complaint website is https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

This number has just called me 19 times in a row. There is a ton of background noise when I answer. I hang up, and my phone immediately starts ringing again...same number.

Received 2 calls from Diana, same phone # as above. 800-309-6500, ext 605. Won some thing at a Pacers game. Don't go to ' games' . Is that hockey? Football? i have no idea.
Won a 4 day cruise, flight included! She is SSOO excited for us, call her right away!!
Problem is....I only have a cell phone. I'm charged for calls before 6 pm. I do not like being charged for HER calls. Shall I send her the bill? :-))

So far I have "won" a 7 night, 8 day cruise on Caribean, which thanks to Researcher's input on 27 Dec. 2009 I can now totally ignore, and also, I've "won" 2 "Free" plane tickets and a 2 night 3 day prize that I can also safely ignore thanks to all of these comments. The caller didn't have my right name and had to correct herself, plus all of the background noise made it sound like the "boiler factory", it was. Caller I.D. is wonderful, even though it keeps my answering machine busy.

Ugh. I filled out a slip for a Target gift card giveaway at a local church shindig. What a mistake. These jokers have called me three times already.

I want to thank the many people for their respones. I got this voice mail again today. The operator called me "Will". I was tempted to call them and inform that they have the wrong number. Thanks again everyone!

I got a call 5/4/13 @ 10:00 CST from 630-324-7357. The name on my caller ID shows as SUN VACATIONS. I didn't answer the phone but a "Tanya" left a message saying I had won a trip after signing up at the Circle Center Mall in Indianapolis, IN. We have been in Indianapolis but didn't sign up for anything. This is a scam - I called the mall office in Indianapolis, IN. "Tanya" left a call back number of 800-324-7357.

We were nice the first time they called & said we were not interested. A week later they call again & this time when we nicely tried to decline, the caller just kept on going. We finally had to get rude & next time they call we are contacting the FCC! This is the number that keeps calling us! 1-800-309-6500

They said I entered a form at the chicagoland kids expo and they have great news. The guy who called us was named Walter. Gotta be sundance vacations.

I have never been to Disney on Ice and I have NEVER given my work number to anyone but family.
Also, they did not identify me by name, just that "you were drawn"...
Patty 2012-02-24 20:25:31 Unknown
How often should I politely decline? Once? Twice? 10 times? Yes, I gave my phone number and it's fine to call it because I gave and I did hope to win a prize. You never know. But, when I say I am not interested in listening to sales pitch for anything, that should be enough for them to get rid of my number. They are not going to intimidate me into buying anything with their harrassment. They just piss me off and make more resolved.
So, yes, the first time I am certainly polite. The next time, I let them know I have already declined and to please not call again.
After that, they are fair game. I have done the pick up the line and just let it sit, too. It IS funny. One time I repeated everything back to them that they said. It's great when you can make THEM hang up on you! LOL!

Received multiple (20+) messages on our machine from "Walter" or "Gloria" saying we won a cruise from an entry we filled out in October at Apple Fest in Long Grove, IL. The number they said to call was 800-309-6500. There's no such phone number in the 800 directories. Caller ID shows the incoming calls from either "Smart Travel" in IN, at 317-807-3030, or from "Sun Travel" at 216-393-1277.
Of course these are not real travel agencies, nor are there any trips to win. Only suckers to snag.
Don't be one of them.
Molly 2012-02-03 01:19:52 Unknown
has anyone gone to see if you really get the prize?! lmao
Jeff 2011-10-21 17:32:21 Unknown
Ha ha, they said I filled out a contest form at a Chicago White Sox game. Offered a vacation and a $1000.00 gift card. Problem is that I am not a White Sox fan and never went to a Sox game in my life. They never even told me who they were! Got the number off the caller ID. What a farce.

I filled out a drawing at a concert in Cincinnati at the U.S. Bank Arena and gave them my work number. They called my work number and left a message saying to call them. I have been getting multiple unwanted IMs on my cell phone and suspect it is the same person. This woman said she is Kimberly Green but didn't say her company name or what they wanted. This is a scam. I don't know if security people at U.S. Bank Arena know about this but they should be alerted.

I received a phone call in regards to an injury claim filled out on July 6th at Downers Park. When I asked where that was since no one in my family had been there, they informed me that it was in Pennsylvania. I told them they must have the wrong number and they went on to say thay the number on the form was hard to read and that if was for an Omar Nunuez. But... they could go ahead and offer me what they would have offered him. Yep, a vacation package. I hung up!

Funny. I apparently filled something out at the Brewers/Astros game in early august. it had my name, phone number, and where I was supposed to have signed, they let me just initial instead. I just find that strange considering that, while I've been to Miller Park this year, I did not in fact go when they were playing the Astros, nor did I fill anything out while I was there. Either these people are full of it, or I'm schizophrenic. Considering I don't have any lost time that I can't account for, I know which one I'm betting on.
