Incessant calls and I am not the person they are trying to reach.

got that same call the lady says her name is Jeanine Gray ext 1215...who are these people...they are calling for my daughter...and somehow they got my uncle number and he called and told me..how do they do this

We have been dealing with this company/number for about three years now, as well as others of the same ilk. These calls are not about our accounts; that is why I resent (RESENT) the constant annoyance. "Hiding behind caller ID" in this family is related to having police officer in the family. There are some folks who "resent" the person who arrested them or someone they are close to. What I have done: Filed a complaint with FTC, our state Attorney General, and of course, told them not to call. Even the numbers/companies with which I have spoken personally to a minimum of one person and maximum of three still call occasionally. Many years ago, when I did personally have an overdue account (and with very legitimate reasons out of my control) the collections person I dealt with was cooperative and helpful even though she was every bit as 'empowered' as these bullies who try to use threats, attempt to make people so angry and frustrated that they somehow 'come up with' the money. She and I worked out a reasonable and workable resolution. Sure there are deadbeats who milk every part of every system that they can, but all collection agencies are not created equal. All collectors are not legitimate and certainly all of them should not be permitted to conduct business.

They're driving me crazy!  I get a call almost every day.  Whether I answer the phone or it goes to message, its always just a recording.  I've called back and was forwarded through many prerecorded messages and left a message.  I asked to be taken off the call list.  Nothing works.  When I called there was never any explanation of what the business is, or who Mr. Greenberg is.  I called At&T to get the number blocked and they said they couldn't do that.

this idiot ,Mr. Greeburg,..has been calling me for 2 yr...for a bill some guy named donald owes....i have explained over and over that this is a new cell phone for me and i owe nothing.....he is not only rude, he is an idiot...now i almost enjoy getting his calls so i call tell him what an idiot a**hole he is....i usually end the converstaion feeling fairly satisfied that i pissed him off rather the other way around.....the calls are now getting less freq...ha!

Christian Brown from TRS, Inc repeatedly called my mother asking for Michael Hall. He told her that it was about a claim that I had filed but I have filed no claim.

the # is to prs (stands for proffessional recovery services) totally helped me get rid of my credit card debt. They are a collection agency . Point is they are legit and if they are calling you, you probably have a credit card that is in collections . In my experience collections agents are total ass-holes..the guy from prs that called me seems to be the exeption, his name was Steve Kiss. He honestly seemed to understand my situation and made me feel ok about the whole processs....most of all he seemed to genuinly give a s**t

Got a call from PRS (collection agency).  An answering to call 877-929-1052.  I called and a roude f***er answered.  I forced his name out (John Gregory) probably a fake name.

By the way he had the wrong number.  I don't owe him s**t...

Do not play his game.  He is a trained and experienced professional a**hole who will try to piss you off just so that he can obtain your information.  

What he's doing is just a wrong way of doing business.  A true trash.  Just talking to him for 30 seconds will make you feel violated.  Spread the word.

Mr Greenberg @ PRS a collection agency. Rings the phone mutliple times a day and also at all hours of the night.

I have found via the internet that this number is somehow connected to the following number.   877-943-1013 &  800-309-8000.  I have seen no reports on who these people are, or what they want.  I keep seeing others mention the name "John Gregory" under both of these numbers and that he is nasty.  We don't answer "unavailable" calls because we don't trust anyone...

Leaves voice mail message: "Hello?  This is Mr. Greenberg at PRS.  Please call me at 877 929-1052.  Again, please call Mr. Greenberg at PRS at 877 929-1052."  His real name is Andrew Brubaker.  The company name is Professional Recovery Services.  It's a collection agency.

Just got a message on my answering machine - which I will keep - from a fool identifying himself as "Judge Gray" with PRS needing a call back at 800-309-800. Since It's Saturday, I find it unlikely that a judge would call me concerning a legal matter; I'm pretty sure a judge does not work for a company, and PRS is not the name of any legal division I've ever heard of; and what courthouse has an 800 number? Obviously, I am not a fool. However, PRS apparently is, as this personification seems possibly illegal, and it was left on an answering machine.

Stopped paying some bills after I lost my job for not being able to work due to terminal illness. So don't judge me, or call me a lazy deceitful person for not paying my bills. S*** happens.

there are case where the info in a computer system is not correct and people get calls that are not for them but for those who decided to charge up a credit card then not pay well your going to get a call. did you ever stop to think if you just set up a payment arrangement or sent something in you would get a call you chose to use the card now you need to pay for it

A word of advise you need to send a CEASE AND DESIST ORDER once the calls start. After that any contact is illegal. If you owe money you still owe the original creditor. Call them and work out payment arragements. Otherwise they will destroy your credit. If you don't care about your credit then don't worry. PRS is a debt collection agency.
