I got an automated message giving this number to call back and reference a number or to go to a website and when I try to go on there and use the last four of my social and my wife's.....it doesn't work.

I received message for myarshelp.com and was told to call 800-317-9428 or to access their website which got me to this site.

Answered call and was directed by recording to www.myarshelp.com but no human interface. Called them back from caller ID. Lady was nice and wasn't looking for me. Said she would remove my number.
