The number calls my new pay-as-you-go phone, and I answer, and they say they have a message for * they didn't say the name* and to call back some 1-800 number! Ugh! It made me mad! I keep getting scam callers on my new phone, just so they can use up my minutes!

Just so you know there is a pending federal lawsuit (from what I can gather) against these fools, I have changed my mothers bank account and stopped all calls from them when they call i pick up and hang up

The company is not located in the US.  Their main office is Isle of Man, UK. Most states,  including Florida,  now require payday lenders to get a license to conduct ANY business in their state.  This includes business over phone,  Internet,  or any other means. Check with your States Attorney General office. The laws vary by state from you are only required to pay them the original loan amount (no interest or fees allowed) to where a couple states take the position that the company knowingly committed fraud and no payment is due to them. BUT,  if one of these apply to you,  you will need a letter from your state's AG for the credit bureaus.

i owe them  one more payment  but had to change  banks...so now nobody gets  anything   they have been calling me  every day  6 months in a row every day  at 8 13 am  seriousley

i had to deal with them...they were actually good to me...but my  bank  screwed  me   so in turn had to screw them...right back...they call me every morning  at  8 13  am  without fail every day...every day...i only had one more payment with them  but had to change financial institution.....

These people call all day long. They even call me at work. I told them not to call my place of employment and they still continue to call! I thought once you tell them not to call your poe their not supposed to.

Ok here is the real breakdown of payday loans let's say you borrow $300 you then pay $30/$100 that's $90 your first three payments are strictly finance charges that's $270 the subsequent payments increase by $50 thats $140 with only the $50 going toward principle and it decreases from there so without actually doing the math I estimate on a $300 loan you will pay them around $900 back. Now is a payday loan really a good idea. This is based on documentation from their website and is factual.

You can refer them to the program that you are using.  Do not give them any of your information.

I don't know the policies of the State of New York, but I know that they are very similar to NJ  I think I found out be entering a general search on AOL.  These phone people are paper tigers.  All Bark and no bite. They bank on you getting flustered or scared.  They have no power and they know it.  Jst don't give them any information, whatsoever. They still call me but I mess with their head - I just repeat everything back to them as they say it to me.  Makes them crazy.

I did the same with the cease and desist letters.  I still get calls.  These loans are not legal in my state but that doesn't seem to bother them.

They call on a daily basis, it is ONE CLICK CASH - I now know the number they use and I just don't answer, I have informed them of the statute existing in my state, but these places don't hire the sharpest knives in the drawer. So here's yer sign Losers!

They keep calling saying they are filing charges for check fruad and bank fruad
...same lady different name..they called my number 8 times in 10 minutes.   Also they called my wife's, my mother in laws and my grandmothers number who passed away in November but the number is still active.....how did they get these numbers....is this not harassment and how do I start the class action suite against them...btw when go to there website and click remove me ....both options have been disabled...wtf.....I've filed with the fcc and bbb...and still the calls come

Called our office pretending to be a representative from a copier company. When I responded, "I don't think so." the woman on the other end said, "O.K. Bi***!" and hung up.  When I redialed the number and asked for a manager to report the woman. I was told that they were OCC, and they would NEVER have done that, and they asked me was I sure that I had the correct number.

I don't believe they connected me to a manager. I believe they used the disguise of representing themselves as someone else so I would connect them to whoever they wanted. Very misleading. Very unprofessional.

this company called me yesterday from a different 800 number giving me until 8pm to pay them 175 dollars or they would take action on me. I attempted to call this morning and they wanted the last 4 digits of my social after they had verified what my name was. They would not go further with my call until I gave them my last 4 social numbers. They do not leave messages and attempt to call me at work now to harrasse me!The other number I was called from yesterday is 800-410-9419.

Stupidly I borrowed from them once, and yes I did pay them back, after I paid them triple the amount of the initial loan. Now they are calling me again saying I owe them money! And this past August I had to close my bank account, and open another one because they had given out my bank information to other PayDay loan "companies". It's ridiculous. I don't need this crap, I'm working on paying off my credit cards, and doctor bills and I will have no more debt! I have a 1 year old son, and a baby on the way, so this crap really needs to stop!

Receiving calls from One Click Cash even though I sent them a cease and desist letter.

I sent One Click Cash a cease and desist letter in November revoking all authorizations and advised them to immediately cease any telephone communications attempt with.  I also stated in this letter how I would repay the original loan amount not the large percentage rate they are using.  I have gotten two calls this week.
