800 319 4934 acutally shows up as 886 766 4271 on caler ID and the message was from Kelly that she has my records in front of her and they can help me with my credit card debt ( which I dont have a credit card) and to call back the 800 # before the end of the day. This call was on my office phone, why are they calling me there ?

Exact story as above.  800 319 4934 x 1250.  On caller id shows up as 886 766 4271.  Her name was Kelly and she stated she had my records in front of her and could help me pay off my debt a LOT sooner (I too do not have a credit card).  She stated I would need to call the 800 # by the end of the day.  This call came to my work phone number.

I received the exact same message on my work phone from "Kelly".  Federal Government work phone, I might add.  When I called back and asked how they got my records and exactly WHAT records they had, they said oh we don't have records for this phone number after all.  I then said, "so you lie when you call people"?  I called later and asked the male who answered (Mike) his last name and he said, I don't have to give you that information". I said you don't seem to have a problem calling Federal Government numbers.  They also wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor.  He said I was lying and hung up.  Who do you report these people to?

Same as all the other callers.  I don't have any credit cards.

I recieved a call on my office phone from Kelly stating she has my records in front of her and she can reduce my high interest credit card debt. Wow, my one $1000 high interest credit card. I did a chapter 13, 8 years ago and have not recreated the process of putting myself in debt again. Obviously this company is struggling for leads and has no records just telemarketing.

The very same message from Kelly stating she has my records in front of her and can reduce my credit card debt.  I did not call the number and wasn't going to.  I have credit but very little.  This also came to my work number.

Same here, last 2 days.  Kelly has nothing better to do with her time.  She needs a real job!

How do you do automatic callbacks to her number?  She just doesn't give up!!!  I was going to blow a whistle in her ear today but I didn't get to the phone on time.

Same call as all above from this Kelly person with same call back number. I have received this message about 6 or 7 times on my work phone voice mail. I have tried calling it to get my number removed from thier list.  I have been hung up on several times.  I have also tried asking to speak to a manager. I get transferred to a voicemail box that tells me it can not except any more messages because it is full.  What is up with this place?

WHAT A JOKE THESE GUYS ARE!!!

For the past 3 days in a row (May 12-14, 2008) I have received a call from 800-319-4934 with the same message from "Kelly" (supposedly at Ext.1250) saying she has my information in the data base and can help me to lower my credit card debt.  I have no such debt & even if I did no one should be calling me on my work work regarding such issues.  The first 2 times I requested that I be removed from their call list.  The third day I attempted to contact them multiple times & have been hung up on each time.  I don't have a problem with telephone solicitations as a general rule, but from my experience & what I've read from others, these people must be stopped!

It is an automated voice. I received the calls on a number which at the time I gave to my bank, expecting such calls. I gave an eVoice number that never rings, yet gives a message in your email inbox. I hate to say it but this con artist got the numbers from your bank. In my case Citibank. I began trusting Citibank several years ago and changed my number with them to a REAL number. Interestingly enough this con artist still has the initial number which shows that Citibank has had a flaw in their system back then or perhaps I forgot to check or uncheck some boxes.

Clearly a fraudulent call attempting to Phish for identity.  I know because I have no credit card debt and therefore no payments that Kelly can cut in half.  I do have an extensive Citibank relationship - in this case though, they called my work number - which only the business banking side of Citi would have.  Its a non-listed Skype number.

kelly has call me three times in one week same mesg.

I have tried to call back to get my name removed and i get parked on some sleepy time music and just left there. They have called me every day for ....Maybe three weeks or more. Same as above always a Kelly.

I've gotten the call two days in a row.  Today, I caught it mid-message and I thought I'd tell "Kelly" off.  Come to find out, it's a recording.  The cute little intro where she says "Hello??" and then proceeds to act as though she thought you answered...is just a recording.

The information you provided we will be investigated and we will shut that company down.  Already know that the FTC is looking for Mario Carmona and his partner Brynn. , They have taken money from a lot of people and have falsified documents and used different names so that don't get caught.  Can't say what we know but rest assure they will be shut down and possibly going to jail.  So those of you who are concerned there is no need. This is being handled and that company and the rest of the other companies are going down and so are the owners.

The names they use on their recorded messages are fictitious and the tactics they use are tried and true. Those very same tactics were utilized and worked marvelously when Mario Carmona and Brenn, his co-consiprator, were in the Sub-Prime Mortgage business. Mario Carmona has been at the helm of companies such as AMCCS, QCCS, Paradigm Financial, USA Debt Relief, Americor Lending Group, Pacific One Residential along with numerous other entities and empty promise based businesses. His brother Luis Carmona is also part of the mix and always has been.

Their last known address is 1370 North Brea Boulevard, Fullerton, CA?. They run two suites at that location, one being a call center and the other being their main 'debt settlement operation'. What those suite numbers are I am unsure of, but if you call the leasing office you might get that information. The last known local number is (714) 449-0190?.

The office park is named: Hillcrest Office Park and the property management company for that park is: Essex Realty Management? located at 18012 Sky Park Circle, Irvine, CA? (949) 798-8185?

This number belongs to a Mario Carmona with Palmer Law Firm and some other companies who he's affliated with or stealing to make phone calls on their behalf without permission.

This company is the biggest rip off in the entire country. DO NOT give them your money under any circumstances! DO NOT give them control over your money under any circumstances! They are not qualified to handle a 5 year old's debt problems let alone yours. I have personally caught them on numerous occasions... lying about and also denying conversations which are caught on tape. You will be in a much worse situation than you are already in if you employ them to handle any of your debt problems.

So I try to call about 10 times per day whenever I see a payphone on the street. That alone costs them about $100 per month (weekends not included)

Started getting calls from these people on my VOIP call in number (not listed). They must be auto dialing random numbers.

It was from "Kelly" at extension '1250' who, according to their 'database' could cut my credit card payments in half....which is odd since I don't have a penny in credit card debt.

Tried calling the number and selecting option 2 to get removed from their list and after a few seconds of muzak, the call was disconnected.

i called them back after googling thier # . asked for a supervisor told the women it was about a call . asked how they had my info becuase the automated call said they showed my account and they could help me . the super. said she showed no info . ( really ! that could be because i have not a cc in 12 years ) . i demaned proof of how they recieved my # . she said she would take me off thier list that it must have been a wrong number ( 3 times in two days ).i warned her of calling after 30 days. the state of mo. charges a tellemarketer $500. a call after they have been told as long as you have name ,number & dates .

Same stuff, credit card debt. But i dont have one...
