I got a call from this company with a message left on my machine saying, "Kelly from QCCS calling to say that we have received your mortgage application and would like to get starting processing your loan."  I called back and they said that someone who had lived in my home before I moved in must have applied for the loan... they are just following up on files.  "As long as I have you on the phone, we are offering a special...!!!"  How bogus is that!

Folks, by now you should know from all previous messages (google also 1-800-319-4934) that these people are not interested in anything else but money from you.

THIS LEVELS THE PLAYING FIELD:

call their toll-free number numerous times from a public pay-phone. Everytime they pick up, they have to reimburse the company of this pay-phone more than $0.50.

So I try to call about 10 times per day whenever I see a payphone on the street. That alone costs them about $100 per month (weekends not included)

It's gratifying to know that they have to pay to hear your complaint. The more you call, the more they have to pay.

I have received this exact message from "Kelly" THREE times this week!

was call more than 3x called because they said they were looking at my records and saw I have alot of debt-----I do credit checks for a living so I called them ans I plan on doing alot of complaining since it is a bull s--- non profit

I also received a phone message from Kelly at 1800-319-4934 ext 1250. She stated that she has me in her database and she can help me with my credit card debt by cutting it down to half. I thought to myself that would be great! However, how did she receive my information because I hadn't applied or given out my information to anyone about consolidating my credit card debt. Anyhow, I never contacted her thanks to you who have posted on the web about this bogus company.

They somehow got a hold of my new cell numbmer stating, they have my credit card information (a debt) and can lower my interest or solve.
I called and spoke with 2 customer service reps, they state they received my contact info from various institution.

Their manager's name is Carla and that's all they would tell me.

They're in Fullerton, CA

I RECIEVED THE SAME MESSAGE THIS MORNING WORD FOR WORD. THE  ONLY DIFFERANCE I HAVE A C/C BALANCE  AND WITH THE ECONOMY THE WAY IT IS EVERY $ I CAN SAVE WILL HELP. I WAS DOING SOME RESERCH TO TRY AND FIND OUT ANY INFO ON QCCS AND FOUND THIS FORUM THANKS FOR THE INFO. YOU MAY HAVE SAVED ME FROM MAKING A BIG MISTAKE

I only use my cell phone, no home, which is on the do not call registry.  I don't answer unless I know who's calling, if it's important they'll leave a message.  I miss a call from this # about every 2 day for the past 2 months.  when you call it back it's busy.

Message was cut off and I only heard the last part about being eligible to consolidating my credit. 1.800.319.4934 ext 1250.

"Quality Care Credit Solutions" left a message at my work number and said they could help with my debt after looking through my "file." When I called back to inquire- I was hung up on 2 times and given the run around the third.  So I went searching on the internet and found this...eeekkk!  BEWARE-they are trying to scam people!

Shady comopany. They don't even have a street address on their webpage.  And they use a yahoo address!!!

Kelly gave her call back number as 1-800-319-4934 ext 1250.  Said she's with QCSS and then said "I'm calling regarding your credit card debt (which I don't have) and the high interest rates they carry. And I have here your database in our records and it looks like we would be able to cut your payments in half...So give us a call back. We are able to help..."

That was so annoying that I'm going to go out of my way to set up automatic calling so that my restricted number will call her ext number at least 50 times each day.

I am just like you all and I really hate it when I MISS KELLYS CALL ... so here is what I have been doing.

I do voice overs and have the announcers voice thing going ... so when I come in and see that I missed my favorite woman calling me ... I just call that silly hoe back.

And then the fun begins, Oh but not before I have a glass of wine or any type of adult beverage, you know just to unwind and imagine how much they are going to hate what is about to happen. Well I call and " Do what it do". OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND.. WELL I'm sure you get the picture. its a little satisfaction for me, but I DONT WANT TO BE STINGY, I recommend that everyone give a call or 2 or however many you want, use your favorite voice and PRANK THEM ... AND seeing how I have a caller ID BLOCK ON MY FAVORITE CELL PHONE AND UNLIMITED MINUTES .... guess what ...hahahh yeah ... I  DO the damn thing .. and if by chance ... QCCS your reading this ... like Sean P.Diddy Combs ... Myself and all the folks you call  "WONT STOP, CAUSE WE CAN'T STOP"

I received two voice messages from 'Kelly' on my work voicemail. Same story as mentioned before: urgent call, my mortgage has been approved, etc. I did not call back. Clearly, it's some kind of scam.

Appears to be a phishing scam ... watch out for these guys and DON'T CALL BACK!!
Does anyone know the Government agency that can shut them down?

I got the same spin from Kelly. I called twice and some guy hung up on me and told me I sounded ridiculous because I told them they were on a phishing excercise. He stated they must have misdialed my number (business #). When I told him Kelly knew my name and that I had applied for a mortgage and I just needed to call to finalize it, he hung up on me.

We've received the same call from Kelly, repeatedly.  We use called ID and don't answer calls from non-numbers or numbers we don't recognize.  She leaves the same message every time, word for word like all of the ones noted here.  Today, I'm sending a complaint to the FCC.  These calls are getting on my nerves.

Same call for me too... A loan at 1.25% is just too good to be true so probably isn't, now if they had offered it at a competitive rate mebe I would have called back. Anyone who believes these people is probably still waiting for that bank transfer from Africa...

Recieved one of these on my voicemail as well, identification as Kelly from QCCS, et al. Proceeded here and am well enough convinced that it's phishing.

On 08/09/07, @ 2137 hrs. EDT, I rec'd a call that on my Caller ID was "unknown caller."  However, there was an auto-message left on my answering machine.  It was a female voice, tho' she did not ID herself.  She said that my mortgage application had been rec'd.  I have not submitted any type of mortgage, loan, or other financial apps of any type to anyone, anywhere, in over 5 yrs.  She said I was pre-approved for a 1.25/30 yr. program, and that I should call back so they can move my loan into processing ASAP.  This is about the 3rd time I've rec'd this message in about 45 days.

I received a message from Kelly, saying something I didn't understand. I called back because she said it was urgent. A man answered and when I tryed to ask him, he hung up. I called again and when he heared my voice, he hung up again.
