I am on the do not call registry on my home phone as well as my cell phone. . This  # has called my cell phone numerous times and left no message. Not only have I not given out my cell phone information to anyone ( new phone ), I do not owe money to anyone .I am not behind on any bills,

I GET BETWEEN 3 TO 5 CALLS A DAY FROM THIS NUMBER BUT THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE.

I have been receiving phone calls from this phone (#) and today (7-12-12) decided to answer. The Indian Accent phone caller stated that he was calling for me.  I refused to clearly state it was me; as he wanted me to verify my D.O.B. and I would not give personal info over the phone. So he stated he was getting his supervisor.

When his supervisor came on the phone, he tried to get me to do the same. Verify who I was; but all I would say is "maybe I was & maybe I wasn't", he wanted me to give him my D.O.B and I stated I don't give personal info over the phone to a company I don't identify and whose info doesnt show over the caller id.

I stated what is the name of the company, They claimed they were "Conversion, calling on the behalf of Bank of America"  I knew right than they were a SCAM!

(1) A week & a half ago I had already cleared up my acct w/Bank of America, (2) Bank of America doesn't use a private company to collect money and they don't ask for personal info! (3) Company was not Legitamate, refused to fax proof of representation.

I contacted the real Bank of America 800-432-1000 and reported the (#) and company names (Conversion & ER Solutions) they are using immediately.

They called claiming to take everthing i own
if certain bills are not paid immediately.  I have
tons of bills. Only essential bills, ie phone, light and water
will be paid.  Bills related to loans of any sort will
never be paid back by me. So as far as i am concern
they can call forever.  

The whole banking industry is corrupt so they
have some nerve asking the very consumers
that they are fleecing to pay them back money
they owe.  When the banking industry almost
collapsed in 2008 due to their corrupted business
practices and had to be bailed out by the government
i decided that no banks or their affiliates were
worthy of repayment of money they loan to me.

If you notice nothing as changed with them.  They went
right back to paying out huge bonous to their
high level management personnels.

The lady over the phone claimed she represents Bank of America, and asks to verify someone's date of birth, address, and other personal information. When I call back, she says she is with ER solution(but not BoA!!!), this is a totally identity theft scheme. Everyone please be careful to not leak your personal info to any strangers. If possible, file a claim to the Telephone company, Police or Federal Government to report this issue. This is really bad!!!

Got a call from this company..............rude, rude, rude, and wouldn't tell me how they got my number.

i keep getting calls from this number but they never leave a message.  Get phone call multiple times a day.

Same old S**t - 3 doesn;t work, talking to them, same.
Time to report to FTC and state.

*WARNING* I too had a series of harassing calls and letters, I continued to ignore them until one day I went to use my debit card and it was declined. I knew I had money in the bank, so I called and found out that the collection agency SEIZED MY BANK ACCOUNT! I only owed $3,200 in debt but they seized all $25,000 of my account until I paid the debt in full!!! Which really sucked because they did it on the first of the month, so all of my auto-debit bills got declined, what a mess! I have no idea how they got my bank account info but my bank (Citi-Bank) said everything they were doing was completely legal. So if you owe alot or even a little, I wouldn't keep all of your money in one account...

Got a call tonight on my cell phone while I was at work. I went ahead and hit the answer button but did not respond. A male voice kept saying "hello, hello, hello, hello" over and over. I hung up without saying anything. Then just for grins and giggles I called the same number back about literally a minute later and a woman answers. She just says a rude and tired sounding "hello?" without identifying herself or her "business" or organization. That right there tells me that this is something shady and bogus. A real financial/credit institution or bank would say something like "Citibank, this is Jim - how can I help you?" or Acme Credit Reporting, this is Jane" or something such as that.

They called me like half an hour ago, and i let it go to voicemail because i thought it was another one of those "the factory warranty on your vehicle has expired..." but turned out to be this, and the lady had an English accent telling me that they are collecting debt. They didnt specify debt from which bank, or anything else, all they really could do was mispronounce my last name.

is there anything that we can do about this?

When I answered a recording came on and said something like, "Please hold, this call is for Pamela K. Brown.  If this is Pamela K. Brown, enter 1; if Pamela is not available, enter 2; if Pamela does not live here, press 3."  I pressed 3 b/c I've never heard of Pamela K. Brown, and the recording said, "Please hold to update our information."  I hung up.  That's odd because there's never been anyone at this number by the name of Pamela K. Brown.

Hangs up on me. Keeps calling

Number called me at my work number attempting to collect for a Timothy Smith.
This is the *nth time they've called. This is rediculous.

You can also report them to your state's consumer protection board/agency. That ended my calls QUICKLY. Type in your state's name and the word "CONSUMER". Most states allow you to file your complaint online.

I have been harrased by this company in attempt to collect debt which I never thought existed and their story about activity is almost accurate but the dates were off which gave it away they are a fraud.

Basically, I got a call this morning and the the lady was very rude, "we are collecting debt for Bank of America how would you like to pay, credit card or checking account"

I responded, who in their right mind would want to make a payment for a debt which they did not know existed and 2) pay it to you over the PHONE when you not related to bank of america.

She kind of got diffused - really ticked me off cus its Friday morning supposed to be fun - not.

Soooo I gave her a piece of mind.

She said that if the account was closed by bank of america they have no trace of the account. she said our databases are different from theirs.

Sounds fishy as hell right - I told her I want to confirm with bank of america first. She said I have all your account information - do you live at....

I told her, I am not going to answer that question.

All I can say is be careful and don't make any payments you have DOUBT over - over the phone and especially to a non bank.

I will report this buggers as they are harrassing me and its against the law. [/b][/b]

For more than two weeks an automated calling system has contacted me, usually around 09:00 announcing the call is for "garbled pronounciation" and informing me to hang up if I am not that person... as the information is sensitive and personal! Then later in the canned message they leave the 800-320-9347 number to call... if I am the named person. When I called the number to complain I got the message: "The number you have reached is not in service. Please hang up and try again."

Today I tried the number again and a female operator answered and promised to change their records as I am not the person they are trying to reach.

Also calls from 425-562-3215.  They call when we are gone and just leaves a message.

Received 25 calls in 13 days from this #. Answered 3 of the calls, automated voice said "please hold for the first available representative, it is important we speak to you." message repeated several times then line went dead - on all 3 answered calls. Called FCC, they said unless you can prove it is a telemarketer, they can't do anything. Called the local phone business office to report annoying, harassing calls. They said they can't do anything unless you speak to them and tell them to stop calling if you are on the National or State "Do Not Call List", which I am on both. I called 800-320-9347 and spoke to Miguel, who asked me for my last 4 SS #s. I said "I'm not giving you any information until you tell me who you are and why you keep calling." He said "are you (name similar to mine)?" I said "no, damn it, there's no one here by that name, what's your company name and address?" He said "ER Solutions, why do you want the address?" I said "so I can report you to the FCC and Police for harassment." He said "what's the last four numbers of your phone?" I said "don't you have caller I.D.?" He said "I need them to remove your phone number from our list." I gave him the numbers and the calls have stopped. I looked up ER Solutions on the net, they are a collection agency and it seems the FCC rules for "Do Not Call Lists" do not apply to them because they are not a telemarketer.

I had been getting calls and decided to call them back after reading these posts.

I'm tired of this # calling me so I send their stupid calls straight to voicemail.  Yes, I do owe, but what's a girl to do when she is not able to pay?  :(  Oh well....life goes on.

I received a call from company today at my work I wasn't there but they left a message very rude! I called the number back and got a machine(please hold) I get a woman (hello) I say you attempted to reach me at my place of employment today. I'm calling to inform u that you will be reported to thr FTC if any further attempts are made to reach me by any method other than the U.S postal service. She said that's understood sir what is your postal address? I told her to find it and hung up. I believe its for a 180.00 debt to bank of america.don't let these people harrass you! You have rights! Stand up!

I keep getting calls from this number. I told them they got the wrong number....but they don't get it. they call at least 3 times a day...they always leave messages but  is not a human voice is a computer, and at the end of the message they said they are calling from ER Solutions.

i keep getting calls after i told them that address is NOT MINE!  Also i have never had an account at Bank of America! they said i owe 250$, i told them i have been at a credit union all my life.

I confirmed my last 4 SS#, but address is one i never lived.  I also just got credit monitring, and there is no reference of this address or any accounts with Bof A

I told them again today to stop calling me.  They said for me to fix it, i have to call Bank of America directly. They gave me 800-320-9347.  BASTARDS!.  This is the same number they called me at.

I've never gotten a call from this number until today (11/30/2010). They called me on my cell once around 10:30am & again around 7:30pm. The first time they called, I hit the ignore button & the second time they called, they hung up before I could answer. I just want it to STOP before it goes any further.
