I think this is the second time I received this call. Left no message, usually calls right around 9am. I am to believe that it is a collection agency.

Repeated annoying computer automated calls. No caller ID no idea who they are...just annoying

These guys call and want you to believe they are a collection agency and when you call them you are directed electronicly to a $10 fee for calling to see who the hell it is.
    In other words it is a scam please help me rid our phone lines of these rip off artists.
