I have received phone calls from this number. I do not know who this is or what this is about.

Tried the web site posted on your blog. It cam up as anesthesia business consultant.  What's up with this??? It sounds fishy to me, you got one web site and I got another business.

I just rec'd a call from 011-800-322-1991. I tried calling it back and got a funny sound so I hung up. Aren't the #'s that start with 011 - out of the country? This worries me. I've been getting calls from different 'Unknown Caller' and ' Private Party' and 'out of area' I put my number on the National "Do not call" list. What does a person have to do to stop these people or companies from harassing us?

I get a call from this number every Tuesday between 3 and 3:30.  Only I get it on my office phone.  No message is ever left.  Can anyone verify what it is?  Scam or collection?  I don't owe any money, but I get calls for my ex-wife all the time.  If they would leave a message, I would gladly call them back and give them her number.

I am tired of these people calling.  Every damn day for the past 2 week.  They begin calling at 8:30 AM and call at least 3 times a day.  Last night they called at 9:00 PM.  I guess the do not call list doesn't work.

800-322-1991.............getting really tired of getting calls from this number....as other have said the want to verify "my birthday".  When I ask why they are calling they refuse to give me any info.  They call at least 5 times a day.  Any idea how to make this stop?

This number keeps calling me.  They won't leave a message.  When I called the number back, I couldn't understand the name of the company.  He just asked for a claim number.  I don't have one.

Every day I receive a call from this number.  They don't leave a message.  I called the number back and the man would not tell me who he was or calling from.  All he said was that he needed a reference number and he asked if I had received a call from this number.

Something to keep in mind about all these continuing bothersome calls for surveys, so called charities and so called charity pickups despite asking them to remove you from their list:

Call centers have sprung up in my town that make use of the survey and the charity loophole around the do not call list; they have been a headache for law enforcement, emergency services, neighboring businesses and residential areas.  When I ask any patrolling officer in town about these call centers, they are quick to state their frustrations about the criminal activity that some of these call centers have brought into the area. Several law enforcement agencies regularly visit some of these call centers looking for warrant arrests etc.  I have heard from sources including from frustrated employees that work for these call centers complaining about the drug activity, vandalism of cars and neighboring businesses, break-ins and theft, drinking while on the job, smoke breaks are actually marijuana breaks, drunk driving, very dangerous driving, tons of tossed out litter of empty liquor containers, trash, food etc.  I?ve even heard that the mangers are also involved in criminal activities and have even preyed on their legitimate employees who are simply trying to eek out a living on horrible wages.  Also the operators are untrained in a very high turn around, poorly managed and dysfunctional work environment.

Also realize this when you call a companies? customer service line and get horrible service from the call center that?s been hired by the company.  One time while on a call with our bank?s customer service, the operator was so loopy that it required ending the call and calling again to try and get someone else to help, think about that when you call a companies? customer service and the conversation gets odd, off the wall and obtuse ? you may be talking to an operator that?s drunk or on something.  After 6 months of getting a different and wrong answer to our ongoing problem each time we called our bank?s call center, we gave up and closed the account.

With so little police left in our town due to cutbacks, they can?t always respond to vandalism and break-ins when it?s witnessed as they have their plate full responding to the major emergencies, this allows the criminal activity free reign, the neighborhood becomes the hood.  Some insurance companies require proof of private security patrols before they will honor a claim due to vandalism or theft leaving the neighboring businesses off guard and uncovered.  These businesses also have the added cost to hire private security, install security systems/monitoring, upgrade lighting etc.  Then there are the dangers and headaches to the nearby businesses employees such as their cars being vandalized or broken into.  Some businesses simply give in, pickup and move out of town.

One of my neighbors owns a call center and he requires that his operators are bonded, but I guess there?s no laws requiring this ? there should be.  Right now in my town it seems like anybody can start up a call center and hire questionable labor for cheap without much regulation.

I my efforts the past several years to try and get something done, I am most struck by the fact that there?s no real help, everyone is more worried about being sued than dealing with the obvious problem - you are on your own while the town is taken over by the crime these call centers bring into the neighborhoods....

I received a call from this number 800.322.1991 on my company's phone line the other day. He said his name was Nigel from the Miramed Revenue Group (I think, he had an English accent that was difficult to understand). He kept asking for my zip code and date of birth, but wouldn't confirm who he was looking for or what he wanted. I told him I?m not handing over my personal info and that this was a company line so I can?t be sure he?s looking for me. He restated that this was necessary for a personal matter, so I instructed him to call the personal line of whoever he was looking for as this was an unwelcomed call on a public line. He said ?I?ll make a note. Thank you. Good Bye? in a snarky English accent. After researching complaints about this number, I called all doctor's I've seen in the past (there are not many) and confirmed my balance was zero. My credit report came back clean, I have no outstanding bills, and my accounts are accurate. I did not receive debt notification via my cell phone, home phone, email or home address.

They just called my cell looking for my Husbands parents,when I asked why they then asked me to variety his b-day when I said no I wont give out personal info on the phone they then said our daughters. B-day asked if it was my husbands I told them no he'sa grown man! And the lady hung up! I called back to find out how they got my number and they hung up again!  We have no unpaid Dr bills even funnier my husband don't go to the Dr so I'm thinking SCAM!!!!!!!

These guys need to be prossecuted! They ruin peoples credit with false accusations regarding
medical bills owed, but cannot give you any proof whatsoever that this is a legitimate claim!!
They seem to just pick a random amount from some kind  of medical list that was probably illegally obtained. How else are they getting phone numbers and they actually have little else to go on unless you give it to them!  

I wish we had some legal recourse, it's like climbing a mountain while untrained to do so.

they just called me - the caller ID showed the number and the word "Internal". if i hadn't been on another call, i'd have picked up thinking it was someone internal at my company!! what a snakey trick! this company (Miramed) actually called my home phone and tried to act like they were with a state agency trying to help my daughter get disability benefits. i had no idea they were a collection agency at the time!

Just got a call from these idiots looking for someone we do not know...They called and left a message and said if you are not this person do not listen to this message and by not replying or listening you acknowledge to be this person and they just babble on about this poor womans business... If this was the actual work place of this person of course everyone will listen to this womans personal business and that is what they want to do to humiliate them... I mean is this legal??  I called them back and told them not to fill up our business mailbox with their crap.... We fix nuclear irradiators and do government contracts and just like the police officer earlier who was gonna answer Lt. to jolt them, I am about to turn them over to authorities for suspicious bahavior on our phone lines... These people are nothing but sleezy bottom feeders who pray on the bad luck of others....

Just a few things.  This is a collection agency.  By law they can not divulge any info about your account or that they are even collecting a debt until you confirm you are the person they are looking for. I would not give SS but address or DOB should suffice.  They are actually doing that to protect our info- although I agree that certain scams are presented this way as well so it can be very confusing.  Just FYI guys!

Yep - this is a COLLECTION AGENCY for Medical/Doctor bills.  I informed them I am on the "Do Not Call" List.  Refused to give them any information regarding reference numbers, etc., just gave them my phone number, and told them if they call again I was going to report them.  This seemed to have helped for a couple of months.  But them a new "rep" started callng, and I'm back to square one again!  BTW - they both told me that it was perfectly legal to call me.  I said Yes, it is, ONCE - but it does not give them the authority to "completely harrass" a person!!

DO NOT GIVE these scumbags your social security number, birth date, etc.!!  Drive them crazy by answering "maybe/maybe not"!!  LOL!!

I have to say they should reveal there name and company when you ask them but, they have to by law verifiy whom they are speaking to when you answser the phone it is for your privacy anyone can pick up the phone and state they are you. and if the bill collector goes and gives out any info they can be sued along with the company so very the last 4 digits of social no one can do anything with the last four digist and can also verify by middle name also and or give them a code to go by and only you and the collector will know it so you know your not giving out 3rd party info it is called FDCPA YOU CAN GOOGLE IT and know  your rights

Collection Agency for Medical Bills

I started receiving call from 800-322-1991 and several other 800 numbers, I answered once and some
foreign sounding woman asked for my birthdate, I would not give it to her and she hung up, I then read this website and decided to get my credit report and suprise I have no negative bills on my credit report,nor am I behind on anything so why are these people calling everyday? I  will report them

They just called me at WORK!  They could not pronounce my name correctly, I know I have no debts. This person, male, sounded to be English and very broken and hard to understand. He explained he worked for a collection agency and I had a debt they woould like to collect on. Number one, they called me at my place of employment (law Enforcement to boot! LOL!), my blood pressure went to the limit! I pride myself in paying all my bills and my high credit number on my report. Enfuriated is a more accurate word. I told the guy I did not have any outstanding bills and he could go to HELL! Sorry, it was the heat of the moment, sort of lie be blamed for someting you didn't do, Oh yea, I hung up on them after tellin gthem where to go. If I had it to do over, I would identified myself as Lt, do you have a police emergency? I would of loved to hear his response! LOL!  

Sounds like a scam and appears to be a scam.
