A local number constantly calls both the house and my cell...more so on my cell.  This number is 757 985 3390.  An automated female british voice sometimes can be heard that gives you options.  I chose the option to have them call back later and got the following number 800 322 2307.  

Thanks to you all, i can trace this number back to Credit One, a card that I have and have not been able to pay on since I got laid off.  It's no use even trying to talk to these people, judging from what I have read above and past experiences with other collection agencies.  Just wait until you have the funds to pay off a good sum of what you owe and then start answering the calls.  I get called at least 6 times a day, so it's annoying.

Received multiple calls from the number. Recently they left two messages for a man named Josh. The first was a woman simply saying to call back the answering services to retrieve a message. The second was from a man who identified himself and said he works for Aqua Loan Services and that he'd like to lower Joshua's mortage payment so long as he gets a call back okaying the move.

quit calling me

I have been called 5 times a day for a week and even in the early am. I do not owe anyone any money and this is a new number I got 2 weeks ago. I never hear of this company yet I still get harassing call. This number is for emergency use only and each time they call it burns up time on my prepaid plan. I cant block the number on my cell

From the messages I read it appears that this is Credit One Bank.  I have sent them 4 letters explaining to them how my credit card was hi-jacked and that I did not owe them anything.  After I first reported that the charges on my statement were not mine which I did on the phone, I followed up with a letter.  They sent me a new card and two days later I got a post card acknowledging a change of address.  I did not change my address.  I sent them another letter.  I have received statements from them with bogus charges that I write to them about and have told them to leave me alone.  They have not eve acknowledged my letters.  The last letter was sent certified.  Doesn't matter.

I have NO outstanding debts, and NEVER got a call from this number on my OLD cell phone with a different cell service. We switched to a new Service, new phones, and got local numbers and have had these calls upwards of 10 a day for the last WEEK since switching.

I just got a call from this number 800-322-2307 and when I call them back to see who it was, they wanted my account number, I don't even have a credit one credit card.  I just hung up on them.

OK. SO the last comment before these two were meant for E. You need to get a real job and stop harrassing others that work for a living and are living paycheck to paycheck. Very limited or no income. Many have lost their jobs, homes, families. You suck!!!!

the way I look at it is the more they call, the more likely I am not going to answer the call. I already spoke with them one and a half weeks ago and told them I would be paying them in two weeks. If they wanna continue calling, go right ahead, but no one on this end will be answering.

They called me every hour today and obviously I did not answer it, but it is starting to get on my nerves, and I don't even have a single credit card!!!!

Well I don't owe me any money and the call me 18-25 times a day!! When I answer they hang up on me when I don't answer it goes to voicemail and they don't leave a message but they let my voicemail pick up and they sit there a few min. So in one day maybe 20 times my voicemail goes off and no one is there. At what point can I pursue harrement charges?? This is very frustrating. I hate to have my number changes after 15 years but it is coming to that point!!

They keep calling me at work! Rude idiots. I'm only one month behind on my payments. I'm getting my paychecks garnished, and can only afford the minimum payment. Last time she (some asian woman) called me from Credit One, she had the nerve to ask me why I was late on my payment. WTF? None of their damned business! After I pay the card off, I'm closing my account and telling them to french-kiss my a$$.

I get calls from this number from 8am-9pm about 2-3 times an hour. No one on the other end then busy signal.

I get a minimum of 10 calls per day from this Credit One debt collection number.  So I saved the number in my phone and have it go straight to voicemail.  Now at least it doesn't ring anymore.  They are relentless and call in the early morning and even on Sundays.  First they charge you outrageous interest and then bombard you with harassing calls.  Nasty company tondeal with.  Good luck.

That number calls me at least 10 x a day will not stop just called me just now as I type is message! They won't even leave a message! I never should have gotten a credit card from credit one bank! They are a hot mess!!!!

For the record, I DO pay my bills. I got this card nearly six years ago when I was trying to rebuild my credit after the financial struggles associated with my cancer diagnosis resulted in my credit rating decreasing. It has been paid off and closed for almost two years. I have all the records of my payments as well as the letter of confirmation that my card was closed with no remaining balance. Yet, they are still putting negative information on my credit report and are also calling me six to ten times a day from various different numbers. I am about to start dragging them through Court. So, why don't you start keeping your ignorant comments to yourself? Thanks! :)

They call as much as 10-15 times a day. Known as ER Solutions they are in fact lackies for Credit One Bank. Both organizations call at least 10 times a day.

Called but didn't leave message. I see that they are calling on behalf of Credit One bank tho who I refuse to talk to anymore. If caller ID says unavailable then so am I.
