They are calling me when I am not the financial guarantor on the bill.  My ex took our son to the ER and all related bills he is the financial guarantor (since he is the jack*** that failed to pay his company's premium and got our 3 yr old's insurance cancelled).  They have even sent collection letters addressed to my 3 year old!!! Don't know how they got my cell phone number.

They are HBCS ,, Hospital Collection Agency located in Salsbury, Maryland,,,,they represent as one of their hospital, Washington Hospital Center,,,,who are a complete moron to start with,, trust me, tell them to let you die first before they take you to that hospital,,,,

They said they are HBCS -- Hospital Billing
