That number has popped up in mind over the years. Every morning, back in the sixties, on my Mom's AM radio that commercial, "eight oh oh three two five three five three five" I somehow thought it was Hilton hotels but Sheraton sounds right. This number must be right up there with eight six seven five three oh nine. I can't remember my kid's birth dates but these numbers are etched in my mind. Weird

I also read somewhere that Sheraton was the first business to use a toll free number in its TV/radio advertising, back in 1968. You don't hear about very many toll free numbers being used for over 40 years straight.

CT: Oh, I DO remember that one...probably the greatest stroke of genius in advertising history (not to mention possibly the longest-lived toll-free number in use!).

They STILL use that number? I remember the jingle from way back when: "Eight-oh-oh, three-two-five, three-five-three-five". I'll probably be humming it for a week now.
