Received 7 calls for this number keep asking for a certain person have told them wrong number been told 7 different people not me not that person each has told me they will take my name off list . . . . . . but after 5 weeks still getting calls!

They just called me, looking for my mother. Pretty sure she hasn't listed my number as a backup on any accounts anywhere, and if I recall correctly, has already paid and cancelled her account with American Express. I asked them what it was regarding, and all they would tell me is that it was "personal business"

Got a call from a Lonnie at URS for my mother.  He left this as the call back number.  He repeatedly wouldn't explain why he wanted my mother to call him.  Always said it was a private business matter.

Rubin Lopez Called my mother's house im order to try to reach my ex-husband!!!! Said it was a private issue to discuss with him but wanted a number to reach ME as well as i worked for him at the time.

This company calls non stop and is unbelievably rude! They are definately affiliated with American Express and will go to any means to harass anyone who knows you. I have tried working out my debit issues with Amex, but since they are unwilling to work w me and have me harassed by a second party debt collection company, I might as well not pay anything! Ridiculous!

Yep they've now called two of my adult kids leaving rather unsavory messages about "a personal matter" - that's about as low-ball as it gets - I've told ALL my family that we have an ongoing issue with a certain credit card company, and to ignore any such calls.

I just received a call from this company for my sister...what idiots. The guys name is Reggie Jackson (is this for real?) the number they called me from is local and then he gave me an 800 number to call back. It's pretty shameful to start contacting people other than those with the bad credit.  What are they thinking?  And how do they get the numbers???

This number is United Recovery Systems.  They are a collection agency affiliated with credit card debt.  I know they do the recovery for American Express, not sure which other credit cards they work with.

They are rude and will call any and every number they can google or find by any means necessary and they will talk to your boss, colleagues, people in random departments. . to track you down.  

Loren McCauw ext 2043 is a prime violater --and he is rude even if you are attempting to fix a debt, he still acts like you are scum. . even if you are calling him with a checking account number!

I hope he feels the Karma of some unemployment. . . and can't pay a debt. .

These guys are jerks. They called my in-law and my spouse job revealing personal information. Someone need to put these people out of business.

They call me all the time. They are a debt collector, and my debt is paid in full. They still call anyway. Maybe they just like the sound of my voice. I have assembled a list of the numbers they have used to call my cell phone, and my husband's cell phone. Here ya go!

Got a call from a local number with Caller ID "Unavailable". A man left a message for me, identified himself as something that sounded like Predo Brakes, and asked that I call him back at 800-326-3446 ext. 3078. No company name was provided. Why would I call him back?

they call and refuse to tell me the reason; they first ask for personal information.

I am on the National Do Not Call list and they still called me from a local GA number...404-806-6731 claiming to be an important business opportunity. They will say anything on a message to get you on the phone. I did not respond to the message because I do not take kindly third parties handling my business, it never seems to get straightened out.  The call back number was 800-326-3446 which is how I discovered this was a collection agency.  If they keep it up, I will just change my number.

Yes, United Recovery Systems.  I assume they are working for American Express.  I am on the road a lot.  They call my house several times a day leaving messages with pleas about how important it is for me to call them back.
I call them back, and get their voice mail..  By the way, I don't owe anybody any money..  I was late with a payment, but the account is current..

The are just another bottom-feeder and just the type of company American Express would be comfortable with.

if they reach my voicemail - they hit "0" for our operator and will harass them to track me down

they will also use our name directory to reach other employees and will ask them to speak to me

I was out one day and the employee who got the call and took a message - they are using the tactic that they are calling for a business reference for a former employee

I have been advised by legal representation that they can not be calling your place of employment.  I was told to answer their call and remind them of that and that they are in violation of the privacy act.

They started asking the secretary questions. I will use that they are in violation of the privacy act.

They called asking for my boss. When I told them them he was not available and asked to take a message they said it was regarding "personal business". Then she said, "What exactly does he do there at the company?" Um, hello! Private information.

This company called leaving a message for my brother, who does NOT live with me, they even acknowledged they were calling his sister's house and to relay this "important" message to my brother to call them asap. my brother has no idea who they are or what they want.

I just received a call from United Recovery Systems, 800-328-3446 ext. 3281 Tamara Smith.  She called my brother-in-law's mother-in-law asking if she new me. That her husband's name (now deceised) was listed as a reference.  I didn't even know her husband's name. This company is invading people's privacy. Ms. Smith somehow got a hold of my cell phone number and called me, she didn't have my correct address and wanted personal information from me.  I refused to give her any personal information and told her I would call her back.

I just recieved a phone call from a friend.  They called her and asked for my husband.  She told them she did not have a phone number but if she ran into us that she would give us the message.  How do they get your friends phone numbers?  We have spoken with them and told them our situation and that we do make payments when we can.

these nuts called my wife's mother asking for our phone number.  they used the ruse of referring to one of our past employees, as if this were regarding a job reference.  they are crooks.

Bill Wallace calling for a relative that does not live with me either. He would not provide any more details than that. He said it was of a personal matter. He did ask lots of questions about the who how and where

United Recovery....looks like a collector for Am X.  Some guy named Michael Foreman...(surely its not his real name)...he's rude! annoying and just looking for any info on employees he could dig up..............RUUUUUUUUUDDDDDDDE.  Show some class dude if you want to collect some money.
