Have been recieving calls from this number mega times , no caller ID, very irritating.

Received call  UNKNOWN NAME, asked for husband...will not answer anymore calls of this nature.so irritating when callers are too ignorant to identify themselves.. call came from CITI Bank....

only time i think of 800 number calling is "we need your money to help blah blah" "want a time share" or "inmate xxxx is calling will you accept" didn't answer it but curious to see who it could be.

It's Citibank calling. I called the 1-800-331-8461 and had me call 1-800-950-5114 and still wanted my password or mother's maiden name. I wouldn't give it to them over the phone. So I am thinking about writing Citibank a letter in order to get my name removed.

Received a call from "Citibank" re lowering my interest rate. The caller asked, and got me to say who I was. When she asked me to verify my partial address she had, I told her that since I did not initiate the call, I would not verify anything. She said she totally understood and then offered me a number for "Customer Service" that I could call.  She did not reel the number off like she had given it out a million times, but sort of fished for a number. Thank God, I did not fall for it.

Calls almost everyday. Does not leave a message. 3384-61

1-800-331-8461 has called my home over 30 times in 30 days and we have been on do not call list since the beginning. Not welcome.

It's the CITI special customer #.  If you have a CITI credit card, they're trying to give you special credit protection offers.

Multi calls each day - never answer and they never leave a message.

Getting several calls a day from 1-800-331-8461 and no messages are left.

Receive at least 3 calls a day from 1-800-331-8461. We never pick up, they never leave a message.  Sounds fishy to me.

Calls every day... I don't answer, they don't leave a message. How do I get my number removed from their list?

I received a call from this number asking me if  I wanted to have my Citibank credit card charges lower. They then proceeded to ask me for my password. I informed them that I do not give out my password to anyone. The woman then hung up on me.
