My disabled 74 year old mother keeps getting calls from this number.  They want to talk to a Tyler Quin or Flyn or something, and they refuse to believe her when she tells them she does not know who that is, and that they have the wrong number.  She has only had this number for about 6 months, and she is getting calls daily.  If she does not answer, they leave a recorded message.

If I am not Jennifer Lindbo, hang up...Julie Chavez calling from law offices of Daniel....scullu and ? then called cut off. (msg)

Leaves a message for some unknown person.  States if your not this person hang up but they keep on talking....scum.  Must be some attorney collection program since they are to stupid to keep talking about some unknown person and their financial problems in front of the whole world.

this firm called claiming to respresent HSBC when i informed them I had filed for bankruptcy and was represented by an atty they said irreleveant they had BOUGHT the debt from HSBC - then were in fact NOT acting on behalf of HSBC - their representative then proceeded to say to me ...what is your life so sad you ahve no one to talk to at night and pay your bills.....and make other threats while screaming at me.....

i then asked for a supervisor who basically blew me off but did also admit he is not one of the atty's..... time to file an official complaint against them....  classic tactics for bottom of the barrel law firms...... cept they messed with the wrong person this time..... i don't get intimidated and i fight back....

They have been told to send us paperwork; they claim to be representing Sears. After they did not send paperwork verifying who they are, we told them we will not be settling with them. They reported on our credit report that we are in "Credit Counsiling" with them and we are NOT. However, we are now unable to purchase anything even with a credit score of 800.

My husband and I have been married a year and our phone number apparently has fallen into the hands of these people. The person they are looking for shares the same last name and we have NO IDEA who she is! The British accented women tells me every time I answer that she will remove our number. That has yet to happen!!! She states repeatedly that she would be the person I spoke to and she has no record of my request. I've contacted the attorney general and the Federal Trade Commission.....I guess I need to decide if I need to go through the inconvenience of changing my home number or having our attorney handle this! Ridiculous! How do you go through life paying your debts, being responsible, and end up being harassed for something you are NOT even associated with or have no knowledge of....unbelievable!

Rude lady calls every other day and leaves the dumbest message I have ever heard. She say this message is for chad. If this is not chad please disconnect the call. This message should be listenend to in private....blah blah blah. Than to top it off they are in NY and I live in NV so they call me at 530am because it is  830am their time. Forget it I do not owe anyone a dime so stop harrassing me.

I got a call from Mrs. DeAngelo who works for these people, she was very nasty and abusive some real choice words came out of her mouth so I told her, since she had such a nasty mouth, she should start sucking dicks.  She got super excited and wanted to know the size of mine, I told her 12 inches.  She then said that if I would meet her and let her play with it she would cancel the debt.  Two days later we met, she played with my dick and then sucked it.  Afterwards she cancelled the debt and I lived happily ever after.  I am telling this for the benefit of others, you might want to use the same tactics, you got nothing to lose and everything to gain.  Good Luck.

I just got a call from these people looking for me or my husband. Need to know if they are legit. The woman gave her name as Mrs. DeAngelo and had a threatning tone, I don't owe any bills and I think it may be a scam. After reading these posts I am convinced it's  a scam but she did have my right address. I'm confused but I am fearful to call her back as it may start something I don't need right now, If  they have tried to scam you please let me know so I can move on with my life. Thank you.

I dont think this is a legitimate agency. Be careful about giving your information to them.

said the same thing, that they bought my debt and when i offered to make 50 dollar a week payments by money order they refused it and told me i only had one hour to find someone with a checking account to do a check by phone .

This is a lawyer's office acting as a debt collector.  We have spoken to them about a US Bank debt, sent in writing a validation letter and a cease and desist from calling.  Have not gotten anything back in writing to validate that they own the debt or answer any of our questions...did not call for a month and today started calling today and leaving a message.  We are not answering their calls until we get written validation of the debt and the amount they say we owe.  Foreign sounding person who cannot pronounce our simple last name.

This Company calls my 86 year old mother every Saturday and Sunday asking for me. I live across the country and though I had a tough time, I have cleared up all my bills. Unfortunately they keep calling my Mom. I called them back and told them not to call her and have someone call me. I have not received a call back and they are harassing my 86 year old Mom. How can I stop them???

I am having basically the same experience. They insist this is the number the person gave them. I have had this number since 2001 and have lived at this address since 2001. It is not a case of identity thieft because they are looking for someone by another name.  I am getting a couple calls a day and almost every night. I can not even have a quiet Sunday afternoon.

junk debt collector  - does not send validation because they CANNOT VALIDATE - pay pennies on the dollar for old worthless legally uncollectable debt - LEGALLY they cannot sue - but that does not stop them from trying and hope you do not show up and dispute their perjured claims.

I have received two calls from Ivan at this number representing Daniels and Norelli.  The first was a voice message. They are asking for Erica.  Ivan has a very thick accent and it is not possible to understand the  last name of the person he wants to speak to.  The second call, my husband answered and explained that we did not know this person.  Ivan was very abusive, said that he had spoken to Erica at this number in May.  This is impossible since this has been my our number for the last 5 years.

I was sued by them when their client was a collection agency.  I hired a consumer debt defense attorney in Buffalo and we easily beat their case saving me thousands of dollars.  If you are sued by them, don't do nothing, get help like I did.

Sent these people a debt validation letter and a cease and desist....they have not responded to our request and they are now calling again.  Someone with a foreign accent leaves a message and cannot pronounce our last name.  We are not answering until we get written verification from them.  If they take us to court we have pre-paid legal and a lawyer to contact.
