They call every few hours and never leave a message.  I canceled my subscription with them and they keep trying to get me back.  I am keeping a log of all the calls that they make and will send them an invoice demanding payment for my cell phone minutes.

They keep calling when I am not home while I am at work. They also call looking for my brother while my mom is in bed. I can't put up with it anymore.

i keep getting calls all day and evening from this 800 335 6800 at home and on my cell phone. I have no idea who they are and why they are calling

my husband has XM.  since he canceled one of his links they have been calling here daily.  no one on the line though...but it comes up this number.  Of course HE isnt home to take the call.  and i am tired of it.   personally if it keeps up I am going to beg him to switch to Sirius

This number is collections for XM Radio.

Calls several times EVERY evening...VERY annoying

I am trying to reach XM Satelite Radio??  I do not want their services and yet a debt was made from my checking account for $14.97 and $154.20 was made from from account!!!  I am furious!!

These people are complete a***oles... They call & call & don't give up. Bill is up to date but they just keep on. When I answer the phone to see what they want there is a few clicks & then silence. This is harassment but who can you tell? The company keeps saying the will stop the calls but they have yet do so.

I got a very similar voicemail from them...  Apparently, the girl leaving me the message didn't hear the beep, because I got to hear part of her conversation about some guy she had met at a club the night before.

The same thing happened to me.  I got a new credit card, and they didn't send me a bill until my account was past due.  I paid it last week, but they're still calling me on a daily basis.  I'm starting to keep track of their calls so I can file a complaint.

Recieved a voicemail from "XM radio collections department" asking me to call them.  The caller sounded weird so I googled the 800 number (800-335-6800) and it comes up on the fraud/phishing list.  Called it anyway out of curiosity and their message sounds very legitimate.  I didn't hang on long enough to talk to with anyone.  I called the XM radio number on their web site and mentioned it to someone.  She seemed disinterested.  I think their "collections" number is an identity scam number with or without XM's knowledge.

I get a call from this number twice a day! And I've paid my XM bill off, in full. Yet these idiots insist of calling daily.

Twice a day, I'm getting calls from the above number.  No one on the line.

I received the same collection agency scam from someone that claimed to represent XM RADIO.  When I called XM dierctly, "Rocelle" hung up immediately after I mentioned the collection call.

WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?! I used a free gift card to get 3 months, and that was IT. The service has been turned off, so I do not owe anything!

XM radio colections calls every day. Bill paid in full, I have cancelled and they acknowlege I am fully paid. Yet they call every day and won't stop.

credit card was stolen - instead of putting the number in the system that I gave them over the phone, they continued to bill my old card.  So, 30 days late, I get a collections call.  I go online and manually change the number myself then pay online.   Now collections keeps calling (even though I have an email fro mXM stating that I paid my bill and they are sorry for the misunderstanding).  I called the number back and got nothing but two women talking to each other in a foreign language I don't recognize at all.  They didn't even realize they had answered the phone.  I keep saying hello, hello, hello and they keep talking.  Suggest dealing with XM by email to keep a written record.

I purchased a Hyundai four months ago and I got this call four or five times. I left my cell number to dealer because I thought it would be easier for him to contact me, and that was a mistake! I told XM when the trial expired after three months that I did not want to renew it and they kept bothering me.

Could they just delete my info from their database when I first said NO so that no one will call me again & again?

I'm sick and tired of getting phone calls from these people from this number and another 800 number several times everyday!!!!!  LEAVE ME ALONE, YOU CALL ME MORE THAN MY FAMILY DOES!!!  Next GM vehicle I get... I will make sure the salesmen understand that I don't even want the free trial!!!!  Not even to activate it or give XM any of my info... in fact just rip it out of the damn car!!!

XM RADIO personnel... give me all your phone numbers so I can bother you EVERYDAY, ALLDAY !!!!

same thing they call but don't speak  i filed a  complaint with the National DNC lucky i never gave them a credit card so they can not renew me automatically   not interested in renewing

Same b***s*** three times tonite and Im calling GM tomorrow!It came free with the car for three months and I dont want it. I think it sucks personally- the signal was out 40% of the time.

They called twice and left voice mail.  Could not understand message because person spoke so fast and lacked clarity of speach.   Only after listening to "envelope" of voice mail was I able to get number and determine it was from XM Radio.  On returning call they wanted my name and address.  I refused, telling them I wanted to know the purpose of their call.  They stated it was the XM Radio collections department.  I told them that I do not, nor have I ever had, XM Radio and that there were reports that calls from this number were sometimes solicitation calls for trying to sell XM Radio.  I informed them that they had broken 2 Federal Laws, first calling a number on the DNC list and second calling a cell phone for solicitation purposes.  They appoligized and said it must have been a mistake.  I have a feeling that these are in fact solicitation calls, but when the recipient offers resistance to supplying personal information they go into the "This is a collection call" mode to mask the fact that they are soliciting.

APid my bill but keep getting calls 2 - 3 daily, am going to cancel the service it's not worth the aggravation
