Caller was asking for my boss and since he doesn't answer they look for the next best thing and that is his Admin. Asst. (me) Told the guy that this was my cell phone number he was calling and that he sould contact him directly and not bother me.  THEY WILL NEVER STOP CALLING ME NOW THAT I HAVE ANSWERED THE CALL!!!!!!  gezzzzzzzzzzz

I am fed up with these idiots! I have told them numerous times that I am on the do-not-call list and that the person they're calling for DOES NOT EXIST at this number, but they're always calling!

Contact a consumer attorney and sue them. Calling your number without consent is a violation of Federal TCPA law

I've already retained an attorney. NCO is calling my number with no prior expressed consent. At $500-1500 per TCPA violation I would advise anyone to contact a consumer law attorney who is a member of NACA. Nothing says "Stop Calling Me? like a lawsuit filed in Federal court.

If you've never given the number to a creditor or former creditor then you should discuss your situation with an attorney. They will usually do this type of work for a percentage of the damages.

Called two days ago offering a "personal business opportunity," asked for my SSN. This is an obvious scam--I have no outstanding debt, if they claim to be a collection agency (as some on this site have reported - they didn't pull that with me).

Have called twice today, I missed both times.

This is NCO, an East Indian debt collecting service for American Express.

NCO debt collection agency. They think that I have debt, which is wrong since I will have major debt AFTER I leave college, not while I'm in it. NCO can bother me with these calls then. If their calls are mistaken and they are bothering you on your cell, simply use an app like Google Voice (or Apple equivalent) to block them.

Have received a total of four such calls recently, and have not received ANYTHING from this company by mail I DO NOT talk to collection agencies over the phone, but I am tired of these calls.  Blocking entry to my cell phone apparently does not work, as the calls have continued almost daily.

Same here, only I didn't return the call to this person, actually there were two, both men who spoken with
a thick Middle Eastern accent. They don't address the nature of the debt, and I DON'T have ANY outstanding credit card debt. Pay my bill EVERY MONTH, and usually IN FULL, so they are barking up the wrong tree, and have the WRONG NUMBER for the WRONG PERSON.

A guy called me from this number, and gave a case number, and said I should call. IF he is referring to a credit card debt, I have ZERO, so I won't bother to followup. HOWEVER, I might be that someone SOMEWHERE has obtained my cell number and used it to obtain credit. How the heck would I know, unless I go to the credit bureau and search this out. This stuff is unnerving, unsettling, and annoying to say the least.

I searched this number and it says it belongs to "America Needs You Foundation?"  ??

This company is called NCO.  It is a debt collection company and the guy who keeps leaving messages barely speaks english.  I called back and asked for them to send proof of what they claim I owe and for whom they are representing and they haven't.  They obviously have the wrong person or someone's trying to scam me and they still keep calling UGH!

They call every morning on 8:01 am, wake up the house, disturb everyone, shame on them!

Asked to speak to Lea Hine, I told him he had the wrong number but then when into his script anyway,

"800 Service" on the caller ID.  Debt collection agency that in trying to find the person they're looking for are harassing anyone whose name in the phone book is listed an initial instead of a name.  So many debt collection agencies call our house because the name on the number is an initial.

The above information is outdated or inaccurate; from my research, the "America Needs You Foundation" doesn't actually exist. It's a debt collection agency for delinquent credit cards.

They called, no msg.  In goodle it says it is America Needs You Foundation, a real estate related co.

At 8:20 a.m. after working all night, I don't need you to call, one more time and they will be reported.
