Yell, I also got ESPN Magazines, and got a hold of them, and they said they would stop the subscriptions, and I ask who the third parties were and they said National Publishers Exchange and SubDirect.  I get two issues every time, with two different account numbers.  I have never ordered magazines, and yet I have lost over $4000.00 out of my bank account, since 2009, and that NO One seems to be able to trace, and I have changed banks 3 times, plus I moved 5 states away, from old banks, and they are doing the same at my new bank, but no one can trace it.  You know whats funny though, the bank keeps sending these people the money every month, but can't trace where the money is going or to whom, but they still send the money.  What gives?  The banks give your money to someone they can't even trace, or know where its going!  We get 27 magazines, none which we've ordered, and half are Sports, which no one in  my household likes, so who does the ordering?  Good luck locating SubDirect!  I even called the number, and they say they never heard of SubDirect.  National Publishers Exchange, they pass the buck to another 4th party.  Family Readers Company.  With all the technology out there, you mean they can't stop these guys.  Any ideas?

So I started receiving espn the magazine last month for no reason, and i love the magazine and always have. I called to find out how it started and they said it was through sub direct. I haven't been billed in any way and I love this magazine, so I'm gonna let it go.

I also received a magazine I didn't order. I called the magazine and they said it was ordered though
SubDirect. I will not pay for it. I'm going to report them fro mail and wire fraud.

same as above, I sent a nastye-mail and hand written letter toESPN and got a reply letter saying that they could do nothing till 3rd party angency released. I throw the magazine away as soon as I see it , I am waiting for the scam Billlllll/ to arive as I have no intention of paying it . wow what a world we live in ? They called me twice and told me I was a lucky choosen winner that I was going to recieve a prize 16 magazine subsciptions , no charge for mags but 16.95 a month for shipping ? after they had my debit card #  also said I had walmart shopping cert. Told them to cancel, they must be getting ready to bill my debit card anytime?    watchout

Same experience but with the magazine Entrepreneur.  Entrepreneur says to call SubCir who is the 3rd party requester.  We did not order this magazine but now have to deal with tracking who placed the order. BBB will be advised.  This is a SCAM--See also Direct Clearing (aka Great American Reader).  Parent magazine companies will only put a Temporary stop on magazine until "order placer" cancels.  Good luck.
