I agree. My mother has a week heart and this Lucía Perez almost drove my mother to the hospital.  I hope whoever is behind all this will get caught.

1 800-339-9105 this number is a fraud. They called me and  said they were an attorney of a collection company. Yet they don't state the name of the company, just an attoneys name, and only speak Spanish. Funny how I called asked who they were as a company and they hung up one me. I called again and tjey would not take my call from my number. I call from my cell and start asking the same questions and get hung up on again. They say my call for a so call "same name" I don't owe anything to anyone.  I have fantastic cresit. How can I report these unethical practices, fraud and calls?

That happend to me .. CAN I HAVE THE WEBSITE TO REPORT THIS.

My friend got the call from this number yesterday, she was so stressed over the whole issue.  I told her that any court she would have needed to held in the county she lives in not in Washington.  And why in the world would they give her and 800 to call the courts.  I called and told her that I was from an attorney's scamming her right back, she did not want to speak to me at all haha on her.  Be very careful, never send any money and don't give your address out, if they have paperwork obviously they have your information.

My husband received a call from Tania Gomez, stating that he had missed a court date, I am assuming this is because of some products we ordered also about 2 years ago.  Fortalex PT and she claimed that he was a member of the company and had also missed a court date with Judge Gustavo Bermudez in Florida and that she would send a second notice for him to appear in court and also the amount was almost $4000.00. I called her form a different number and when she called back she told me I was supposed to appear in court and etc. I told her I knew she was a scam and that I had reported her and she got agressive and she called back and since I let it go to voice mail she left me the same message she had left my husband but this time she added a few very explicit words in spanish very vulgar words.

I received a call from a 305-517-3513 phone from a Tania Gomez and she left a message on my answering machine stating she was a lawyer from a Department of collection and was leaving me a message saying I missed a court date with a judge Gustavo Bermudez at 1030 am on April 16th for a law suit I was charged with for fraud. She asked me to call her ASAP to let them know why I didn't appear in court and to call 1800 339-9105.
I called both numbers and they were both disconnected. Then I tried again with the 305 number a few days later and some lady picked up the phone and refused to give me any information and hung up on me. Then I called again and asked for Tania Gomez and she didn't know who I was and told me she would call me back. Approximately 45 minutes later Tania Gomez calls me and I asked her for information and why I had never received any information or a letter about any debt.  She said she would not give me any information and I would get a notice to go back to court. I asked what I could do and she started yelling on the phone and told me I needed to go to court, then I stated I was in the military and 39 weeks pregnant and that would not be able to go to court and she said she didn't care and that if I was military I should know what the rules are and hung up on me. By this time it had been about 4 times that she had hung up on me. I called her again and I asked her to tell me who was suing me? She yelled again and then told me it was from an order I placed for FORTALEX PT back in 2011. Then hung up again.
I am furious because I trusted the information given through Sabado Gigante which is covering up this garbage. How could such a prestigious show be a part of this type of fraud.

I rec'd the same call on my cell phone. I was skeptical about it. I called back because my mother and I share the same name.When I called back they only spoke Spanish  The lady that answered was very rude, I asked to speak to a Ms. Perez (in English) and she was like who do you want to speak with (in Spanish). I informed her that I was calling back because I rec'd a message that I missed a court date and I need to talk to Ms. Perez (on the message she identified her self as an attorney Lucia Perez  from a collections agency and provided me  the following number to call back 800-339-9105 the caller ID number I rec'd the call from was 305-359-5210). The lady then informed me that La Licenciada Perez was on another call and would call me back in five minutes. Five minutes passed and I rec'd a call from Ms. Perez. I spoke with her and she question why I did not show up to the court date that I missed on 04/7/14 at 10:30am. I informed her that I had no clue what she was talking about, I never rec'd a court notice, was not summoned or subpoenaed to appear anywhere. I asked that she provide me more information, she gave me my mothers address and I informed her no "agente federal" -federal agent mailed me any court documents. She asked that I verify the info and I responded to her that they were the ones calling me and if this was accurate they should have my information, that I did not need to provide her with anything. So I asked again what this entailed and she indicated that they usually do not provide information over the phone but if I recalled contacting a company over a few years ago in FL regarding selling a product, I was silent for a minute and knew this was some sort of scam. She then went on to say that since I entered into an agreement with the company they paid the product and since I did not sell or receive the product they are now suing me. I informed her that I had no clue what she was talking about and to provide me with the company's name. She was talking over me and did not want to provide me anything. I then told her that she indicated that another federal agent was going to send me court documents that I would await for those and provide them to my attorney. At this point Ms. Perez was pissed off and was talking over me and wanted me to provide here with my attorney information and contact number and I told her I was not going to provide her with anything and once I receive the infamous documents that I would have my attorney contact her. I told her I had a right to know the name of the company so I could investigate and since she failed to provide me that information that I would wait to get her letter and until then they needed to stop harassing me and I hung up the call.
This is clearly a scam, I think these people maybe prying on Hispanics. Since they do not want to speak with anyone in English and try to harass you and scare you by telling you that a federal agent will mail you the court notice or that you could face jail time. I am  going to report this to the BBB and see what can get done if anything, but please PEOPLE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS, THIS IS CLEARLY A SCAM.

The same thing happened to me today in Spanish everything the same thank GOD it's just a scam, nothing to worry about!

My mom received a called from this number ..saying she did not showed up to court a day before and that a police will show up and take her to jail....please don't fall for this scam ..its people trying to take ur indentify and your money ...I highly recommended people to report it and take action for this kind of situation

The same person called me today and left me the same message with the exact same phone numbers. When i began to talk to "Lucia Perez" i acted rude to her because i had already read your comment before hand. She began to be rude back. when i asked her that if i could talk to some one in english she said no we don't have anyone in today and she began telling me that it seemed like i talked okay spanish and didn't need someone in english and before i could even say anything thing else she hung up. did u ever find out if this really is a scam or if they every contacted you back?

the 305 359 5210 is a phone serviced by Paetec Communications, Inc in Florida and I googled it and it said it was located in Maratha-Isla Morada- Key West, Florida located in the zip code 33050.
I hope somebody from the authorities can go after them so hey can stop harassing and scamming people

I called back again to obtain more information and when they asked my number I gave it  to the receptionist in English and she was asking me to give the number  to her in Spanish because she would not understand English.
They are making my mother worry about it and she has diabetes, we should find a way to do something all together to stop this people

I received a phone call from 1800 339 9105 saying that i did not show up in court a day before at 10:30 am. With juge Anibal Pastrano and would send another notification or the police. They said i was sued for 4,000 dollars. They are robbers. Be carefull!!!

I wouldn't worry - it's a scammer.  Court - on SUNDAY?  LOL  Not anywhere in the United States there isn't.  Please do report your caller to the FTC, FBI and your state's Attorney General.  You can report at these websites:

they called and left a message stating that i had a court date on sunday - wouldn't give any other details, i returned the call to Lucia Perez as indicated they did not specify a company or anything. the lady who answer the phone was rude and when I asked questions she hung up, she stated that we would be getting a call back.

i received a called from this number, some one name Veronica Soto, letting me know that I had missed a hearing and that I need to call her to make arrangements to make payments.  She left a very threating message.

yeah someone just call my mom from this number saying that she missed court day and can be arrested. this is spam. dont get your info to these people

They called my grandmother recently saying that she owed them $4,000 for some medication she supposedly bought 5 years ago and they threatened to send the police over to arrest her. They also told her to write this down:

And they were smart enough to leave a bank account im assuming, on we're we'd have to deposit the money. This scam is getting out of control. Hope someone stops thems soon.

I received a call from these people today. She claimed to be jasmine lopez, and that I had missed my court date. Thanks to you all now I'm worry free and I advise people not to buy any products on hispanic shows they're very harassing and give your info to people like this.

My mom received a call yesterday from a Bertha Mcleo saying that she missed her court date and has to pay $300.00 to resolve this matter. I been calling her back and she is not available. I'm going to report this Fraud!
