I have received repeated calls from this Anaheim, CA Hospital. Medical Bill Collection Agency over the past 2 years. I receive messages to return their calls for collection bills for a Ross William Williamson. I call back speak to a supervisor and say I have no relationship to this man and the cell phone number they are calling belongs to me a female. They agree to stop calling and do for about 6 weeks then the calls start again. I am told they can not give the name of their collection agency because I am NOT Ross William Williamson! After 2 years worth of calls today I finally called back and said I was the scum bags girlfriend...I was told they are a bill collector for many hospitals nationwide and the Houston Hospital they were representing was Northwest Medical. They said only Northwest Medical who provided my incorrect phone number could stop them from calling my wrong number!  I called a supervisor at Northwest Medical center and had them put in a request to remove my cell phone number. Next move is to sue in small claims court for harassment,

called around noon, recorded message: Please stay on the line, a representative will be with you shortly. Thi is not a solicitation call.

who knows? they call my cell phone, I pay by the minute. I'm not going to pay to wait to hear their schpiel, whatever it is.

I received a phone call from this number at 3:30pm. I did not answer it. They left a voicemail. They claimed to be from the business office of a local hospital. I blocked my number and called the number back and at first, the automated system sounded legit. However, when a "representative" answered the phone, he said that this was the business office and when I       asked "This is the business office of what company?". He paused for a few seconds and then stated the name of the local hospital. I said "okay, thank you." I then hung up. I searched for the business office number of the REAL business office of the local hospital. I called that hospital directly and asked them about the number that called me and the lady told me that that is not their business office number. In short, I called the real hospital directly and she confirmed that the number that called me was not THEIR business office.

The number is actually from the accounts dept. of the Tenent Group of hospitals. FDCP regulations state you can actually tell them to stop calling you, you must state that you want them to 'Cease and Desist' all phone calls. You then need to follow that up with a letter saying the same. But you have to give them an alternat way to contact you. The best way is to tell them from now on the only way they can contact you is by land mail. They then have to follow the law and do that. Always remember to get the name of the person who contacted you. Legally they only have to give you a first name, but also get their agents number. They all have to have one. They are allowed to call you from 8am to 9pm local time and several times a day. So it is very important to follow up your request to stop calling you with a letter. Make sure that it has to be signed for, that way they can not deny having received it. If after they have received the request letter and you have the proof that it was received you can state they are making an illegal attempt to collect from you and are breaking FDCP regulations, which they all have to adhere to. You should then tell them they are making an 'HPC', a 'High Profile Call' and you can ask for a supervisor and tell them that. After that all phone calls should stop. Just FYI this applies to all debt collection agencies, except for some of the more sleezy companies that by old debts. They really have no guide lines to follow and will try whatever means they can. You can still do the same procedure as I suggested above. Other wise call your phone company or look on there web site on how to block incoming calls from their number. Asked for information about my account (I have never been to the hospital they claim to be calling for) and requested information about me "so they could verify the account" and got angry when I would not give them any information. She then refused to continue. I have blocked the number. She acknowledged she worked for Tenet.

I get a bill one day then they call 3 days later and want me to give them my personal info over the phone, to someone saying they are from East Cooper Hospital.  Really I'm just suppose to give personal info to someone calling me from an 800 number.  Had to ask 4 times before I could understand who what company  he was with.  
Very strange.

This is a general bill collector (and not, to my knowledge, one of the ones that affects your credit score - just a "hey, you owe us money" reminder) - mine correctly identified the hospital I'd gone to recently (one local to Memphis, TN), and did state that it was not due to a medical matter.  The message did not state that it was a bill collector, but I have piles for "paid" and "unpaid" bills from recent medical procedures, and this hospital is on the list for "pay ASAP," so I knew why they were calling.

The message did not cut off, it was only left once (unlike some companies who repeat themselves in recordings until they can't record any more - that's annoying), and the caller ID number AND the callback number were both 800-346-0775.

This is a scam. They pretend to be a hospital billing company, but they are NOT. I spoke to the hospital directly & they told me that I DO NOT have any outstanding bills. The lady was really nice at the hospital, she apologized & said that they have received a lot of complaints about this phony company. This phone number 800.346.0775 is a scam. They try to get your personal info & then they want your debit or credit card #. All on a pre-recorded line. There is no HOSPITAL BILLING, this is a SCAM!!!!!

I got a call from this number I live in Grand Rapids, Michigan when I looked up this number I see a bunch of reports on them I would like to know who they are and why they called me I don't live in California and have never went to any hospital in California.

Not only have they called my cell phone number NUMEROUS times (a number I've had for over a decade) but they have apparently gotten my work number as well and have left no message. The beginning of the message finally came through and they AREN'T EVEN CALLING FOR ME. So, Marina Loper in Palm Beach Gardens, FL get your sh*t together and quit using my number for your medical illegalities.

Caller ID Unknown, Lady was like she was  doing me a big favor calling my # and advising calls will be recorded, couldn't understand what she was saying ,  a very suspect call. I requested to Phone # to  call back, said she was from Lakewood mental Center , name Agri or something like that, googled the tel. No. and here  I am!!

Have received many calls from this number - first on my land line and now on my cell phone.  The recording says are collections trying to reach Debra Williams.  "If you are not Debra Williams, press 1 - if you are Debra Williams, press 2"  I press 1 but the calls keep coming.  If I press 2 I am asked for my SSN or account number.  There is no option to speak to a real person to tell them we don't know Debra Williams and to STOP calling.

Kuester represents the man with the money, not the HOA. Believe me, I was president of our HOA and Kuester did not represent us, nor follow up on accounting malfractions.

It is a medical billing company.  I think they represent several hospitals, hence the different hospital names.

OMG. This guy JOHN wants my information..What I did not give him. and He said I have this large bill that needs to be paid right away.
I let him I am on the do not call list. and they are calling all hours of the day and night. I am reporting them right away

Get called by this number on my cell about once a day. Never answered, blocked the number. I've never been to an ER, stayed in the hospital, or even had a regular office appointment with a doctor in over ten years, so I have no medical debt. One thing that was odd was that these idiots started calling me the same day I got my (pre-paid) cell activated so I guess I got assigned a number that someone else who owed something used to have.

If they hired personnel who could actually do their jobs and file insurance, they could save time on phone calls.  I don't have time to do other people's jobs for them.  They get paid for it, I don't.  I'd rather not handle business on the phone due to documentation issues.  I want something in writing that I can give to my attorney if I need to.

It's a generalized Bill collector for hospitals.

Tenant is a company that owns many hospitals.  It could be that you have a bill for a hospital related to them (or one of the physician's office tied to a Tenant Hospital).  It's important to call back.  This is not a scam call.  And no, I do not work for them.

I get these calls over and over from the same number . I have never heard of San Ramon Hospital . Looks like they are in California . I am 3000 miles away .  Sounds like a scam to me !

800-346-0775 was the number that called me.  A girl was on the line asking for someone with a name that I did not know.  She said she was with Alvarado Medical business - probably the billing department. She was leaving a message on my Voice Mail number! After she left the message, she didn't hang up and for over a minute you can hear her munching and eating food.  It was hilarious.  I was waiting for her to burp!!!

It's Tenent, they are collections for medical facilities.  If you have an unpaid doctor or hospital bill, that's probably why they are calling.

Received a recording message from this number asking me to call them back.  They don't identify themselves why would I want to call them back.  If it is a medical billing they need to leave a message and then I would contact them

They always ask for the same woman.  I keep telling them they have the wrong number but they still call back.  I have had my number for six years.  They don't listen or believe me.

I put this 800 number on call block and then I began to get "unavailable" calls. Whenever I see an "unavailable," I switch them over to my fax and give them a big buzzzzzzzzzzzzz. That gets rid of them within 3 calls.
