I received several calls from this number in a few last days. When I answer nobody say anything. They also do not leave a voice message. It is very annoying. Does anybody know who it is?

I have recieved about ten calls today from this number... no one on the other line... what the heck??

1-800-346-7173: I received a call from this number as well at 8:16 pm which was 12 minutes ago. Today is Halloween of 2007.

have gotten two of these calls tonight, how did they get my number? I'm unlisted and on the do not call list. Verizon is my provider.

4 calls today from this number.  No answer every time.  Very annoying.

I have also gotten the call twice on my Utah cell phone. (I live in D.C. now, so if it's a voucher survey, they are wasting their time.) The first call I missed, but I called it back about 15 minutes after I missed it and there was no answer. Just now they called me again, and when I answered, there was no one there.

I wonder if it's only cell phones receiving these calls, or if they are calling land lines, too. Maybe it's only cell phones that are having the hang-up problem. Is anyone aware of a software that detects cell phones, since telemarketers and surveyors aren't supposed to call cells?

Same exact thing! So frustrating, I also have had a few unknown calls show up on my cell phone as well. This has all happened in the past few days. Utah phone....

Keep getting calls on my cell phone too.  My provider is AT&T in Utah.  Called back and just got silence.  Annoying and wasting my minutes.

My husband and I both get a call at the same time on our cell phones from this number 800-346-7173, two calls yesterday and 4 calls today.   I also tried to call back and after two rings, they pick up but then silence.  My husband and I are both on the Do Not Call List.  We are getting the calls on our Utah Cell phones.  I wish who ever is doing this would stop, it is very annoying!!!!

Received call, hung up before i could pick up (which was rather quick), called back and nothing

Got a call from this crazy number today on my cell phone, Utah as well.  Nothing but silence.

Same thing just happened to me - silent call on my Utah cell phone - I called them back and nothing.

It's a stupid vouchers survey.  I finally got a call that talked.  I told them to take me off of their list as they had already called 6 times and hung up on me.

I have gotten at least 10 calls from them 800-346-7173 in the past few days &  no one is ever on the other end.  I've had 3 since 7:00 this morning.  I have a Utah cell phone as well.  What is going on?

Received (3) calls on 10/31 from this number on my Utah cell phone approximately 1 hour apart.  When I answer there is no response.  When I call back it rings and then appears to be answered but just silence.  I tried to call the number back from my home phone with the same result.

3 calls on my utah Cell phone. I answered the second call, but no response on the other end.

I have received 6 total calls from this number.  No reply when the phone was answered.  Did a reverse phone search and nothing shows up.  Is very irritating.

I also  received 2 calls within 2 hours  on my home phone from 800-346-7173.  When I answered it was silent.   I also returned the call with the intent to tell the caller to knock it off.  But, same as the rest.  There was an answer and then silence.

I have been called 5 times on my Utah Cell phone all hang-up and if you call back they do not answer.

Have gotten 3 calls in the last 24 hours, all on my Utah cell phone. Finally picked up the last call and heard nothing. Tried calling the number and got nothing but silence

I've received 3 calls from this number on my Utah cell phone.  Finally answered this last time...silence...click.

I was called from this number four times yesterday and once so far today. I called it back and had the same result as tealwren. I'm on a Utah cell phone also.

two calls, one yesterday and one today.  Utah cell phone.  I called back and it connected, but just silence on the other end.

Two calls now one on 10/30/07 at 4:07 PM and 10/30/07 at 4:39 PM Mountain Time.

I forgot to mention that I was called on my Utah cell phone.

I got a call from this number. I did not hear anyone on the other side. The call soon disconnected. May be related to 207-555-1212. I got two calls from this other number earlier in the day. The other number sounded like it was a collect or something.
