on my AT&T phone bill, never ordered, don't want it, I called them and they said we signed up on line for an 800 number voice mail.

I WANTED TO TELL EVERYONE A POSSIBLE ANSWER FOR THIS ISSUE!  I have been researching all night for lord knows how many times searching for answers on this bs and found someone say they had AT&T put a THIRD PARTY BILLING BLOCK on their phone and it "seemed to be working" because it wasn't JUST Key Club Save LLC it was the Enhanced Services Billing Inc umbrella-ing all of these scams! I'm going to try it out or Im leaving AT&T.

I just called for at least the 5th time, to Key Club Save LLC (whatever the heck that IS) and cancelled AGAIN, this time being connected by AT&T's "Enhanced Billing Services Rep" at 1 888 298-3724.  Finally a person answers (which had only happened one time before, usually music for EVER, or automated cancellation service with no real people "available" then click...disconnected).  For the second time I was promised that I would be reimbursed for three 0f the many payments, but that it would take (again as they told me 5 months ago and never happened) 1 to 3 billing cycles to see the refund.  She assured me that she could see that I cancelled ONCE and that there's been no billing since then (well it hasnt' been a month yet, plus last time they put it on hold so it looked cancelled so I thought I was safe and felt relieved so forgot about it then they started back up again and I didn't notice until my bill was really high and I looked it over more extensively).  She said she did not see any other cancellations despite that they had verbally told me that I would get a refund once before.  AT&T's Enhanced Billing Rep told me, after I tried to explain, that this company prefers to handle their own customer service.  Duh.  After grilling her and chewing her out for a while, she fid not sound surprised at all at my telling her that they are only found online as a scam and everyone's reporting, page after page of people, to the BBB and other places to stop them.  She told me their address was PO BOX 17598#38030 Baltimore Maryland 21297-1598.  Yes there is a # in the middle of that address on purpose.  Then I asked for a physical address and after some struggle and her telling me they didn't have one, then told me they are just a call center so no address, she finally gave me this address:  2400 South Ridgewood Avenue, South Daytona Beach, Florida 32119.  I asked her how we got this "service" she said a website we went to and filled out a form on.  I asked her WHAT WEBSITE she said they have "many".  I asked her to name just one, and she went silent, then said "Ma'am we literally have thousands of them" and never gave me the name of a single one.  She gave me a confirmation number (as they did once before which is useless).  I told her if I do not see arefund I will not stop, I will do whatever it takes to get them exposed.  She never seemed shaken, surprised at what I had to say, never skipped a beat, except when I tried to get addresses.  I just thought I'd share this info with you all.  I am considering leaving AT&T or else there's no way to keep this from charging into my bill!  It's not like I can pay all the sections of my bill separately and just say screw you to Key Club Save and only pay my legitimate phone bill!  Interesting to me that no ones' seeming to complain of this with any other phone company?

Key Club Save LLC is still on my phone bill, and I called them and they said they would credit the phone company which in turn would credit me.  At this writing they owe me for 3 months at 16.95 each month.

Went online to check my ATT billing detail and noticed a $14.95 charged. I called the number listed on the bill, entered my ph#, and it read off an e-mail address that's not mine. Hit 0 on the keypad and was transferred to a live person. She said she refunded the full amount and it will take 2-3 billing cycles to show on the bill. It only took a couple of weeks to show on my bill. WTF!

i also got a charge on my att phone bill for oct. i know what my att bill should be so when i saw the extra money, i printed up my bill. yep, there was a 14.95 charge for key club save llc-voicemail monthly fee. i called the 800-347-0854 & got person to talk to. she told me that i set up the acct 9/23(which i didn't). she said that the account was set up with my yahoo email address. whoever set it up had to makeup a security question and used their mother's maiden name. i told the key club person that's not my "mama". anywho, i am supposed to get a refund in a couple of billing cycles. we will see. i have a cancellation #. i'm not going to hold my breath.

the real number for the fcc is 888 225 5322 not 800

Oops that should have said "the number that you can never get a connection on is the 800-347-0854".

I also found this on my phone bill this month and, like others have reported, it has been on there for several months.  I'm glad I'm not alone in not noticing this.  Anyway, I called AT&T, they couldn't help me, referred me to the third party biller.  I called the third party biller at 1-888-298-3724 and they wouldn't help me.  They referred me to key club save at 1-800-347-0854.  They even transferred me to them twice which resulted in being disconnected.  When calling 800-298-3724 you can never get a connection just an all circuts are busy recording.  Finally AT&T told me to call the FCC number listed on my telephone bill.  I called them and filed a case.  After filing the FCC case I called the third party biller back, asked for a manager and told them I had filed an FCC case.  They agreed to issue a credit for the full amount.  Funny how they were willing to help me after I turned them into the FCC.

I suggest you all file a case with the FCC.  Maybe you'll get your money back.  The # for the FCC is 800-225-5322.

I also found this just thismonth but it has been on my bill for months. I have free long distance through AT&T with free voicemail.They told me I signed up for this online. DAH HOW COULD I WHEN THE BILL IS IN MY HUSBANDS NAME??? I am so pissed off. Does Richard Bluementhal know about this?? I also got a shut off notice from AT&T and paid the full amount due. My next bill showed a late charge of $20.00 .I get charged every month a flat 1.5% late fee This is all AT&T ripping off customers.

The wife clicked on the link and we did not notice the charge on the phone bill for 6 months, so were out $ 14.95 a month for nothing. Call the customer service and they will refund a months charges ??? If we had signed up for it why would they refund any thing ?? They have no information about who the corporate officers are, imagine that!!! What a pure RIP OFF.

This is apparently a big scam that keeps getting repeated under different names, phone numbers, services (voicemail, etc.) and through websites that when you click on them, you automatically apply for it.

I found a 16.85 charge on my phone bill from Key Club Save LLC.  I called and found out it is an enhanced voice mail service that I never ordered.  I had then immediately remove it.
