This is a SCAM. It is Wells Fargo's a$$hole way of getting your information.

Just received another call from them on my phone, this time I was home. Same woman, "Susan". Says she works for "Parcel Express" and that they were holding a shipment for me from "DKS" (store?) that had been water damaged. She stated that the shipment weighed about 4 pounds, and was incorrectly delivered to my old address. She seemed to know a lot about the Canadian postal service, and said that someone from the border agency would be in contact with me in regards to the details of the "From" address on the package.
I will update again if I receive another call from either of these people, and I would like to note again that I am not expecting a parcel from anyone at this time.

Received another call from the same woman who first identified herself as "Susan". This time she called my parents home claiming that they have a package to be sent to my OLD address in another city that has gotten 'wet'.
They wanted an updated address/phone number etc.. and once again would NOT give a company name. They just claimed to be a 'parcel depot'.
This wreaks of information collection.

Received a Voicemail from this number along with an extension number. Claimed to have a "Package for me" and to dial their number + the extension. Upon dialing the number (without extension) there is no information on the company at all. An automated message asks if you prefer english or spanish. Upon selecting english, it simply asks you to enter the extension.
I pressed "0". It rang for some time, then simply went to a voicemail service that was the same automated female voice which said "We're sorry, either one of us can take your call at the moment. We are either busy, or away from our office. Please leave your name, address, and phone number so we can get back to you."
This sounds like either a scam, or a dirty trick by a collection agency of sorts.
