This number repeatedly calls my phone and I have told them many times that the person they are looking for is not living in my home.  They will not stop calling and will not announce who they are......

Its not $1,000.00 per violation. It is ***up to*** $1,000.00. so the award could actually be only $100.00 or even 50.00. Or 500.00. Depends on what "allegedly" happened.

I have no idea who there people and/or company is. They call all day long and tie up company phone lines that we use to make a living with. Some times you here someone breathing or they sit there for 30-45 seconds & then hang up the phone. By the other complaints it looks to be some type of collection agency, but I really don't know. I would just like them to stop. When I find out the company and location I will turn All of our Attorney's Loose on they to get them to STOP.  John G. C.E.O.

Ive been getting calls from them on my cell, they wont tell me who they are, I have and Android the app. Is called (current caller ID) you can block any number with kust a push of s button, problem solved.

888 350 9095 called me 3 to 4 times a day i do not answer do to unknown caller i download  software/apps to dlock calls but all that did was use up phone memory & battery life some of them did stop the calls from buging me as a temporary fix. thinking  this number is a scam or sms or something  so i did s search which led me here and seen im not the only one. after reading what everyone one hat to say i called the number told  them they are calling a secured line  they ask if i was hoo even they sayed i say no am not  and so they sayed they will remove me from call list ??? after calling i should have told them im going to report this but i ges they have a licence to be awning as it interrupts my online activities. anyway though I'd post this  hopefully i helped someone. got to be a better easyer & faster way running a business this way is not the way to run a business. and if anyone knows a better way plz post.   One number down more to come.and would be nice if a business/website did something more than just well you got it. thanks all

These (?) are annoying. They do not respond if you ask who they are and what they want. They have no respect for themselves, let alone anyone else.

We received calls from this number and a 708-402-9154 number.  I found both were from "Convergent Outsourcing, Inc" when I called them back to ask why they were asking family members for the last four digits of a social security number. Online searches show many reports that this is a debt collection scam company. They would not state what their business was when I asked, and onloy offered to remove our number from their call list.

I received a call from this number saying they had an urgent matter and needed to verify my identity. They asked for the last four digits of my social security number which I would not give and than asked for me to verify my address which I would not do until they told me what this was about. When they told me they would not tell me what the call was about until I came them the requested info I hung up.

Called and left message that another associate would take the call. Said it was important
to return call. I will not answer or return calls.

They contacted me wanting me to give them all my private information statig it was a private matter, I told them no and hung up.  Got this call as I was reading an e-mail stating I had multiple attemps to my bank account and I was trying to access this e-mail.

Bill collector asking for Meagan somebody. Said it was a personal business matter.

Idiots keep calling me from this number 800-350-9095 and would not give me company name nor the person's callig name. They asked me for my social security number or address. They are rude and I would choke that person to death if given opportunity. I DO NOT want them calling my number (above) EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They also called me and had my name but refused to tell me who they were unless I gave them my SS#?  Why would I give my SS# to some unknown person?  I declined and explained I had no idea who "they" were, then they wanted my address?  Again I declined as I had no idea who "they" were?  They said they could not tell me who they were until I gave them some personal information.  OK?  Then they hung up!  Kind of funny that they would hang up?  Sounds fishy to me!

I believe this is a scam to try to scare you into thinking you owe money.

called in regards to 3 comed bills but when called they couldn't find our phone number in there system and put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Phone message said company was convergent outsourcing and gave three acct# for comed but where not our companys.

If you have caller ID don't answer calls from them, just hang up. If you do answer, don't tell them any personal information about who you are and what your identifying numbers are. They are not a legitimate company and even if I owed a debt, I wouldn't pay it to a company that conducts themselves like this. I agree with a previous caller, If I had applied for credit with someone, they should now how big my junk is, I shouldn't have to provide them with anything. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

Obviously, the purpose of the call is to encourage you to send them money that you have no legal obligation for. I made contact with this organnization and am convinced they are not legitimate. Refer them to your local police department when they call.

These people have been calling about once a week.  Afraid to answer.  I was in a fire and my insurance paid over $850,000 to save my life.  I think I have about $2200 outstanding.  I'm out of work and down to nearly $0 in the bank.  Isn't $850,000 enough?  I mean, can't you eat the rest?  Jeez.

if they are calling and its being routed though your voice number block it from the google voice webpage you know you can do that right?

This is a fraud company. They keep calling my cell phone number and it is a recorded message. I cannot talk to anyone.

I just received another call from 1-800-350-9095 on my cell phone. I called the number back to see who it was. Convergy's in Killeen/Copperas Cove area. I asked the person why they continue to call my number...she asked who I was. I am not giving that information since they should know since they called me. She was rude and hung up.  Convergy's is a debt collection. I OWE NOBODY!!!
