A collector has been calling me for weeks about this. I don't answer the call. We already got scammed through another company two years ago. They are claiming to be TG Investors. Calling from 888-958-3653, giving a badge number (I believe her name is Miranda). She states that she researched my email, my bank statements (email had not been active for 2 plus years from the time of "said" loan, didn't even have an account with the bank she stated at the time and is threatening to have me subponead within my county of residence if I don't pay. Also, she contacted my EX husband on a number he didn't even have at the time stating I put him as an emergency contact. She could not provide any physical copies or provide me the original loan holder information. Be careful!!!!!

If you would stop applying for paydayloans in your husbands name, maybe these people wouldn't be calling your phone!

this is a payday loan company. filled out a app to see and they kept calling me to sign paper work. you must of got a loan from them if they took money . they give you 300 you pay 380.00 back in two week unless yiu cant and they keep charging you 80 to reloan. dont do it unless you can pay back in two weeks

12.3.08,,,,,,they tried to debit 390.00...than they tried to debit 266.00 from y account the same day.......I  am now in the hole....I contacted my back,,,my account has been changed,,,,,,,and they put back the 70.00 in over draft charges.I do not know who these people are

These idiots have taken $600 out of my account in the last two months! They need to get a real job where they aren't ripping off hard working people.

the caller said we applied online for a loan. we never heard from these
people before and hope they don't touch our account.  I spoke with a person from that company geneva roth and she said my husband would have to call back and cancel, cancel what???????  Beware of this company!!!!!!

I received a call from these people under a different company name.  I never took out a loan.  My lawyer called them but they did not return her call.  This is the second company that has tried to scam me in three days.  Someone must be selling names and information.

Most internet payday loans are illegal. Check the laws in your state. The collection company may call but the contract is not enforceable. If you have paid the prinicple they are not enititled to anymore payments.

I'm just not taking that call. I have no idea who these people are.

This company continues calling my number and asking for my husband.  I ask them to remove the number from the list and they are very rude and tell me they can't until they talk to him.  They are calling my cell phone not his and they have called 3-4 times yesterday and today.  I wouldn't do business with a company that is this rude if I had to..  I have worked customer service and phone sales for 8 years and the way they act is uncalled for.

I got a complain from someone being harassed by these scam bugs (cant provide the name), I called them and they refused to provide any info on them, even refused to given their last name! That's what made me think something is fishy here, not right. He guy provided me his name was Ryan (the one who refused to give his last name). When I started verifying them, he hung up on my face giving a s*** excuse that I am not an authorize person to talk to any higher authority.!

I had my acct debited $400 today and never used this company in my life.  I read many reports online at different sites including the better business bureau which had 46 complaints about them and lawcash.com which has hundreds of complaints of the same case... Dont pay it at all, theres nothing they can do but harrass you with phone calls for a while and then they will eventually stop. I did it already.

Charles is the LOAN OFFICER. He called my phone 8 times in ONE hour. When I called back, the girl told me it's an auto dialer and they have to do that. I have 8 messages from Charles...and called him to tell him CANCEL THE LOAN REQUEST and he did. If this comes out of my bank...HEADS WILL ROLL!!!!!

I just found out that a company called TG Investments debited my checking account for $400.00 on 2010. I know I did NOT authorize ANY automatic debit or another type of withdrawal from my account!!! Now, after searching for this company online and finding nothing, I finally entered in the telephone # that accompanied the debit on my statement, and found all of you! This is an outrage!!! the bank had the number and I called them I was so upset they told me I owed them 400.00 and Believed they where legitimate after I googled the number this web page popped up and now Im upset I have only had my checking acct for one week i called the number the woman said this company TG can tap into my acct and take my money I was upset this people was lurking like vultures I want to put my money under the mattress how did these people know to go into my account I didnot give them my acct number when I called that number they took the 400.00 and the woman said I owed an additional 400.00 they are trying to bleed me dry Im mad as hell

Yesterday, I received twenty messages on my cell phone.  Today, I have already received eight.  These calls are supposedly for a Charles McNeely who does not have access to my cell phone.  I recognize that this is either a collection agency or a scam.  In any event, I do not want to hae any other calls from this number.

They are trying to take $400 out of my checking account and I have never even heard of them.

I applied for a payday loan which I thought was a payday loan company. Instead it was just a site that sends your information out to alot of different companies. I had like 7 different companies deposit money into my account. I only wanted to do one. I am not paying all of these people back. This is ridiculous.

I just missed a call from this number.. I originally applied for an online cash advance and DJR sent me back an email and offered 150.00. As this amount did me no good, I replied with a thanks but no thanks. The next day I had received the 150.00 in my checking account. I tried to have them take it back but neither DJR or Bank of America were interested in helping. I paid back the 190.00 two weeks later so I didn't have to argue with these people. I now get this missed call and see all of your stories.. I am going to Bank of America today and taking all my money out. They can overdraft me if they want.. but Im not giving them a dime out of my hard earned paychecks. Losers

send them a letter through certified mail and tell them to stop calling

if you appled for another payday loan they may have submitted your information to them i put a stop payment

these people have lost there damn minds how do i open a new account and you debit it when i never signed anything authorizing them to do so

I HAD WORKED OUT PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE COLLECTION REP ALLISON.  THEY WERE TO TAKE $90.00 BIWEEKLY.  INSTEAD THEY TOOK $400.00 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.  EVERYTIME I CALLED TO SPEAK TO HER SHE WAS AT LUNCH OR GONE FOR THE DAY.  I EVEN LEFT VOICE MAILS.  SHE NEVER RETURNED MY CALL.
