They called me and left no message. I returned the call and got only a busy signal. They returned the call but there was no one on the other end. I suggest no one participate, these scams are sick. DO NOT buy anything from anyone over the phone and if you gave out your credit card information, call your bank immediately and cancel the transaction or dispute the charge. REPORT THEM TO THE BBB.

I spoke with Tiffany twice regarding this "opportunity" and I am still apprehensive.  When asked for the name of the company I would be doing data entry for I was informed it would be for a single physician.  I was also told I would be paid between $3 and $7 per form depending on the form.  I am reluctant to give my credit card number over the phone with no documents or website to refer back.  I'm thinking as the saying goes "if it sounds too good to be true it probably is".

I just want to let everyone know that I fell for it too. I paid my $299, but I called my bank and they are going to help me get my money back. I bought my "software" on September 24, 2009. Got it 16 days later, and followed the steps. I got as far as getting the doctor's info sent to me! In that set of paperwork, it said that if I did not hear back from the doctors in a couple weeks to call the support number and they will take care of it, but NOT to call the doctors! Keep in mind the doctors that they "assign" to you are real doctors. I didn't hear anything back, so I called. "Genevieve" as she is calling herself these days, called me back and told me to e-mail her to remind her to call me back on the second. That is the second of December, because that is how long it has taken to get to this step. I did call the doctors, because she informed me by yelling at me that one was out of the country, and the other was on vacation. The doctors had NO IDEA their names were being used and apologized profusely. The 800 number that was listed in the ad is now disconnected. They have used several names, emails, and phone numbers. I filed a report with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), informed the paper where the ad was placed, and informed the email company they are using. If you have more info to add, please call the FTC and use reference number 24807545. If you call the BBB, that would be an easier way to file a complaint through them, because you do need some kind of address online, but not through phone. The newspaper informed me that the ad was placed through an agency, but that they pulled the ad, will never run it again, and passed the information/complaint on to the agency. Included was the aforementioned reference number. Always remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. If you do your research, don't just go off of the BBB like I did. Google the phone numbers and names. If nothing comes up, run. A legitimate business is not going to be rude to you, charge you money, or call you from an anonymous number. The will also give you their last names when you ask and be patient with you and answer all your questions. For all you moms out there still looking for work, please visit my webpage and click on opportunities: www.beautipage.com/transformations. Any positive feedback on this site is also these people playing up the scam. Good luck to all! I hope I have been of some help.

Here in the Bronx, 1-800-207-6917 has advertised this recently in both the Penny Saver and the Penny Pincher.  I got a call back on my answering machine, then left my own msg asking whether they were actually the employer or only THOUGHT I could get a job doing this.  Then I searched it and here I am, not interested in pursuing it further.  The sad thing is that the signal to noise ratio in the employment section of these ad circulars has gotten to be very low, more scams than real jobs.

Fight it. Even when it is denied because they have fake documents, fight it again. They always mess up. Believe me, they are not that smart. They will get caught. I would call the credit card company and fight it with everything you have.

They placed an ad in the small, local paper in PA.  I called, got a message advising about a "data entry" position, that I needed a computer, could buy the necessary software at a "discounted price", that part time was about 15 to 17 hours per week, and full time was 32 to 35 hours weekly.  If I was interested, leave my phone number and someone would call back.  I got a call back at about 4:30 PM same day from "Stever" who never really gave very clear info, except that I would fill in one-page forms for hospitals and doctors, the software was $279 plus tax and shipping, totalling $299.00.  I would have to sign a "confidentiality agreement", and would receive 2 hours of training on-line.  I would be paid $425 per week, if I wanted vacation time off (unpaid), I had to let them know a "couple of months ahead of time", pay would be only be direct deposit, they did not deduct any taxes and I would be responsible for that as a "self-employed" individual.  I was told I'd receive the software from FedEx, which would take up to 14 "business days", in order to get me "in the system".  I was given a phone number for "Support" which was 888-217-8629.  I tried this number, and got another announced message, in Steve's voice, advising their hours of 9AM - 4 PM EST, Monday thru Friday, and to leave a message.  I was also given a "Confirmation Number" for my software order, which I paid on my credit card.  I was further told the software purchase fee would be refunded after I worked for them for 18 months, and at that time I'd be eligible for free software upgrades.  Now I'm reading all this, and I'm really scared.  My credit card was billed the next day.  I don't have $300 to throw away on a scam--I'm out of work and am desperate for a job.  I can't believe this is happening to me.  I want to cry.  Is there anything I can do now?  I don't even know if I can report this to my bank, since I don't have any proof of anything, yet.  My credit card statement shows a "International Merchandise" listed as the vendor.

I was wondering if you have started working for them yet?  I am a single mom looking to supplement my income.  It sounds good but after reading what every is saying you seem to be the only one that has kept going for it so I was hoping you could provide more information about the company.

Thank you.

I just called the number 1800-406-1712,left a message and had a man named Stevie call me back.  He told me about the job and that I needed to purchase the software for $279.00.  Are you still working for this company and have you been able to get any credentials about them?  I'm not sure if I am doing to do this or not.

Thanks for any info you can give me.

"Sally Fredericks" "Sally Tiegs" "Sally Beamen" are all the same person, this is the crazy woman who some of the victims of this scam have written about.  Apparently she favors the name "Sally" for her fake posts.  And B, she IS doing her job, because a lot of scammers whose scam has been exposed on this site come on here in a misguided attempt to keep the scam going by making fake posts. And, like the fake posts you see here, it's never very convincing.

Now if the pattern of these posts continues, this woman will next come on and make a bunch on nonsense posts in an attempt to discredit everything, which will eventually be deleted by the administrators of this site as they have been before.

If you're reading this (and your not one of the perpetrators of the scam), consider yourself very lucky. You can avoid getting your money stolen by these scammers and having your hopes falsely raised if you read carefully.

In the meantime, this has been reported to Lori Swanson's office for further investigation and action. If you live in Minnesota, like the perp, then you should know who I am referring to.

Good luck to the sincere people who are trying to help themselves. Unfortunately this is a dead end.

Exactly. This is a scam. Sorry that I have not been on since I was supposed to get my email about the "Doctors" that I would be working for. They never sent me a list! The lady sent me an email with forms that I am supposed to fill out and send to doctors myself. I know it is a scam now because she lied to me. She specifically said that she would send me a list of doctors not forms to fill out! DO NOT DO THIS! They are just scamming people and have had several other phone numbers with the same ad before. The software is not on the cd. No, I am not bitter because I did not get hired. I am bitter because it was a scam. There is no "program". How can someone be bitter because they are not in a program that does not exist. No worries to those who already spent the money. Call the number on the back of your bank card. File a complaint and try to get your money back.

How can you not get hired to work at home? I guess I can't expect this to make much sense since you are answering questions from yourself anyway. I suppose people could much more easily get bitter about getting ripped off, but who knows really?

In case anyone is interested, I am still trying to get my money back. I check with my credit card company every day. I have given them dates and details and details of all the nasty phone calls from the lady who answers the phone. She's a liar plain and simple. They are dragging their feet even after she told me she would refund my money. I will fight this till I get my money back even if I have to go to the FTC or attorney general...they need to be called on the carpet for ripping people off. It's funny how they call you right back when you leave a message that you are interested in starting up with them so they can get your money.....then they say they are too busy to call you back once the money is in their scamming little hands. And if I read PLEASE BE PATIENT! one more time in an email from them, that's it!!!!!! The charge on my credit card says it came from "International Merchandse"...I keep forgetting to google that but I doubt I will find anything out because this so called company doesn't seem to exist. But ya know...karma will get you...because what goes around, comes around and I hope they get theirs!

That is funny that you said Dr. Kemoski. Hmmmm... isn't that who Cynthia is working for. You are such scammers. You must have forgot that you already used that doctor's name for one of your other aliases. BUSTED again! LOL. Yeah, I guess your hand must have been tired from all the typing considering that you are the only one saying that you are working! Scammer. Seriously. You can't even type the right doctor name. Getting caught up in your own lies! Here they are people. The lying, cheating, stealing, loser scammers! Give it up. Get a real job.

For those who are finding out that it's not offered in "your area", perhaps the reason is that this scam is under investigation by the authorities in "your area" and they are trying to lie low. If that's "your area" consider yourself very, very lucky.

Ok..I admit it...I was stupid but desperate and paid the $299 and all I got was a CD and some paperwork with no company name on it. They are really quick to return your call when you want to give them the $$$ but then after you get the materials...it takes them forever to call back. And when they do...the lady who shall remain nameless because it's probably a phony fantasy name she gave herself anyway is CRAZY! She's rude and I think she tries to tick people off so they'll just give up...I did everything she told me to..opened a separate checking account with my bank though to keep a better eye on it and there was no money in it...and then I never heard from her again. So I sent her an email asking when I MIGHT expect a call and then she calls me right away screaming at me even after I have given her $299. But what else would I expect??? She's a liar and a nut job...although who am I to talk? I just gave her $299 for nothing. But she did say she would refund my money because she did not want me working for the doctors with that kind of attitude and she hung up on me! I almost fell off my chair laughing! I emailed her and demanded my money back immediately or I would contact the attorney general AND the FTC and guess what? She calls back right away again after getting the email. Suddenly she is not so busy. So I asked her what the problem was and reminded her that she hung up on me and I told her to quit calling me and hung up on her. She called right back and screamed at me "STOP EMAILING ME!" She just wanted the last word and if that made that crazy lady happy that's fine with me. So I have called the credit card company and I am checking with them daily...the name on my credit card says the charge came from International Merchandise. So there's my story and if anyone else is thinking about doing this...DON'T. The unpleasantness of this woman ALONE is enough to deal with. She's just awful!! I just want my money back and I will fight it as far as I have to.

Think and say what you want. It is the same scam. Same software. Same ad. Hmmmm... People, don't fall for this man and woman's scam. A real company would have more than 2 people working for them. They also would not be getting on here and making comments themselves. Even if it is not the same exact company, then they are just a CopyCat scam artist who can't even come up with their own. You are BUSTED. Get over it. Get a real job instead of taking innocent people's money. Some of these people are probably disabled, elderly, or have childremn and you are taking food from their children and families. You are a bunch of criminals and should be ashamed of yourselves. I fell for this, but now your game is up. I plan on making a report with the police dept, bbb, and my bank. You know, even if they get one sucker a day, they are making about $1500 a week! Quit paying for these losers to eat when they are stealing and taking food from our families and children.
