Received a call from a company named UCG (855)940-5942.  This company called my sister whom I never use for a reference for anything with threatening calls.  They leave a message stating that serious allegations have been brought against me.  Needless to say my sister calls me with questions as if I did something wrong.  Someone by the name of Janet leaves a case number and call back number on my sister's voice mail.  My sister told me to pray and I am but these people should be located and locked away for life.  Why are innocent hardworking people always targeted with the foolish scam artists?  I need just a little more JESUS!!!!!!!!!

Same thing with me and i asked for them to send me documentation and she said she will send it to her accouts payable department and have something sent via email. I asked her for something in writing not email and i have yet to receive anything via email or postal and that was a month ago and now they started again this week. Yesterday called 4 times back to back and two days ago same thing. I get a call from a local 813 number but then want me to call the 8552449451. Unprofessional and seems like a scam. they want my address of employment and/or home address to serve me i guess. I havent even called back because i have been dealing with them for several months and its annoying. How can i stop this or what should i do?

Can they really come to my job even if its a scam? this loan they claimed was back in august of 2012. I never heard of this company nor was it bought out by anyone they said. They had all my old information like email and resident therefore maybe hacked into my email account who knows.

Do i contact the police department.

I also received a call at my job stating that I owed for a payday loan that was taken out in 2012. I have not every dealt with a company called BCD, and when I asked what company they may have represented because that name was not familiar, she could not tell me. Although she did know the last 4 of my social and my email which is scary. She said they would continue efforts to locate me and gave me her number 1-855-244-9451 and name so to settle the debt. Where do these people come from

They just called me  ( Evergreen BCD ) and told me that they are coming up here to serve me papers with two uniformed police officers !!!!!!!  ????????????????? Is this is joke ??? What happened when they came to your job ???  I am scared. I just let hospital security know.

I am experiencing the same thing as of today. Got a call from a Mr. Maltz and says I owe a payday loan from a BCD, Evergreen, CMG, Riverside those were the other names they gave me. So I know if I did have a loan from 2010 that would have been off. Now he threatened to say that he was calling from a law firm and if I didn't pay they would press charges. Now he had a lot of information on me but something didn't feel right. Good thing I print out my statements every three months. So I called him back and I didn't see any deposits or deductions from any of these companies. So he told me they would move forward with legal proceedings. I told him do what he gotta do then he asked me for the number to my bank. I told him since you got all this information you should have the number and call them yourself. I also called my bank and was told since I have all my statements from 2010 I would see any deductions from the company and I don't. He said he would get some more information about this account and call me back. I said do that. The number he called from is 1-866-809-2172 ext. 422

They cant arrest you for a loan but your state may allow you to b arrested for bad checks which most of these payday loans go after.... If you take out a payday loan online and in person they will get you in court and try to prove you had fraudulent intents and will win if you havent made atleast a payment on it.. Becareful to not get caught up in the trap just because you here stories of people whom swear they have escaped court system for now.. You have to look at situation such as that person may have moved 20 or so times so they couldnt locate them so they may have given up for now.. These companies have quite a few options when it comes to getting their money back including wage garnishment in most states and if you are already being garnished then they will persue other legal means for collecting their money..  Use your best judgement when dealing with these people because assuming that every situation will b the same could cost you allot of legal fees and lost work hrs..

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim?s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims? relatives, friends, and employers.

They came to my job

Calls all the time. Does not leave any message.

This number called my grandmother's house and told my Aunt that they had "allegations" against me and gave her a phone and reference number. Going to call and curse someone out.

Spoke with someone named Mitchel, stating they have a lawsuit against me for a payday loan that I got and never paid. I have never applied for, or got a payday loan. He also said the companies name was UCG, They are collecting for a company named: Evergreen, BCD, or Riverside.........Has called several times, now also calling my son's cell phone number.

same thing with threating calls. Says his name is Ryan Miller

Received threatening calls also today.  

Locator call also

Receive threatening messages from this number saying they are using locating service to find me
