They keep calling at different times of the day and leave a message and says nothing

can you stop these calls ?   they come in 3x per day for months.    and nobody is there when you answer.

They're scammers.  You won't receive anything.  

Regarding any caller who refuses to MAIL - do not accept email or fax - proof of debt/proof they can collect said debt - you should not pay them a nickel, per the FDCPA.

I received an email as well as a call at work.  i wrote back and told them to send me in writing a letter of validation stating the debt, to whom i supposedly owe, amount and their address.  it's been now 3 days, havent gotten anything. i don't pick up any number that i'm not familiar

This number has called me a few times and I did answer today, but I am deaf and could not understand what they were talking about.  I told them to send me something in writing, but I did not give them my address since they must already have it since they are calling me.

These people are relentless. I recently moved and in the process I changed cell providers and received a new cell number. Well guess what? The only person the number was new to was me. Whomever had this number previously didn't like to pay their bill or couldn't or whatever. But it's my problem now. This phone rings non - stop with various pay day loan companies. Pursuant to state law, payday loans are illegal and you're under no obligation to pay them back. Other states are getting on board with making them illegal. If you think about it, your credit probably sucks for whatever reason and the only loan you can get is a 400% interest payday loan? They can't seriously think you'd pay it back. There's a reason they don't report to the 3 major bureau's. ..because they're illegal. I wish it were so simple as telling them they have the wrong number when calling me. They don't believe me. It's so annoying. I block them and then they change their number and get back through....ugh.

This number calls our non-profit agency and hangs up. No messages left!

This company or person is very rude

I didn't answer it, as is my common practice for unrecognized 800 numbers, and there was no message. After reading the info here, I added the number to a special contact I created for numbers not to answer.

Plus the are illegal in many states and go by 500 fast cash, one click loans.   You should check your state to see if they are legal.

Robocall saying the name of employee who gets calls from payday lenders. This is the callback number they give.

Too bad payday loans are illegal in this state and cannot be collected.

They called and left a message  asking for someone. The name was unintelligible.  More than likely bait to see if someone will call back.

Dont ever admit to anything or acknowledge their collection attempts though because that is all they need to file against you for wage garnishments. Thats how they stay in business.

They are a collection agency for cash loan scams. I took one out 5 years ago, paid back $1200 on a $300 loan and they never let me pay back the 'balance' just the interest so it was a neverending loan, but they 'went under' and then sold their debts to this collection agency- essentially they claim you owe them $1,000's in late fees despite the fact that you dont actually owe anything since it was an illegal company to begin with.

THESE EOPLE HARRAS ME DAILY THEY WERE TOLD MNY TIME WHO TO CALL TO SET UP NEIGOTATIONS OR PAYMENT BUT THEY INSIST ON CALLING THIS NUMBER DAILY

This is the same as 800-601-3766 which is a collection agency.  The phone number they leave you and the one they call you on are different.

They constantly call my cell phone but never leave a message.

I get phone calls from this number numerous times and I have no idea as to why.

I have been receiving messages from them for many months now, and just last week I decided to call them and tell them they have the wrong number.  Instead of taking my word for it, they demand that I tell them my name.  I've spoken with 2 or 3 different persons, and they all said they need my name.  This is obviously a scam.  How can I get them into legal trouble?

They keep calling me and I know what they are but they have no business with me.  They will not stop calling work and cell.

I called back and spoke to a singularly rude individual who had absolutely no information to impart- I will report them to the Attorneys general in this state as we have no idea what they want.

Contact your cell phone provider and have Texts BLOCKED - there is no charge for making this change.
