Keeps calling my cell phone asking for someone I do not know and also they want information on this person I do not know.

Called my cell looking for someone else.

Caller ID gave this number and "Telemarketer".  I hate companies that use deceptive tactics.  They probably want you to answer to tell them to take you off their list and then you find out they are really debt collecting scumbags.

According to The Fair Credit Act, you can send a "Cease and Desist" letter to any collector and have them stop calling you. Request that they send any demands for collection in writing. Additionally, when you fax this letter (that's correct, fax the letter to them), also place a CC following your signature and send a copy of this letter to your local Attorney General's office.

I have a prepaid phone and keep getting calls from this company everyday. this can add up i told them
have wrong number. I guess this person they are looking for owes money but I have had this number for
over a year 1/2  I told them not to call me and it is on a no call list but they keep calling.

The number 1-800-360-3588 calls us everyday 5 to 8 times a day for the past 7 months.  When we do pick up the phone half the time it hangs up.  Once in a while a recording will come on asking for a name that we do not know. When this happens we push 5 to let them know that is not who they are calling. Then the phone rolls over and starts ringing and no one every answers.

We have tried calling this number back and a recording tells us this number is not valid.  How can a person win with this kind of crap phone calls.

Like others who have written we do no have any outstanding debts and we check our credit often. Someday if a person is on the other end I just might get a fog horn and blow it into the phone.

Call today from NRA Collection looking for person with different middle initial and birth date.  Recorded call and advised legal action would be taken if any additional call to my phone.

DO NOT tell any collector that you are going to send them a payment it re-validates the debt and restarts the statute of limitations

I have received a call from 800-360-3588 for serval days. It always rings at around 1:00 pm once a day. When I answer it, it just says: waiting for line or something else. So strange.

I get a call almost every day from this number - I called this number back once and they said I owed $35 from a hospital I don't even know. I told them to stop calling this number but I still get the calls!  They don't leave a message on the answering machine.  I have never received anything in writing from this "company".  Have written up a complait to the Attorney General.  I do not answer the phone when it shows this ID!  Am getting pretty tired of this!

I just called it. I received a call from them on my machine.  They ARE National Recovery Agency, and I settled with them to pay an overdue medical bill here in New YOrk.

They keep calling my cell number.   If I answer they do not say anything.  If I don't answer they leave a message, but it is garbage.  I want this stopped.

There are a lot of people out there who have found ways around the whole "do not call" list...this number is one of them...I've had it traced in the past when it showed up as "O" calling from "000-000-0000"...the only information I could get is that this is the actual number...it is not a collection agency, it is an advertiser/seller/telemarketer...

Since they have not honored my requests to stop calling me, nor remove me since I am on the "do not call", I now have reported them to the local police department as a harrassment case...

I keep getting calls for someone that we don't know. They have my wife's first name but the last name is wrong. They started calling my vacation home and then now my primary home. How do you make them stop? I've hit #4 several times, I don't know who the person is but they keep calling. HOw do they get away with this?

They have been calling me looking for the person who use to live at our current address, which was over 3 years ago when we moved here. However we have had this same phone number for about 6 years. I have asked them 3 times to remove me from their list and yet again they have called two more times since then. I am contacting my Prepaid Legal Attorneys tomorrow morning.

They have been calling my number for 3 weeks now looking for someone we don't know and have never heard of.  My husband and I have had this number for 7 years.  I have asked them to take my number off their list and it hasn't happened yet.  I have reported them to my Atorney General.

I think it a collection agency.The phone will ring and I let the answering machine get it and they won't let a message

When I answer this number it is a recording and then it goes to a busy signal.  Thiis has been going on since Monday, Feb 11,2008

After the 2nd call in two days, I called them back per my caller ID.  They were looking for a "Charles Fletcher."
I've had my number 35 years and didn't known him.  They said they would remove my number from their files.

We'll see... they better!

They have called every other day for the last two weeks and I don't answer because it comes up no date available for the number

Its a collection agency and instead of a live person they use computers to call out.

I recewive a call from this number weekly. They ask if i am billy Bennett press the number 1. when i press the number 1, the telephone goes siolent.

I have the same problem. At times I can have 2-3 calls a day. They won't tell me who they are. Want it stopped.

Try to talk to them, tell them you are going to send them a payment in the mail, get the address and send them a letter, registered if you want...and state you don't want them to call anymore. BY LAW they have to stop or you can sue them!! GOOD LUCK!

Number showed up on my caller ID and of course I didn't answer.I don't owe anybody anything . It's odd, though,  because I did live in the Hbg. PA area 30 years ago. I just ignore scammers like this.

Guy said his name was Brian and worked for a company called FDB, then I hung up. Same prob with this number.
