I get calls from this number a couple of times a week. I have the number blocked but, it still manages to go to voicemil. The calls are 2 & 3 times a day. Then there's a day or 2 that they don't call. They don't leave messages. I just had a call before I went on this site & this time before hangin up there was a kind of weird noise like a frustrated sigh or something.

Got about a dozen calls from this number (Bell Mobility) in the past few days despite not being a Bell customer. Finally talked to a rep about it - she took my info and told me she "sent a request" about me receiving calls despite not being a customer. Apparently it will take five days to process, so I assume I'm going to keep getting calls about it until then....... /headdesk

Getting those calls too, so I called bell at the number given on their statement to verify the number 800-361-2613 was indeed a Bell number and apparently it is, but nobody at the number I called could explain why I would be getting those messages, both my home phone and cell phone accounts are paid up to date and in good standing so the only thing they could think off is it's just some sales promotion they have on the go...very frustrating getting those type of calls...they are probably going to lose some customers if this keeps up, me for one!

So it's been 4 days i'm gettung this call. Always at the same hour, 5:03pm. I didn't answered it but i got told it's an automatic message. I tried texting, did not work. They're calling on my cell phone (how the hell did they got my phone number???) and i'm with Virgin Mobile. And i'm from Canada, the call is from USA. How could i block this number?

I also received calls from this number during my business day, two days in a row.  
I called them back and told them that I've never ditched on a bill (as they can see from my account) and that the reason they have a 'late fee' is for just that, if you're late - you pay extra.  
I warned them that if I got another call during my business day regarding a bill (that gets paid from my CC on a regular basis) I would be considering it harassment and calling my lawyer.  Also, there are hundreds, if not thousands of people being harassed and ripped off by them and it won't take long to find another 100 people in my position to prove my point.  
(robo-calls are harassment)

My wife and I took a trip to to the us. We called bell and had them put the us calling package on both of our phones. We paid for both of the us packages at that point. With in 10 minutes her phone was turned off. I called bell and after arguing with cs for 20 minutes and paid more money her phone was turned back on. Over the next two days both of our phones were turned off. Many more payments were made but the disconnections kept happening none of the cs reps would listen. One rep figured out what was wrong, instead of the us package, they put on the European package, she told us that she changed us over to the us package and when I asked for my wife's phone to be reconnected she yelled at me and said that we should pay our bill and it won't get turned off after she was told that we have made 3 months of payments in two days. I hung up on her and called back and briefly spoke to a cs rep. I asked for a supervisor. When I got transferred, it was to a virgin mobile rep. I again called bell and requested a supervisor. We got transferred and we told them what was going on, it took him over an hour to fix their mess. Now bell advertises that they have world class customer support and we had to deal with this.

They have been calling me for weeks. This time the number shows up as a US caller...Unfortunately, I just resigned with Bell for 2 years.. i'm regretting it. The guy said "i'm calling to remind you that your account is overdue"... I said "that's impossible, i'm set up for automatic payments.. but nice try attempting to get me to overpay so you can double bill me and screw me out of cash.. I know your tricks..." SO SICK OF BELLS S***!

Just got a recorded message from that number -- 800-361-2613 -- the message says I must call Bell wireless about my account.  I don't have an account with Bell.  I have never had any account or any business with Bell.  I guess this is random scammer nonsense -- in addition to Bell being a rediculaous company as I have heard so many times.
