I called this number back and the man who answered said he was from "Card Services." I asked him why they were calling my number 2 - 3 times a day.  He asked for my phone number and after several attempts could not find my phone number in his system.  He then asked me for my SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER to look up my account.  I told him no way would I give him my Social Security Number. I asked him what company he worked for and he said "Card Services." I asked what card service -- he said many companies.  I told him to remove my phone number from there list since I had no business with their company and it was obvious since he did not have my phone number in his system.  Now they are calling with an unavailable number and still calling with the ID number above.  I think it is a SACM to get people's SSN and informaton for identity theft.

Some credit shark, or card company debt collections still looking up information.  Beware if they are calling at your job or weekends.  For one they are not allowed to call your job period unless they have a court order, they are not allowed to call more then a few times when noone answers during normal work days. 10-9pm,  Anything before or later is breaking the law.  If they talk to you even if you say "stop harassing me if you call again I will report you to local law enforcement and seek damages"  They are not allowed to call again until the next day.  MOST! important never ever give your personal information out, it seems this company!  refuse to say who, they represent.  Which in truth a credit shark might represent many credit account companies and poor indian guy is just a call center, he really can not tell you without some info to go on.  But! by law even if it is a list of companies they have to tell you who they represent.  Otherwise you just  handed your personal info to a phising scam, or hacker or chinese hackers.  Remember 60% hacks and phising scams come form China, about 30% nigera believe it or not rest of the world is in the 10% mark.

Get calls continuosly daily 2 - 3 times a day.  Sometimes they leave a message and I don't know who the campany is.

My phone number is unlisted and I receive calls from this number 3-4 times a day, usually on weekends. I do not answer them but when I called the number back the message said I had reached card services and to hold for the next available rep. I hung up

This is a call where a message comes on immediately and there is no reason given but caller asks you to call 1-800-362-3960. They identify themselves as card company of some sort.

I received several messages on a "tape loop" repeating over and over on the answering machine.The man who answered when I called back sounded as if he were from India. He asked if my name was Wala Osmond, which it is not. He would not tell me the name of the company, I became very suspicious and wish to report this number.

I get a caller from an "Unknown Caller" twice a day, EVERY day.  The call is a recorded message saying "... This is (name?) from Card Services. I will try to make this as easy as possible. Please call 800-362-3960..."  If I answer the call, a recorded message will continuously repeat and it is often difficult to disconnect the call.  I called the 800 number and asked the male who answered what business I had reached. He said "Card Services".  I asked if I had done business with the company and/or did I owe them money. He said my number my number was not in their records.  I explained that I am getting calls twice a day and I want them to stop.  He hung up on me.  The calls still continue.  I am on the DNC list and reported the 800 number.

I also get these calls but the automated message keeps repeating itself over and over When I hang up the phone I pick the phone back up after a few seconds and this message is still talking. The phone keeps ringing after I hang up. I tried calling them back and said they are harrassing me. I was wondering what can be done about this company. The repeating messages cause my phone not to be able to call out. I find this very disrupting and harrassing.

"Nancy" is not saying Court Services, she's saying Card services.  I've received this call 3 times.

I have gotten this phone call just about everyday for the last two weeks.  As soon as I answer the phone I get an automated message from "Nancy" with card services a phone # of 800-362-3960.  I tried to call back to figure out why they keep calling and I was on hold for 12 minutes and decided to hang up, because I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST for telemarketers.

I called the number and asked them to remove my name. They were courteous enough to (at least pretend to) remove the number. They asked me if I knew a "Conley" and I told them that this was a wrong number. Then they said that they would remove my number.

These people from this number call EVERY day, in the evening, always with the same recorded message in a woman's voice with an accent. She says this is "card services", and that she will make this as easy as possible, and leaves this 1-800 number. They are calling on the house phone which we just added to the home just a few weeks ago. We all have cellphones and never give out the house phone number so we have no idea who this is and we REALLY wish they would stop calling in the middle of dinner! Caller id always says "unknown caller". We don't answer it nor call them back.

I called the number to inquire what it was about and the recording said that the company was Aspire Visa Credit Card Services. When the gentleman came on the phone, he did not say who he was or anything. He asked for my mailing address, name, and social security number. When I asked what company this was with he said "Tribute". I told him that that was not what the recording said and not to call again. Hopefully, they will not. BEWARE!!!  I am on the DNC list, but they called me anyway.

Yep same here, the message was cut off as they started to talk as soon as the voicemail recieved the call. Only got the phone number.

I received 2 calls from them, but they were both automated messages, which started playing as soon as my voicemail picked up, so I only caught the very last part, where they said the phone # to call back. I called to see who it was, but was on hold for 20 minutes and gave up. It was an Indian/South Asian woman's voice in the messages. What's up with this number?

Got a call from this number on my unlisted, private, id blocked, work cell phone, which i give out to NO ONE... Aspire Visa was the company at the other end. second call in two days from these people and I see that there are several people who have similar complaints about them.
