i got a call several times today and i would appereate it if this person stop calling me thanks

requested info from their school. they call up to 7 times a day. i finally answered. guy from georgia giving me mixed info and trying to get me to pay 800. for some stupid online course. pretty sure this is a scam. he wouldn't send me any info. just kept asking if i wanted to sign up..."it's only 800.00"... b***s***.

I am on the DO NOT CALL list, why am I getting calls like this ?

Did someone request information from Ashworth College? If so, that would be why your daughter is receiving calls from the number.

They call multiple times a day. They NEVER leave me a message, it goes to voicemail and 10 seconds of nothing then they hangup. They've even called me under "unknown" so annoying.

I had requested info about Ashworth College's locksmith program from their web site to be sent to my e-mail. I pressed ENTER  and BAM! I got a phone call. They have been calling mene ever since from different numbers. These people may not work directly for Ashworth, but I hold the college responsible. I will not be attending there, because of their lack of integrity, evidenced by the fact that they are associated with these pushy telemarketers!

I checked out a site concerning lock smith training. I answered that yes I would like more info by email. I closed the page and immediately received a phone call by a rep. of Ashworth College. I said that I wanted some info by e-mail so that I could compare programs and costs. I have been getting non-stop calls since then and they do not leave a message. I understand people work in telemarketing are trying to make a buck, but if you can't leave a message, and even if you do, and I don't return your call, then NO SALE!

Just woke up from a nap and my notifications light was flashing.
Didn't make any outgoing calls, but there it was... Phone says I made three calls in quick sucsession to that number.
Can cell phones be hacked like that?

And no....I do not text or call people in my sleep.

Same here! I was hesitant to give out my cell number when I asked for information on a course. I read the reviews before entering any info so I don't get involved in any scams. They have my email address and mailing address to send the info to, but all they do is call call call. It just turned me off. My advice if you are looking into this school is to give a false phone number and create a fake email address to avoid this.

This "Ashford University" just won't stop calling even after I called them, politely asked the first time to have my number removed but the calls kept coming in.  I wasn't so nice the second time around because I was blatantly told "you inquired about furthering your education" which I did not and then asked "why I wasn't interested in furthering my education.  Are they serious???  Who would want to do any educational business with such an annoying educational institution??

Yeah, I too called them to remove my number - was told it "might take up to 48 hrs for the removal and the calls to stop"...it's been over a week.  I just called now and threatened to take further action "as this call, too, is being recorded on MY end and if the calls don't stop, I will be taking this to a higher level...have I made myself clear????" Let's see what happens.

that number 800-362-7070 has to be from that ASHFORD SCHOOL..))) their website would not let me request their FREE catalog without giving them a number....sure as i thought they wouldnt just send the catalog...they'd be bugging u on the as well..))) ignore.)) just want the catalag )) nothing more )

I requested information on this online tech school, Ashworth College, expecting an email with in-depth information. Instead, I received a vague "Sales brochure" via email, and a phone call later, with a telemarketer attempting to pressure me into placing a down payment and enrolling, while giving me vague, worthless answers to my questions. Eventually I became annoyed and hung up on him. For the next two days, I recieved anywhere between 3 and 7 phone calls a day, until I used a rather convenient mobile app to block their number. I noticed their number showing up several times a day on my blocked call list for about two weeks, until I guess they grew tired of calling. I haven't heard from them since, thankfully.

I made the mistake of putting my cell number on a form for a Canadian online school...never answered a call, they left one message and keep calling everyday, so I just added the number to my "contacts" list, with ringer off. Will see if it works tomorrow!

I am getting calls 4-5 times a day from them. About 2 weeks ago I requested info. about a class from Ashwood College and since then they started calling me (even though I told them not to call when I requested info., ). If I have questions about Ashwood College I would contact them,they don't need to keep calling. Since they still call me,I will not take classes from them. Because if I good take classes they would probably call all the time asking me if I need help.
