They called me at work today. My phone rang for less than a second before they hung up. All the caller id said was that it was from the US.

DO NOT ANSWER if you don't recognize the number. And, do not call back if they do not leave a message nor recognize who they are. Just place their number on your reject call list so it will automatically reject the call. This is a SCAM. It could be outsourced using triangulation or internet to use US numbers.... This is advised by the fbi for your protection.

I've received mailed notifications about owing money to AT&T from over 7 years ago and still have their service. My phone has never been turned off and the amount this company claims I owe has never showed up on any of my bills. I also have a friend who is an AT&T manager and he couldn't locate the amount they claim I owe anywhere in my account. This number and other numbers have recently started calling me and I just block the number from being able to call me. I suggest that everyone do this to stop the annoying fake phone calls.

Scam or robocalls cuz my number is prepaid. In other words no record cuz my work doesn't have this number either.

Wow!  I didn't realize how many other people are having the same problem. With ATT and this debt collector. If there's someone reading this, whose knowledgable about class action suits, I'm sure there's thousands of people who would be part of it-- including me.

I got a call from this number and i asked what it was in regards to. the lady on the phone told me she couldnt tell me unless she could verify who i was. I just got a new phone number and i didnt want them to know who i was. I just hung up and will not answer people who can not tell me who they are or why they are calling me.

Got phone call; wasn't able to get to the phone quick enough.  called # back & got a women who wanted me to give her information about myself, but said she would not give me information about 1)The company she represents or 2)The nature of the phone call. I hung up

When i cross check the vmail to the id its from a prison inmate on a prepaid card. I know a lot of folks in jail so not sure which one this is being I haven't spoken to any of them in 3plus yrs.

No, if they want their bills paid so bad, they need to comply with the FDCPA and mail proof of debt/proof they can collect.  Otherwise, they can go pound sand.

I got a call from this number tonight. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT give them any of your information! Any debt collection agency will send you a letter via USPS first. This is total b***s***, I'm  just curious how they got my wife's info...

They wanted to verify my DOB and last 4 digits of my social , I asked them what it was regarding and they said it is a personal matter but would not say more , I didnt verify and they told me to have a blessed day ;)

Keeping getting calls from this number for someone else.  I keep telling them this is the wrong number and to take my number off their list.  But it hasn't worked.

Very rude & hard to understand. They didn't identify themselves.

I just got a call from this number along with a text that read "I will contact you as soon as possible" I never answer unknown #'s and would never respond to texts.  Pain in the butt people!

These people need to be found and incarcerated.  Our law enforcement doesn't do anything that is required by thier oath. DO SOMETHING F'ers.

Why is it that the "Pay your bills" shills never mention the fact that foreign criminals, using high speed internet, voip, & software, are making illegal calls to Americans, trying to extort money on fake debts? Never seem to hear that. Pretty hard to "Pay your bills" when they aren't real.

Now just hold on there Skippy.  Not everyone here is a deadbeat like you.  There are some of us who do in fact keep up with our bills; it's the collectors who are in the wrong here, by using skip tracing techniques and failing to verify their targets before launching a barrage of calls.  Get your facts straight please, not everyone who will reply to you will be as nice as me.

They are calling you because you have an outstanding debt with a company.......pay your bills and the calls will stop..

Called and left a minute long voicemail of nothing but heavy breathing. Weird.

I switched from at&t 4 years ago never got any calls or letters from at&t that I owed money which I don't ,then all of a sudden I recently got a call from this number 1800-368-2188 saying I owe $96 I told them go to hell

they call me an asK for me then they hung up on me I am on the Do Not Call list

They have texted me and said some pretty f'd up stuff like they were going to call the cops and they will kill my whole fam

At & t and T-Mobile are cheating their customers who put deposits for good services. If a customer has a  trip over the sea
he or she calls these companies asking for hold service for a certain period , then they get back ,they find bills for that period are waiting for them,,
